Plus, the offtake agreements weren't funding arrangements, more intentions to buy the product as and when it was produced. They weren't bankable.
Arapaho - but Sirius had started construction and had sunk many, many millions into the massive hole in the ground before they tried the next round of financing which was declined.
Despite the assertions of some on here we are NOT going to construct Cascabel.
I hope there is no comparison. There are definitely similarities. A lot of off-take agreements signed to help funding. Gina invested. Proven resources. A massive build-out cost. Theresa May, had suggested the Government would back the project while she was in office. The management line was always positive. In the end, Anglo American bought it out for 5.5p. Anglo America is building a state-of-the-art automated mine over a long-term build project. Anglo Mining saw it as an opportunity to diversify. I hope they pick up this project but not at these prices.
Exactly Red! No comparison to Sirius at all.
I'm wondering aquinaga. When you was having a beer with mather.
You didn't by any chance swap phone numbers did you.
Because I think he's the only one we don't email or phone.
We had someone else on here the other week, said he went to school with mather. But he seems to have gone away with the fairies. Not heard from him lately.
Believe they also lent them 25m dollars too.
Bob, I can assure you Mather is not held with the same esteem over her as he is on this board.
go onto hot copper, see for yourself.
and aquanaga after allegedly meeting him half a dozen times, to describe him as a bit grumpy.
shows me its another porky from aquanaga, he's never met Mather. he also has a history
of pray telling, so why should we believe him
Of course nm supports our management strategy.
its his strategy, he's still pulling the strings. your naivity knows no bounds.
that's half the reason we are were we are. people can't deal with him.
apart from aquinaga, he's erstwhile mate, who describes him as a bit grumpy.
but likeable, I believe there mates
DGR owned 20% of the company, so it's not insignificant for them. Mind you their share price didn't budge, mainly because it was already at rock bottom.
DGR need a realisation soon, so it's no wonder NM supports our management strategy.
ATB.
That's a shame Bob. Sorry if you had shares in the.
That said, it's par for the course with junior explorers and explorer developers. Running the initial gauntlet of trying to discover a significant asset and then trying to avoid the bigger fish is a job that not many manage for obvious reasons.
The beauty of these companies being public is that we can see what directors pay themselves and we have the option to buy and sell at the drop of a hat if we don't like it.
At.
I agree aquinaga. The likes of you and others with your pumped up egos and pure fantasy, make it unreadable at times
One of Nick Mather’s companies in Australia just went into Voluntary Administration (Liquidation via appointment of receivers ) . ARMOUR ENERGY LIMITED.
Nice work Nick. Glad you paid yourself millions over the years in that company. How many boards has he been on…..
Looking at many of the posts overnight this board is more of a Cesspit everyday, Jesss!
Araphon...we can do a modest streaming deal at the drop of a hat...cashed up till June anyhow.
Nothing like Sirius...it was a polyhalite mine not potash and they ere trying to fund it but the bankers declined. SOLG have no intention to build this mine...
20 interested parties in the data room cant all be deluded...
Ad a pleasure to converse but enough from me as an insomniac ranting ATB to everyone, I am off to bed.
Cheers

Its like asking whos going to win the election in the UK in a year or so? Noboa started his campaign with about 4 per cent of votes, now he is president!! go figure??
DK
In response , honestly I dont mix and socialise like I used to, I was quite into that before and had a few contacts on the political scene. From the few I still conect with they seem happy with Noboa and are willing to give him the chance, but he has 18 months to prove himself so who knows??

Darren, which is how I took it!
Just out of interest, how are things in Ecuador at the moment? What do people think about the prospect of the new regime? Are they expecting real change, or are they resigned to more of the same?
Just a try at lighthearted humour to try and relieve the current pain!

Darren, Ecuador is more than welcome to him, but if you don't mind I'd prefer not to have him anywhere near our company.
P**s ups and brewery's come to mind.
Morning all. I would suggest the best outcome of the SR is we get rid of them all and invite Boris Johnson over here as CEO to have a good chat with Noboa and sort this out once and for all!!!

Bbg, you could always try china. That's one you havnt lived in...... Although?
Errrrr. I would........ Maybe
It is ridiculous... the whole 'body positive' movement. Medically overweight women modelling clothes, championed in magazines. It's total lunacy.
