Clearly Honda is not a SEYE win... it works when tge vehcke is moving ;)
It has to be Super cruise trial with GM surely?
“The driver and the system will share the driving task,” said Sugimoto. The Traffic Jam Pilot is the “first step for it, and we would like to assess how autonomous driving is welcomed at the Japanese market.”
Honda is taking a cautious approach to introducing this cutting-edge function. Only 100 units will be produced, available only for lease sales. The model is priced at 11 million yen ($102,000).

Sounds like Super cruise.......
indicator lights are located on the steering wheel, the top of the navigation system and glovebox to inform the driver of the driver assistance system’s operating status. The steering wheel is illuminated when the Hands-off Function is activated, while blue lights come on when Traffic Jam Pilot is activated. When the system requests a handover back to the driver, all indicator lights blink in orange.

Clearly Honda is not a SEYE win . They would have issued something by now.
If SEE are the supplier of eye tracking could we expect an RNS that they are working with a new OEM who are not based in Europe or America.
I am assuming that to even be working with Honda at this stage of launching a car would be considered " material to the market"
Very like (new) Supercruise.

I think that's the one!
Oops, wrong video

Just remembered, results out end of March so that may spoil my plan, with a bit of luck!
I know it's selfish but having waited all this time, could we please wait another month or so to get some more SEE into the new ISA allowance, before a massive RNS? :)))
Do I sense an imminent RNS relating to Honda? The Legend is available to lease in Japan this month so it will be on the road!
That surely would put us back into double figures!
Follow that with something about the Ford-150, merc S Class and aviation and I think we will see a rise like we did in Jan.
Come on SEE let’s get the news out I’m fed up of waiting :)
Seems the camera is in the centre console.

This appears to be the results of the partnership with GM, based on supercruise. I cant see where the cameras are from the images currently released. Only limited vehicles being produced but will continue to prove the tech. like mercedes, this does not appear to be ring fenced to specific designated roads

TOKYO -- Honda Motor will on Friday launch a new car equipped with the world's first certified level 3 autonomous driving technology, paving the way for the automobile industry to gear up efforts to commercialize such automation for passenger vehicles.
Industry experts are cautiously watching to see if the Legend, a luxury sedan that operates without driver supervision under certain conditions but requires the driver to assume control of the vehicle within seconds when alerted, can capture enough demand to suggest a way forward for other manufacturers.
Honda unveiled the Legend on Thursday at an online press event.
"Most accidents involve human error, and driving will be more exciting if we can mitigate the driver's fatigue and stress," Yoichi Sugimoto, who oversees driver assistance technology at Honda R&D, told reporters.
"We aim to reduce the driving burden. ... We are entering a new stage of Honda Sensing," he added, referring to Honda's driving assistance technology.
