From the call option RNS dated the 25th sept
Statement regarding the call option purchased by Orchestra Group
With reference to the announcement of 24th September, "Director PDMR / Shareholding", relating to the purchase of a call option for consideration by Orchestra Group, the Company has been informed by Mr Zamboni, for clarification purposes, that the instrument is an arms-length arrangement with a regulated institutional entity which is not a related party of Orchestra Group.
Following the announcement of 10th September pursuant to the confidentiality agreements signed with its Partners and Client companies, the Company looks forwards to updating shareholders further on its business operations and their related financial impacts in the coming days.
Note where it says -Zamboni, for clarification purposes, that the instrument is an arms-length arrangement with a regulated institutional entity which is not a related party of Orchestra ( so a third party, not PFG)
it has to do with the 10th September RNS
This in particular
By virtue of the huge underserved market and the unique - proven - inventory monetisation service, the strategic Partners above
Also
The Company will provide full details of this institution's financial support, and its identity, following completion of the contractual arrangements and the advancement of the contract referred to the business streams above.
So they are not being named because of the contracts.... not the bank as I assumed...
So who are they exactly taking out....
What's your call Mick,, tmrw or a date in Nov? ;)
I will reiterate, the SP will take off shortly so just relax and do not listen to the sh*t these low life post trying their damnedest to relieve you honest citizens of your hard earned shares. There will be concrete numbers shortly via SH which will confirm the Supply@Me Inventory Monetisation platform actually does what it says on the tin. We will be provided with updates re UK pilot (and funding partner), Middle East pilot, the Italian banks and further Epic/SIM generated additional companies, new captive bank funding partner and of course no doubt a little surprise from the godfather.
Hi Spotify,
.."Extrader 'I can't speak for Chalker' - Your kidding right?."
When I wrote this, I wondered briefly, who'd be the first to rise to the bait. Actually, not briefly - there are a lot of contenders.
But you won !
;->
A bit childish, I know, and I'm almost ashamed of myself. But the behaviour on here is obviously contagious.
Have a great day !

@seadoc.....
That would be nice...let's all get square rooted......:-)
Ah good point, I'll keep trying! Thanks for quick response. :)

I've had no trouble buying, my was only a small amount £4880 was showing up this morning as a sell around 8.30
"This is what you came back with, I gave you a chance to ask me a intellectual question and this is what you came back with.
Weathergeek is a true gentlemen, he answers your rubbish. I have no time for rubbish"
Poor - You haven't got the capacity …
Weathergeek is an outstanding poster - he answers me because he can. I'll pose him some questions if I don't think something looks right or I need something explaining further. It's almost like this place is a discussion board at times ….
Is anyone struggling to buy. Looking to top up to lower my average. Seeing a lot of sells but consensus seems to be some of these are buys?
This is what you came back with, I gave you a chance to ask me a intellectual question and this is what you came back with.
Weathergeek is a true gentlemen, he answers your rubbish. I have no time for rubbish.
"WolfofWarks, Not once you or Chalker have asked a Intelligent Question."
I've had a look through your posts and I couldn't find one where you have demonstrated an understanding of this company, nor any business acumen in general. So I put to you that you wouldn't understand if a question was intelligent or not.
"I have a maths degree, all the sums, equation, statistics are fun to me. The questions that you should be asking are not asked."
Stop the press the man has a degree ….. What questions should I be asking? Will this be 3p by Xmas ….. £1 by Easter.... £5 by the summer solstice?
"You will never progress past the level you are at."
Given that we are all anonymous names on an internet board you have no idea who I am, what I do, what I earn, etc, etc.
Absolutely clueless in every respect.
@poorinvestor, what is the square route of 0.4909,,,,,,
That will be the SP next week lol
spotify, I get the feeling that they are one person as well.
Extrader 'I can't speak for Chalker' - Your kidding right?
Where does it say that on your script?
Who actually writes your scripts?
Pair of utter Coc#wombles, or perhaps just the one.
Now they are trying to google a good question for me.
WolfofWarks, Not once you or Chalker have asked a Intelligent Question. I have a maths degree, all the sums, equation, statistics are fun to me. The questions that you should be asking are not asked. You will never progress past the level you are at.
'Proven' is a strange word to use given this is a (semi) new concept. It can't be both.
Regarding these DD fees there is a commercial reality. If SYME promise the world and cannot deliver they will not get paid, despite what's in the RNS. But without seeing a contract and what constitutes performance no one has a clue.
Poor Investor - why don't you challenge Chalker on an intellectual level? Rather than just calling him a deramper, and taking snide little digs at other posters. I suspect it's because you can't and probably don't really understand the intricacies of what you are invested in. I dread to think what this board would be with the intelligent people on both sides of the debate. There wouldn't be much left worth reading. It would be like a BTS fan page.
extrader, I agree with you, that is why we all are waiting for news.
Weather geek "Note the wording. Unique "proven" inventory monetisation service."
Ofcourse. I meant it on a larger scale, so I could explain the market Cap.
Hi poorinvestor,
.."Before you look into symes business plan, you should understand the concept of joining finance and technology, I don't have the time to go through it with you but it is the need of now and the future. .."
I can't speak for chalker, but I think even the non-specialists amongst us 'get' that
- the concept sounds great and has lots of applications/potential;
- SYME has a business plan to harness that potential;
- SYME's business plan is in course of being rolled out, it says in RNS's that it's 'proven' , hasn't shown what most reasonable people would regard as 'proof' - but is expected to do so shortly.
- there's a lot of behind-the-scenes movements in shareholdings that suggest SOMETHING is going on, but until we see either (1) details of a successful first monetisation and/or (2) details of 'final' shareholding structure,
nobody can be 100% sure of how this will play out.
IMO

Just for balance..
II's buying at a higher price than now before revenue. They see value and don't think its crazy.
Note the wording. Unique "proven" inventory monetisation service.
5. Institutional equity agreements
By virtue of the huge underserved market and the unique - proven - inventory monetisation service, the strategic Partners above have been asking to SYME to invest - directly or indirectly - into the capital of the Company, pursuant to confidentiality agreements in place relating to the business alliances which are on track. These agreements anticipate both broker to broker transfers and open market transactions as recent trading has proved.
Chalker, i will only reply this once to you so I am assuming you have read all the RNS's. Every business is unproven till the get a chance to prove them self, so they do a business plan. According to the facts given by syme, they are all in the RNS's (read them) Before you look into symes business plan, you should understand the concept of joining finance and technology, I don't have the time to go through it with you but it is the need of now and the future. You will be surprised where syme fits into other business especially the materials business.
market cap 140 million is just the tip of the iceberg.
chalker full well knows all the facts, he is just deramping. Just like seadock and wolf
