Not new news? did i miss something?
All stats are at extremes on Cine - tiniest amount of volatility on this and it will move like thunder. I guess a lot of ppl view this as cheap rn.
Whatever plans are being hatched backstage you can bet that they are intrinsic to the continuation of the business as usual. The question is simply can the Mookster stamp on UK shareholders legally (or illegally), or not.
Hilarious -

Meh - i have a position at just over 1p on Cine. I'm a trader and this is the only "punt" i hold, by accident more than anything else. In any event im holding here, Mookster is up to some BS for sure, the "news" is BS, future prospects for the industry not bad, just a question of legality around the bankruptcy. The devil is in the details and the details arent 100% visible - no surprises there.
This!
killing the speculation benefits them either way.
Whoops wrong thread - never mind!
I mean the wording is such BS anyway. The majority of shareholders have already been wiped out....
I I thought most shareholders were already "wiped out" at 1p?
"insider dealing police ", lol thats cute
No-one should give or take financial advice from a bunch of faceless randoms lol.
Statistical arbitrage - price most likely to lie between 2.3p and 3.2p
@Tegop gotcha thanks!
IF this is just dilution, it should be fairly straight forward to approx new share price if the variables are known? (i mean should be at least something a tiny bit north of £0, but NOT £0 :))
Anyone done the math?
question for the business heads here -
how does it look if and when Cine shares are "worth zero"? the shares price goes close to zero or they become redundant and new shares are issued with a different ticker/company name? is this just dilution?
thanks!
very different proposition but yes in theory someone could come in - the thing is our boy Mookster isnt going to let his baby go under terms that dont "work" for him. he would rather see it dead than let it change hands effectively.
1st Rep is backstopped by the largest mafia in the world :)
if you mean the order book, i wouldn't use that as a gauge....
there is no such thing as "more buys than sells".
regardless, 7% up today isnt bad
not wanting to sound pedantic, but how can there be more buys than sells?
there is no clean way out of course, but massively screwing over the shareholders whilst not unprecedented, is unlikely to be a slam dunk for Mooky.
Hey there! Whats the US ticker for Cine? Thanks
