Fair enough.. big gap to fill either way you look at it
Thank you Sam
I tend to work on Market cap and SRES has had a MC of over £22 million in the past
Following admission, the Company’s enlarged issued share capital will comprise 365,251,117
ordinary shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury and the total
number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 365,251,117. cheers SGD just seen your post,so roughly 10x as many shares now and roughly 1/10th the sp Mmmmmmm
Yes, that’s considerably less, but eight years is a long time on aim and funds are often needed, so 2p is a bit irrelevant. However the Totally different game now
Twiggy - rather apt, this is just a little tree shake - watch out for the rise later in the afternoon : )
"Weighted average shares in issue (No.) 344,617,188"

So Splatted,do you have an idea of how many shares there were in 2012,or can anyone else suggest a route to find out?
Here comes the inevitable afternoon slide back to normality.
Hi Den, yes nice to see the discussion and all civil so far!!
Cheers SGD for reply and good to see a few folks here also think CS is/should be the main event as you put it.
I tend to be in same camp as splatted in that I would not turn my nose up at .5p but know others think we will get a lot higher.
Onwards and upwards - good to see the SP looking perky again.
Good weekend to all...
Some good discussion this morning, my own view is that PC has given us a rough plan and I probably wouldn’t digress too much from that. I can’t see the CS project being sold. Hopefully we will get some commitment from one of the potential customers and we will start generating revenue which will be reinvested into the other precious metal sites/projects. I might be wrong, but remembering the last RNS on bay state, it didn’t look that promising and looked a difficult site, it feels likely they’ll go down the gold route. It’s all speculative, but it just seems to make sense to focus on pozz/perlite and get it moving forward. I’m sure Like all good businesses they will have a 12month, 3year and 5year plan, with all the variables. Of course can’t wait to see how this pans out, whatever the direction of travel.
Infrastructure expenditure would have gone ballistic in u.s if trump lost in 2016. Not likely now but what if he got in again.
And long may it last. Still would be happy with .50p by crimbo
The current mineral climate is bloody booming and the more money governments print to spend on rescue packages and infrastructures the more minerals will strengthen.
Very true, but in the current climate I would take that for now
Splatted, 0.5p would give the company a market cap of about £18m. That really isn't very much once they have orders for millions of tons of minerals.
Hi Dubliner,
I've always thought that the CS project should now be seen as the "main event" here, and that all the other projects have become peripheral. I just got interested in them again when I saw my silver ETF is now up 70% from when I bought into it!
As to why customers haven't already done enough bulk sampling, my thought was that until now they've been limited to a 5 acre subarea. Once permitted, they can take samples from all over the site (585 acres) which would (hopefully) give them confidence in consistency of quality into the future.
When the SP breaks through 0.25 in the coming days / weeks there will be no stopping in and at this point I am really hopeful that the herd arrives and a nice RNS drops ........ Tick Tock .
how many did it have ?
Come on,it didn’t have 3.3 billion share though. 0.5p by Christmas would be nice though
In october 2012 sres was above 2p .. where we are going now with permit and assets?
Sorry meant to say personally I WOULDN'T want a sale. Doh!!!
Wouldn't be surprised if some news either way I won't complain.
IMO I would want a sale now to chase another project. I just believe as a shareholder I would do better with the potential in capital growth as the project progresses, rather than a sale now.
I also ponder the bulk sampling situation. Although it's been said they wanted more and now it's permitted we are able to print vide as can mine a larger area. Perhaps as has been mentioned it's a case they want to see the quality consistency across the area.
Getting an offtaker is absolutely the key here imo and so I remain hopeful as I have done for a fair while. Slowly, slowly but surely.

HI SGD, yes tend to agree that things are looking positive. It seems very much like the MMs have an order to fill and they very much have raised the bid - this bodes well and perhaps news is in he offing.
I noted your post yesterday where you said you were looking forward to my weekend post.
I am not sure on reflection I really have that much worthy of comment so perhaps will hang fire. I was just going to outline all the things that PC has to juggle at the moment in terms of the sequence of events with things like the bulk mining/samples, infill drilling, financing aspects (when is the right time for example to commit to the mobile processing plant ordering/move to CS with reference to when formal orders might be received versus processing offsite).
Was also going to comment on the seemingly very different views of investors here with some hoping for a sale or joint venture for CS to provide funds for the Precious metals projects given the focus on the gold and silver price.
I was wondering to myself how many more samples the 2 Perlite MOU customers need anyway. They already had a bulk sample so wondered if they really do need more of the same to commit. Bottom line is we need one or more customers to commit. Then PC has the options to raise finance (and it was be at a much improved SP), in short it feels like somewhat of a log jam on things until someone commits.
I also must declare my position which it seems is different to some. I personally prefer the focus on Industrial minerals and think there can be a hugely profitable operation for Pozz/Perlite and we just need to get that up and running and I feel it will grow quickly and throw off funds for the other projects.
Very interested in your thoughts, seems you are a silver fan and may have other preferences?
I guess bottom line is we all just want the SP to do well.
Yes, we're currently very illiquid. One benefit of that is that there would be very little scope for forward selling in the event of a placement.
I'm really not too worried about a possible placement. In my experience with other stocks, when there is a Really Good Reason for a fundraise then it is often achieved with only a small discount and sometimes even a premium, and the new investors are more likely to be long term. Also PC won't want his 7% diluted too much.
Things are looking rather positive here IMHO.
