T/O for me. I’d be very happy with that. It provides a natural conclusion to the investment and I can move onto other opportunities. There are always other opportunities though none as good as this atm imho.
Oils ....never more true words spoken ......savour these moments :-)
ffs guy's... relax, it will come when it's ready.
Takeover V Partner deal.. What do you think most likely here???
I hope for a T/O.....
They might be analysing them together with some of the home trials.
They might be busy getting reg approvals instead.
Dunno - call RM and ask? Anyone buddies with him?
I hear what you are saying, and I thought you would be saying it. - So other than an NDA, why are we still waiting for COPD findings please?
COPD wouldn't be part of NDA. NDA will cover the details of negotiations, not the activities of the entire company.
That is my understanding Dibs.....
B2HS2L - hmmmm I am fairly sure stock exchange rules would take precedence over a NDA where it comes to advising the market of the COPD readout.
IMHO...We have been told COPD in August.....I do not think they can
reasonably withold this information from the market?? I am
not aware this rule changes if T/O talks are ongoing???
Feel free to jump in here:
If there are T/O discussions there are likely to be a Non disclosure agreement in place.
If NDA in place, SNG will probably be unable to mention COPD findings.
Without COPD findings or any other news of consequence released, sp may not move up that far, and shareholders disgruntled without fresh news.
Purchaser will try to use present sp as valuation baseline, but I don't see RM budging from his valuation, and will remind each suitor that there are many suitors he is talking to.
Shareholders will need to be much more patient, as this situation has a lot further to go, unless one suitor meets RM's valuation soon.
After mad Monday we went down briefly to 1.50 on the retrace, we now sit at 2.32. Hardly flatlining. That’s before COPD readout which should add a decent upside on positive results which I’m certain they will be. Personally think we’ll be north of £3. Only 11 trading days left in August.
Thanks Puma
Oh feck, that's three reasons, isn't it.
The only two reasons we have been flatlining since Mundane Monday are:
- Existing IIs selling
- Yanks buying roughly the same amount.
- PIs doing the same at a lower scale.
Overall, the volumes have been extremely low so far, which made it easy to sit through the downswings.
On no further news there will be a point where existing IIs have crystallised enough gains and are no longer selling, or the yanks bought enough to satisfy their greed. Hopefully, we'll get major news before that. In normal times, any big news woudl have called for a 6-12 months wait, but covid pandemic does speed these things up to warp speed.
Yanks topping up most likely.
Or just fomo kicking in. End of the week, going into second half of August.
This will move hard and fast when it moves.
More buyers than sellers.
I’ll be honest I was about to leave a smart arsed answer but then I thought, what gives me the right to do so.
You’re asking a good question and like you others may not realise.
This share as you may well know is on the cusp of something amazing, news if DEFINITELY coming and very soon at that. We have an American firm who seem to be adding all the time, this coupled with what the next RNS will bring and also FOMO, I genuinely don’t think that there has ever been a weekend like this that you really don’t want to be out of it.
If we don’t get an RNS tomorrow this will still rise, I could see it pushing 240-250.
This is all my own opinion before I get jumped on.
Good luck
Any educated guesses for why the sudden rise today , as in I can’t see any meaningful news
