Having looked to see what the Moron has said, attacks on HB, Tb and MM as well as me, I think he needs an ADHD clinic!
{I am almostout of analogies that might penetrate Moron's thick skull!
I am going to hard code his name into my ignore table - I did not really look him up - I forgot to add him back in after I tested whether my deletions were working dynamically!}
He ignores the obvious the whole time, too busy wondering why he is at odds with the whole board here and in Brisbane.
Point 1. 2.5p is immaterial? , a bit like going to an auction to buy the Mona Lisa and them starting the bidding at a £1 or £1000 or £1M or £10M - wtf difference does it matter - it where is ends up that matters!
Point 2. Why is he talking about 2023 after TB and Appi and others cleared it up!
Point 3. Hydrogen market or Carbon Market? Japan are going to import liquid hydrogen from Australia in my BBC link! I think it is odds on there will be a Hydrogen market nearer than Japan for TLOU! Car tyres for the carbon is a ready maret no doubt.
Point 4. Why is Hydrogen off the agenda? Every man, woman and dog know there is a prototype under developemnt and it needs delivery to Botswana when complete! I record Poopy in the hope she can tell Moagi! There is nothing to discuss as long as they give us notice of when they need the gas and solar in situ!
Point 5. Toyota cars? Has mug ever been abroad?????? Toyotas are everywhere - if they are the market leader in Hydrogen cars Botswana will need refill points to replace diesel one day!
Point 6. All of us are muppets??????? A well known first stage of madness is when you think everyone else is mad!
Point 7. Really I'll end with this forever - WAC!!!!! All of us muppets have never noticed that Xmas and New Year are bank holidays and holiday periods! None of knew that until Moagi told us ????? FFS how stupid is he?
If think he is the new Frankenstein - a robot with a protoype brain running on Botswana CBM gas , Hydrogen and Carbon zaand methane from a cow's backside!!!!! Only the methane is available currency and it shows!!!!
I think I will go on ADVFN and ask how they stopped him posting over there?????
I think it is clear he wanted to smell my BS over here to boost his brain cells !!!
BYE BYE CLOWN !
One day you might actually answer a question or argue your point with commonsense, but I won't be watching!!! Discussion points are wasted on here it is true ! But people are suffering fatigue from our battle on here I am sure!!!!!
If you believed what you write you would have filtered me years ago! But the sado-masochist in your methane riddle skull won't let the only who rises to your bait go!!!! No more I promise!
Hi Brad, I'm good, I guess now isn't the time but I'm happy that the company have talked about the option in order to try and tighten up the stock.
HB - seriously ! Ok, whatevrrrr.
BS - as always, thanks for your contribution. You add so much to the Tlou discussion on such a wide variety of different topics and subjects. You could save us all a fair amount of time though if you could post on slightly more relevant subjects. But hey … there is always a first time I suppose.
TB, don't be hard on yourself,
these chatrooms are for raising ideas for discussion imho!
The best ideas in life often come from an unrealistic beginning but evolve into something better.
e.g. I once asked my drinking buddies at a Barclays liquid lunch, what sort of horse would they own if they'd been cowboys in the Wild West?
(a) A sprinter that gets you outta town, the horse tires, and the posse catch up with you?
(b) A stayer that runs forever but is so slow that the posse catch you in no time?
After discussing it , we decided (as a group) that you'd want a horse that could run FASTER than a speeding bullet! And then an Aussie freelancer from Adelaide , added, and run FURTHER !
It produced a good laugh, or was that the ale?
You buy back would work if they could buy enough at 3p to cover the options! They get 4.4p back on each if the placing succeeds, but it breaks down if the price does not reach 4.4p plus enough to make it succeed.
Even so, they can recover their 3p in all probability from the shares we issue to BPOPF with a 10% discount , your original idea!
We'd be in pocket if the price is over 3.4p (less 10% is 3.06p) which , in 5 years, is a certainty, the alternative being 0p (in Davy Jone's locker?).
Evolution might turn into a proportion of the BPOPF contractual shares?
Some of the geniuses I have worked with in finance could find a way to make it work.
The analyst I set up Treasury Mangement Reporting with , during testing would come back to to me with test results that were wrong, and tell me I was treating a particular Credit Ledger code as a Debit Ledger code or whatever . I was in awe of him! We set up a database of ledger codes so the likes of him could amend the pyramids on the database and the relevant Treasury Report programs I'd written would not need to be touched!
So good if new codes were introduced , and at freelancer rates , must have saved them a fortune in program/app changes! It was his concept , I just needed to make it work!!
Suddenly I'm the one at fault, lol. You are perfection, my cap is doffed.
Seriously though, your point was surely that delivery is going to be a year later than expected, whichever years you used. That is not the case. Ergo, you were wrong.
Nuff, already. Your attempts at proving your perfection are tiresome. Life's too short.
HB, even a clever chap such as yourself could have figured out I meant 2022. But hey… you tell me… what did you hope to achieve with your last post …
TB, come on. We are both better than that. Would people ever move beyond personalities and focus on the problems here. There are a lot of them… and it doesn’t seem like they are getting solved or going away.
Tlou management team would appear to have played things incredibly ‘fast and loose’. If we are back to Gas to Power being the main thrust - well fair enough. It always was - historically power generation is what underpins and supports development of CBM feedstock. I remember reading for CBM to be successful, typically 40 per cent of its total usage is allocated to power generation in the local market (no doubt I will be criticised for a far sweeping generalisation - but F… it).
The good news here is Govt is still pushing on coal mining /exporting (they are desperate for cash, so why wouldn’t they) despite all the COP harem scare’em antics.
What is amazing to me is that CBM has more than a heart beat given all the obstacles put in its way over the past easily 10+ years in Botswana. Is there someone in there fighting the CBM corner ….
New Year isn’t far off; Khama is holed up in S Africa crying like a neglected baby; Clueless came out with a naive mistake; Tony needs to let these kids show their capability (and they keep failing); by the middle of next week nobody down there GAF so they won’t start any new work.
As far as I am concerned, today’s interview was a clear Over and Out for 2021, merry Xmas and HNY and we will see you all again in mid-January …
Nobody here has suggested (sanguinely or otherwise) the prototype will be delivered H12021, hell it was only a twinkle in Tony's eye back then.
Did you read the tweet? As expected, it should be shipped H12022, check your calendar, it's just around the corner.
Yes it was a little stupid of me, my judgement was somewhat clouded, it's because I had sweet thoughts of the company having just a little surplus cash from which they could possibly buy out the most self annointing, conceited individual I've come across.
If you were made of chocolate hot-shot you'd have licked yourself to death by now.
Have a nice evening..!
Morris - did you actually listen to Clueless interview before you posted your …..‘very bullish interview….’ post?
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, oh dearie dearie dearie dear me. WAFU !!
TB - suggesting a share back at this point in time is not your finest hour. It is Smithesque in terms of naivety and stupidity !
SynMet. So Tlou said the prototype would be delivered on site in H1 2021, and now you guys are sanguinely saying Ooops, no it will be a year later …. And everyone here is ok with that …..
FFS have you guys completely lost your minds ??!!
So bullish the share price closed down, at 2.5 pence.
OMG - the more they try to convince the market everything is fantastic and amazing, the less the market believes.
Are we now staring at a management credibility issue here ?
If Tlou had secured a PPA and associated funding in early 2018, as a result of the original 100MW RFP (when share price spiked at 16 pence) I reckon the price would be testing 50p now.
But that was then; this is now. Nobody important seems to believe them any more. Except of course the die hard buying his 300 shares every month to maintain free custody fees. Or whatever nonsense he bores with.
There is a problem here. That isn’t me being negative; that is the current reality.
Morris - you failed the test btw. As usual, you were being a flippant smart Alec. And even your endorsement of Clueless on Proactive was noticeably less than your usual effusiveness…..
Are you beginning to doubt and lose faith in people per chance …?!
Yes, you're probably right there np.
Cheers
Understand the sentiment Thornback but don't think share buy back is the best use of funds at the moment. Connect to grid, get gas flowing commercially and sell the product should be the priority and the SP will follow suit.
Hi Brad I've also been thinking about how much of the original raise is left in the pot.
I also thought now we have funding agreed and because I believe the SP is very undervalued and there are a reasonable number of flaky investors on board, I asked the company if they'd considered a share buyback/ consolidation.
Obviously this could weed out the people who are after a quick buck. This would surely help strengthen the SP by placing the shares in sticky hands. We also know we are going to be issuing shares to the BPOPF so to claw back some shares are a price at let's say 3p could be very beneficial and possibly even reduce the impact of dilution.
The company said it's something they've discussed but I think they are waiting to see these flaky holders drop away once the SP gains some traction.
Has anyone got any thoughts on this..?
Confirm by Tlou. On twitter
prototype:
?? Now: Detailed engineering design, then construction in Brisbane,
?? 1H22 Prototype to be shipped to Lesedi,
?? 2H22 Field testing, exploiting the Lesedi 4 natural gas flows that are currently being flared,
?? 2023 1st Production.
And the options date is feasibly likely to see a price above 4.4p - I did not say this for obvious reasons, but had 2023 been the date - the options were likely going to be scrapped and TLOU would have missed out on the cash (as well as us not having a perk) !
Cheers everybody involved in clearing it up.
Look forward to seeing how flexible we are with the funds now.
With the BPOPF fund raised to include poles and wires, I wonder if what is left of the original 2.6M raised towards that is now ours to use on Hydrogen work and associated Solar Panels?
Glad this is the outcome because if it goes well we'll start earning quicker than from electricity.
It was a slip of the tongie Brad.
That's been confirmed and has now been detailed on Twitter.
https://mobile.twitter.com/TlouEnergy/status/1467857669327360004
Could the 2023 Hydrogen delay have caused the price slip?
Colm is in big trouble at mill if it was a slip of the tongue.
I'm surprised nobody has considered this. It is effectively putting us back a year IF HYDROGEN PANNED OUT , but if S.M. fails it has gained us months , or possible years , depending how the Hydrogen programme ultimately failed.
Had not considered it was a slip of the tongue, Appi.
Surely, it is now 2023 or someone would have been in touch with Proactive and/or Youtube and/or Colm to get the video pulled?
TG seemed to be quite set on CBM powerin his last video - so I suspect BPOPF might well have agreed to funding but insisted upon us concentrating on the original goal!
Colm stressed Hydrogen's importance in today's video , and Solar , which S.M. needed in 2022 for Green Hydrogen.
Hellfire!!!!! BBC news are discussing the Toyota Mirai car I highlighlighted a while ago!
They claim Toyota does not have an all-electric car because they are concentrating on hydrogen power!
Japan are going to continue using currently imported coal from Australia to produce power in a new power station , expected to last 40yr + , beyond their 2050 deadline for cleaner power!!!
BUT they plan to get the Australians to stop exporting coal to them!!!
The plan is for the Aussies to convert the coal to hydrogen and CO2 and export Hydrogen!
The Blue Hydrogen makes the Japs look good , and Australia get negative Carbon Credits for the CO2 they are left with!
The reporter said Australia will still be digging out the coal? I wonder about that?
The Mirai
"RE: What has changed since Aug 2nd? Friday 05 Nov 2021 10:55
As I understand there is no road tax on a used Mirai provided it's book price is less than £40k or it is 6 years old or more.
There's 3 on autotrader for £23k,£24k and £35k all of which are likely higher than book price."
The 2023 date was a slip of the tongue. I'm assuming he's thinking early next year and because his brain is already thinking 2022, he's erroneously said H1 2023 instead of H1 2022. Very positive update. Looking forward to gas flows becoming commercial.
A very good interview from Colm and as I said yesterday the next 12 montgs could be really exciting.
We are probably going to have a quiet spell before the New Year because it's silly season and possibly Omicron but 2022 could be very good IMO.
Periodic updates on the TL work would be very important and surely as we progress in the field the SP must start reflecting the progress.
I still don't think the masses understand just how good the finance deel at 7.75% actually is.
Now we just need to get rid of the flaky investors.
Was the SM prototype timeline comment of 2023 a mental typo or a new schedule? Haven't they previously said H1 next year? Can't say I'm that concerned tbh, but it might make 2022 even less eventful than I anticipated and moreover I'm pleased to see the refocusing on the GtP project.
I'm a person Brad.
Is AEQ a person or a news service?
I remember Moagi talking to the previous server as if it was a person - that amused me!
Great news #4 is back in commission and is dewatering after improvements.
Great news that the resultant gas flow is improving!
Neutral news - we have declared our absolute priority is CBM energy , and given that, great news Synergen Met have been given a year or more to perfect the prototype and get it delivered!
Great because , it gets rid of any confusion for poles/wire, substations etc now a definite priority.
Especially significant is that we are producing more flareable gas so there is also an urgency not to waste it, I hope?
Hydrogen is costing us nothing for a whole year, will pole and wires be in???? I dunno?
But many hands make light work , and I suspect labour in Botswana is easily found.
By the time the prototype appears, if it does, if it doesn't we have lost nothing, the amount of gas it was designed for might be insignificant?
Will S.M. , given that extra year , go for a production model needing more than just our flareable gas in 2021? Exciting times ahead as Colm said!
If you are a person, thank you A.E.Q !
