Agree slightly, last time they did a placing for existing share holders I remember it was at 2p. Unfortunately I didn’t take the tip, watched the sp hover around 1.9 for a few weeks then the steady rise to 45p. My average is around 12p but could have been so much lower. Hopefully this raise is similar, we need a bit of money but take a few and you will benefit was basically what they were trying to say last time.
Cookie, I am sure we will mate....I have big part of my portfolio here for many years now,and probably for few more years to come....this late news today was a big surprise to me (and many others....) but I said before and say it again I have faith and trust in NM although not always happy about his ways....YET, he is Mr. SOLG and I am sure he will take us to the "promised land"...eventually.....ATB.
Even if there are more sharea issued I think from memory both BHP and ncm are able to buy more if their holding is diluted upto their allowed percentage. This will put more into circulation but the percentage will increase more than the ncm and BHP percentage if you get my drift. Ned
Max it's a game we gonna benifit from hopefully one day!!:)
This surprise cash call explains the recent SP retrace...surely few in the know big investors sold shares in the last few days fully knowing they can buy them (and more...) throw the up and coming placing....not the first and definitely not the last of practice in this adults money game...
Deffo closed. Only just noticed my email from 18.00, tried immediately to get some more of these zub 22p but missed the opportunity.
Wonder where these will end up and whether I get the chance anyway
Good lad, you know it makes sense now as opposed to your pathetic post erlier this evening
Aahhh Cooncan, you didn't want to wait for 18p tomorrow morning then...
Tells me everything I need to know ; P
Tommrrow it is then ,nice to see my green poster is still here lol!!:)
Got the closing date wrong....oh well, will have to see what tomorrow brings before deciding to add or not...not worried as opportunities are always there to take...and not only here...GLA folks for whatever your do.
Ah, the site won't accept code. Lesson learned :-)
Broke, I'm talking about the main placing;
"The Placing of a minimum of 74,418,604 New Ordinary Shares is being conducted through an accelerated Bookbuilding process (the "Bookbuild" or the "Bookbuild Process") which will be launched immediately following release of this announcement and which is expected to close by 7.00 a.m. tomorrow, 5 June 2020."
Probably bad coding there, but you get the gist.
Anon, only earlier this week suspected that DGR will take some as they have raised funds. A clean way for directors to buy too
HI Anon,
deffo closes in 4 mins - i have it counting down
"close", even, for the pedants :-)
I've just realised it's expected to clse at 7am tomorrow.
How quick could the likes of BHP and NC rattle up a meeting to decide what to do?
No problem with Teams or Zoom, no doubt, but can decisions really be made that quickly?
Masterstroke if so, imo and I expect DGR to take a big chunk of this.
