Hi Crude
Could you confirm, that when you spoke to JP after TE10 being non commercial, that he said he would still get a good deal.
Question is what would he class as a good deal now. My idea of a good deal is £1+.
Anything less would not be a good deal for many many shareholders. GLE
Cheers trellis. Roberstbridge is a lovely part of Sussex but the other side of the county to me. You are right, Susex (East & West) is beautiful! Funny enough I am not a beer drinker so I probably won't be sampling much later this arvo. Its wine or lager for me these days but I don't know my wines like you do...definitely no connasaur! Jacob's Creek Pino or a prosecco is about my limit but I did used to drink a lot of Champagne back in the day... my wife had an expensive taste for it. Pol Roger, Bollinger, Dom Perigno 82 was a favourite for a few bottles I remember! Anyway must dash to Lewes!
trellis, I will be thinking of you this afternoon when I will be in Lewes (East Sussex) visiting the famous 'Harveys Brewery' for a tour! Not sure though if you are into beer - can't picture you with sandals, beard & a CAMRA Tshirt!! Don't think you would be on 'would be number 5' if you were....lol!
Crude
£65 per share for me too. I think Mooncheese was being way too conservative when looking back at his predictions. We'll all be rolling cigars made out of the new 50 pound notes that are coming out (hopefully before the LE although I wouldn't bet my old £50 notes on that).
Soobirs, PS200 filtered Trellis.
You can't filter Trellis as he's full of booze. He can only be fermented or distilled or even decanted depending on the time of the day. And we Chuckles would clog-up and jam your filter. Have you seen the size of our trick bellies? I don't even think Jacamo have got clothes in my size any more. I gave up looking when I reached 5XL. We just wear throw overs now.
I thought his filter list was very conservative.
St Mary, you obviously haven't been offensive enough!
miss partridge, bile is what james dearest spouted for years - a poster does it here and you cannot stomach it?
And me drj :-)
Ps200306, I had to laugh at your 17:51 post yesterday. If you have filtered out all those contributors I guess it's just you and me left!
Amen to your posts n4
If that cunning sw**e parsons has no shame, neither should we
Strongly concur on the opinion that parsons needs to walk - he should not be allowed to cash in on any change of ownership of sound if and when that ever happens, he should not be permitted to carry on his tenureshi-t. He can keep his golden tickets though - yes, his options.
Mr n4aPound, the comparison used in your last post is probably the most shameful I have read a bulletin board. To be so despicable and thoughtless makes one wonder how low you will stoop to denigrate Sound. And why? 7.28am, so no drink involved. Just bile. See a doctor.
Thanks for getting back to me, I was beginning to worry that you'd come to some harm!!
What a strange post N4, you seem confused. Your opinion is Strong Sell but you'd have us believe you currently hold shares. How sad, perhaps you should follow your advice and move on!!
Love the post redmouse. It's exactly what is happening
hopefully parsons has annoyed Marco who has more skin in the game than parsons has shame.
I've always said no major business would want to do a deal with parsons lurking around, bet he is just a nuisance....a £million fly that just makes annoying buzzing noises randomly flying around.
Parsons have some shame for your actions, step down and let the real deal maker Simon have a go at correcting your godforsaken shambles that the city is quite frankly laughing at. What an absoloute tool of a CEO
They've already strung out the exploration programme by at least 6 months - TE-11 was supposed to have finished drilling in December 2018.
The TE-9 to 11 programme was first announced on 4 October 2017! And here we are almost two years later with the plug pulled 2/3 of the way through because JP lost his nerve. How ridiculous is that.
JP's mantra is over-promise and under-deliver. He has one more opportunity to turn that around with this half-baked LE. If he fails once again, he has to step down or be pushed out the door (without his unvested options, one would hope).
Not so much a mouse, more like a snivelling rat!! This constant berating of the board on a daily basis serves no purpose. The events which led us to our current share price happened weeks ago, but still they feel the need to offload their burden every hour on the hour. If it's for my benefit, honestly I don't need it. Go and phone the Samaritians!!
Who is this miss leading redmouse ? does she work for the company or has she been led astray like the rest of us
Another day, a more readable board ;-)
Just added redmouse2812 and chrisma to Gaspunter, JezTheFez, Mickeytentoes, n4aPound, Petroleonline, Pontcanna, Shaungreen47, simonthezealot, Tradesmakes, trellis35 & wh0sthedaddy on my list of filtered trolls.
Despite my disappointment with the greed displayed by our underachieving team some of these posts are just crazy, lashing out in frustration. I'm probably typical of most LTH's here having always been uneasy with JP's style but still a believer in the company's prospects going into the three well programme. We hit a target - it didn't flow, simple as that. I won't go over the questions about TE-11 just to say we are where we are and if Parsons can deliver an acceptable disposal he will to some extent be vindicated. If he can't after telling us it's 'an exciting time for shareholders' then his character is in the gutter. Until then while retaining the right to have the odd smile at the situation I'm reserving judgement. I still believe had the success followed failure rather than the other way round this board would be buzzing - sentiment, sentiment, sentiment - no bearing on the LE.
redmouse, I guess you are not a shareholder then. If there is no chance of you letting Parson move on ,what are you going to do? Maybe form a get Parson mob and hunt him down? There are a few on here who may be up for that.
Thanks for checking in Redmouse, don't let the door hit you on the way out!!.... Clown!!
Truest words said yet. Parsons will grab what he can and hopefully retire from the aim oil game. Ever seen that advert where that fella was robbed of his pension by the bloke on the jet ski. Guess whose on the jet ski!
Oh God no. No more drilling here please. Let's get this one sold and get the party started in here.
Nuff said.
Jizzy
Shed, could be you're right but a shake up would also show mugs like us that they have our best interests at heart. It's not going to happen either way. Not much we can do other than wait and see what type of deal they can make or whether we go back to drilling or perhaps Sidi can throw up a surprise.
