...look a tit!!
Huh? Not sure what you are getting at there Foolsandhorses but I guess you are either trying to make me loot a tit or yourself look big.
Either way I don't think it's worked. :-)
If that is the case Denny then you believe there is no phase III? I'm personally fully derisked with AccuStem as well.
That'd be £1 a share wouldn't it? I'd be OK with that, obviously would prefer more but in reality am expecting a lot less.
I'm guessing GC will propose selling it to one of his other buses below real value. He has mentioned £200M in the past.
From the link:
'The listing is expected to transpire during the third quarter and will provide additional liquidity and price transparency to investors.'

I think the Q3 Listing is the official line now as this has come from Zacks who are paid by Tiziana to produce their coverage of the company.

Two good posts there Roker, my feelings pretty much summed up !
Let's hope for a reversal soon though, as i'd like to see us around £1.50 before news starts to flow later in the year !
Hi LBC
The frustrating thing for me is that making the necessary changes to improve governance are pretty obvious and straightforward to deliver. There is no need for the share price to be neglected in this way - GC can still control the company even if it has tighter governance. You can get away with neglecting the share price for so long, but it can ultimately come home to roost when a company like this has to raise equity at a time it has no immediate lever for boosting the share price....
I've resigned myself to attirbute NIL value to my (potential) Accustem shares - when and if they finally list - at least that way anything that they are worth will amount to an (unexpected!) WINDFALL and means that (to me) there can be absolutely no negative news or down side :P believe me I feel all the better for it !
Hi Roker, Good balanced post as usual, I have a love / "hate" opinion of GC. He has a very good track record for an entrepreneur which excites me and was one of the reasons why I invested. However no amount of research will ever be available to foreworn investors from his Jekyll & Hyde sloppy relaxed approach to corporate management.
I have a moan occasionally because of this frustration but despite a 50% loss still believe that the science will eventually provide a positive outcome. We all knew his dominant shareholding and power before investing and like you stated warts and all must be "accepted".
I don't expect any better any more, and I haven't for some time now. I stay with TILS as a LTH because its science might come good and could be very valuable. If it does, great. If not, so be it and I'll write-off any loss. I am willing to hitch myself to GC's wagon because he is 100 times the entrepreneur I could ever be and I am fortunate to have access to his skill-set through the listed markets, warts and all.
Governance-wise I accept the negative issues created by having a dominant individual shareholder e.g. sub-par advisers and brokers who probably don't challenge meaningfully, no heavy-hitting COO or CFO, dismal homespun PR etc etc.
It was a rhetoric question-yes I know its GC. My point is the process has been a shambles and I would have expected better from him and his board.
The person driving the Accustem bus, along with the Tiziana bus, will be the major, dominant shareholder of both companies, Gabriele Cerrone. Same with the Okyo bus. He has a fleet of buses, which is his strategy.
There are lots of potential reasons for the Accustem listing delay. It's pointless to speculate really, because from the outside it is impossible to know. I could give you a list of possibilities, but I just don't know. The only thing for sure is that whatever does happen with Accustem, it will be something GC will have to be happy with.
Tickets please.
I emailed the company to find out what the tax implication of the Accustem distribution was in 2019/20.
Any one know?
I imagine TILS deal with the distribution as a dividend or capital reduction so we ought to declare our part of the amount distributed according to TILS books as income subject to income tax like a dividend which sets up a base cost that can be used for Capital Gain Tax when shares are sold.
Does that sound right?
TILS hasn't replied as you might guess.
Not sure who is driving this bus but its all over the place. Having abandoned LSE, all we know is that they intend/hope to list on Nasdaq but we don't know when, how or even a hint at a value. It is a shambles.
Q3 starts in 63 days .
For Tils, that's iminent.
BB
Neither of the two recent RNS announcements about Accustem have mentioned a date for the listing. It will be when it will be.
I keep seeing a reference to Q3 - which is still a way off but ive seen nothing officially from TILS confirming this date period ? Am i correct - nothing and no RNS
So is this just rumour?
Investor relations - the clue is in the name.
Come on. Have a relationship with you investors peeps.
I've sent 4 emails now about the vagaries around the Accustem listing and had no reply. Not even a 'we can't answer at this time - its complicated'.
Nada. Zilch. I'm sure I'm not alone in asking the question. It's been all over this BB for months.
Basic clarification is fundamental to your investors TILS!
It's a bad shout in my book.
Sorry rant over.

Oh i forgot we are main market now!
Back to business as usual in the alternative investment market then.
For whatever reason it seems a decision has been made to go to ground on the comms.
I have also had no reply to a couple of emails and although It’s not ideal, I do feel there’s a bigger picture in the background which will become more visible in the near future.
I've emailed the contact email address twice requesting clarification of timelines and no reply, not even an acknowledgement. Although it doesn't really bother/surprise me it's really pretty shabby, not as though I was asking something tricky.
What were you asking about single/dual listing? I'm not sure that's a thing any more here.
The BOD really don’t seem to care. I have emailed twice asking for clarification on single vs dual listing and have not even received an acknowledgment. No wonder the Tils SP is in the doldrums, people have lost confidence in the leadership.
