You said spent an hour yesterday posting on here. I seriously dont think it has any impact on the shares and I don’t think hardly anyone reads these posts. I think you should just move on with things and forget this thing, whatever it is. Maybe you made a big loss here in the past? Daily posting and all that negative feeling, it’s not good for you and life is short. If you are looking for something to buy then go for something you feel as passionate about, no point spending time here if you have no interest in it. I wish you all the best.
Tern started pumping cash into DA 10 years ago….
It’s always ‘This is the year’ though isn’t it.
Tern’s share are not worth that amount.. Do you get it??
Tern selling their shares to an investor doesn’t increase DA’s cash balance. Tern will be diluted further as DA carry on issuing shares to cover the deficit.
They launched their Satellite service back in 2022…
If they’re still developing. Did it ever work?
I also think our investment in Device Authority should atleast double in value this year. $9m raised in 3 months and we still own 25% with implied value of £6m.
Fundamental VR revenues should increase by over 50% this year. Plenty of tech awards and recurring subscription model.
Not too sure or impressed by talking medicine. Have to wait and see how the 2023 expansion plays out
“Talking Medicines is particularly focused on scaling its presence in the US, having built out its sales operations in 2023 in New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia. Significant customer wins include onboarding eight new global healthcare advertising agencies who in turn have full coverage of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies.”
Was Launched in 2020. You’ve been paying for their lack of sales ever since.
We’ve been investing the development, now the true value will start to show
“2024 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for us as we accelerate customer acquisition and ramp up revenue for the business; having completed a lengthy period of testing and manufacturing of Wyld’s satellite IoT products.”
“In the coming months, the team are gearing up, as we now begin to see recurring revenue coming through the Wyld Fusion platform for Wyld Data as IoT managers begin onboarding their sensors and optimize our IoT device network across multiple satellite constellations.”
And along comes the ‘Airtag’.
How did that happen??? Without Wyld?
Never!
Have Wyld owned everything’Mesh’?.
After all these years.
£1.5k sales per month…
Someone’s telling a porky…Me thinks….
The recent fundraisers have disclosed the worth of the portfolio companies. The ADFVN crew have been found out…
1 + 1 = 5. Honest guv, Ignore the facts.
Go Tern
The underlying assets are way undervalued at this level. It really struck me that our main investments are not just early stage ventures, these are rapidly expanding companies in rapidly expanding sectors.
Tern itself has been streamlined. Great presentation and Q&A.

If you can poke about in your Internet Router then on the Wi-Fi page you will find similar things going on. There are various channels and the router negotiates with other routers, your neighbours and other in range to keep out of each others way.
Your WiFi sits in the 2.4/5MHz bands and those bands are divided into channels that things hop about in in a way that let's them live together.
Starlink/SpaceX seems to be claiming that they can do that in bands assigned to other people and the other people have probably not or No!. They paid for it. FCC does not believe SpaceX can do what they are saying without proving it or if ever. SpaceX needs more Spectrum for their satellites to operate so it looks like they are trying to rob it from others.
Might smell like desperation.
Does Wyld help? Depends on what Wyld is doing and how they are doing it but if they are Meshing Sattelites then, depending on many other factors, in as much as they claim their solution reduces the number of satellites needed to support a particular network the opposite side of the coin *might* be that they maximise the use of the available Spectrum. That Spectrum being the one SpaceX already has access to.
If, you would have to ask Wyld and hope you get a straight answer, but if SpaceX is Spectrum limited it seems possible that Wyld's offering will be of use to them. Of course SpaceX might just be poking at all of the options because they are greedy and wish to grow but Wyld will possibly be one of those options.

Wyld Networks announce partnership with SpaceVis to deploy Wyld Connect for livestock tracking in Brazil
SpaceVis have developed an innovative livestock tracking solution to meet the needs of an increasingly data hungry livestock farming sector. Partnering with Wyld Networks, SpaceVis are exploring the opportunity to provide satellite connectivity for 350 million head of cattle to meet new traceability regulations.
Brazil has the second largest number of cattle in the world, 22.2% of the total world herd. It is also the second largest producer of beef, responsible for 15.4% of global production. However, with Brazil’s immense land capital, monitoring livestock has significant challenges when it comes to data and connectivity.
At the COP28 climate change convention in Dubai, the Governor of the Brazilian state of Pará Helder Barbalho signed an Executive Decree to create the Pará Cattle Integrity and Development Program. This is the first environment-focused mandatory individual traceability program for cattle in Brazil, which will radically increase transparency and visibility of the supply chain, channelling incentives and increasing producer compliance to reduce deforestation.
Pará is a state larger than France, Spain and Norway combined that is home to more than 24 million cattle on more than 295,000 farms. The regulation means all cattle will need to be tracked in the State of Para. This regulation is expected to roll out to the rest of Brazil.
SpaceVis under the brand CattleVis, are at the vanguard of the technological revolution in the world of livestock farming. In the age of digitisation and innovation, CattleVis is leading livestock farming towards a smarter, more efficient and sustainable future.
"Satellite IoT is driving productivity for agtech solutions in Brazil’s livestock sector,” said Alastair Williamson, CEO of Wyld Networks. "We are delighted to start this partnership with SpaceVis to connect data from cattle across Brazil, increase herd profitability, meet animal welfare standards and deliver on environmental goals."
Director’s comments that SP way undervalued !

Director’s buy coming in or bid ?
Tern has a very simple business model.
Do placing after placing and using that money pay the Board fat salaries.
Do that for as long as you want as nothing is going to stop you.
And leave nothing for shareholders.
Ingenious!
Hey,
What the hell does Tern actually do and is there a bull case for the co?
I can’t really get my dense head around the company.
Thanks!
Well we have had the pump, and the BBM's have taken the bait to enable the forward selling for the placing.
With Net Sales of £5k in Q4.

MAJOR REBOUND AT WYLD on back of this partnership
22 Mar 2024, 7:45 GMT+0 , Company Announcement / Press release (Non-Regulatory)
Wyld Networks are the first innovation company to collaborate with Embrapa AgNest
The Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa), has established an open innovation platform to develop agritech through a public-private partnership between Embrapa, Banco do Brasil, Bayer, CNH and Jacto. Wyld Networks are the first innovation company to collaborate on the Embrapa AgNest programme. This also puts Wyld satellite IoT solution in front of all major Brazilian agricultural companies and global Agtech companies.
The Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa) was established by the country's federal government in 1973 to develop the technological foundation for a genuinely tropical model of agriculture and animal farming. The initiative has been tasked with providing Brazil with food security and a leading position in the international market for agricultural produce. Embrapa today is one of the largest agricultural research corporations in the world, with half a century of contributions focused on innovation, efficiency, sustainability and social inclusion.
Wyld Networks are the first innovation company to collaborate technically with Embrapa Meio Ambiente on AgNest, an innovation project focused on agricultural experimentation, digital agriculture, connectivity of rural areas, and the strengthening of open innovation and entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector.
AgNest is a 60ha farm in Jaguariúna, SP and is immersed in an Ecosystem of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Campinas. It has a tradition in Agriculture and Information and Communication Technology and is close to a large group of Universities, Institutes of Science and Technology, Companies and Entrepreneurs.
At US$166.55 billion in 2023, Brazilian agricultural exports continue to show impressive growth, driven by new agtech and growing global demand. Wyld’s innovative satellite IoT products in conjunction with Embrapa and the AgNest project will enable connectivity for the sustainable development of Brazilian agriculture.
“Agnest at Embrapa is a model environment for carrying out proofs of concept, co-creation and validation of technologies in an integrated and systemic way, with social and environmental impact,” said Janaina Tanure, deputy head of Technology Transfer and Innovation at Embrapa Meio Ambiente.
"Embrapa is Latin America’s most important agricultural institution. We are delighted to be working with them on the AgNest project to connect with major agricultural companies and Brazil’s growing ecosystem of agtech innovators,” said Alastair Williamson, CEO of Wyld Networks. "We are delighted to start this partnership with Embrapa to support growth in agriculture and the agtech sector in Brazil."
