Thordon well done, I read it on INSP. You saved me the job I felt I had an obligation also to point out some obvious inconsistencies and quite unsettling scam like gaps. Their problem now they've been for warned. Done and dusted.........
We could probably do with another means of chatting temporary emails or a dormant BB or something. Any thoughts? Were just gonna keep p155ing people off here I think.
Well posted on INSP chat , seems to have started a debate at least
Hes not weak minded hes solid and knows exactly what he is doing don't touch him with a barge pole. Follow the trail through companies hows and see company after company disolved...that is their busies from what I can see and their accountant with his idealised accounts has been around the block many times. Put his name into CH search and see. Its mad. Stick it all in TLY untill you/we find better options is my honest opnion. Hey this is now a legit TLY chat post so i think iWantThatOne + 4 mightnt mind.... ;)
Lol gutted that never let my shares in AML stay one more week , but then if you get 7% rise on your shares in less then one day for a volatile share then not complaining.
Its strange where research takes you octagonal was my point of buying which then taken me to Inspirit Energy and was taken in . In octagonal was a no brainier going to invest but digging deeper into Inspirit energy mad me wonder and reading comments from ex investors that been hung and dry was worrying.
the conversion of Debt of CEO to shares was a positive sign but digging deeper was a debt owed on his £80k salary , also the interviews stop on INSP in 2016 by the CEO.
My Guess it failed and was weak minded and carried on and should of told investors to does not work.
thats the end of Inspirit energy hope im wrong for the share holders sake.
Lol In-Lomg have research another company will update its a mind blower if true like totally
TLY are ace I like them.
Ok that's the TLY chat done. We got 4 votes to not chat.. :-) You wonder dont you. Well that probably means hundreds don't mind.
Re: Inspirit; I get the impression they never had a real model mmmm, its happened before but what amazes me is it its still trading and i think its gone??
Just checked the Octagonol Companies House site, its better but I get an unsettling feeling, it has the same office premises and some of the same names, be careful and make sure you do your home work but I wouldn't put a penny in personally. First thing I do is check companies house records. It has the same officers accountant etc... See: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06214926/officers
GL..Vino oclock....
Research that company Inspirit Energy , found gaps as well one being awaiting certified back in 2018 and then nothing also the upgrade system using 3D model why not build the model.
All the techs left in end of 2017 leaving just directors ; put me off also buying Octagonal which the CEO owns 52%.
In other words do not invest ; suspect the company just filter away.
iWantThatOne - not much to say on totally we are stuck till the full year results come out which is July ; or contact awards to be announced.
Why because the board is rammed with interesting TLY chat? Maybe you wold like to contribute something?
Others, if you mind us discussing other shares during these doldrums just recommend 'IWantOnes post' and we'll stop.
Cheers.
In-Long, Thordon, I and I'm sure many others would appreciate it if you found another way to discuss your respective share tips and left this board for TLY discussions. Thanks.
Just done a company's house search and it didn't look right at all. See what you think. Do a comparison on like TLY and see all the information there, it stacks up but Inspirit doesn't i.e. Dissolved?, no John Gunn listed? Take a look. You sensed a gap, I see gaps everywhere and some things don't stack up unless Im missing something. Lets know.

Thordon, looked at it and it is very viable no profit yet and zero gross? In development and recon its got legs. I am an engineer and get the tech behind it, had quite a bit to do with energy too and large CHP's and think its worth seeding with a a few £k. But...what I have seen in the past with these type of little AIM stocks is they get a license etc and sell the idea or worse sell everything dirt cheep to another company (that they are in) and they fizzle out and delist the company. I've got a delist in my portfolio and it sits there looking at me every time I trade and it is a great reminder. May consider 2k at about 0.035 if it comes around again though. Its worth a shot because it could turn int something big-ish and I think it wouldst take long to get the original investment back to totally derisk....Worth a look though. What you thinking? Cheers.
