So it reads to me as paloma are giving back the 400M shares which will still be in the available pool of shares for rockfire. 700M ordinary shares will then be created and added at a price of 0.5p owned by paloma so it could raise the price and also increase the amount of available shares which can be purchased in rockfire. Correct me if I am wrong.
Taken from todays RNS - 'has provided notification to Rockfire that it intends to dispose of its entire 15.7% interest in the Company and that it is finalising this sale (the "Paloma Share Sale")
I can't decide whether this means that the sp is likely to plummet once we're open for trading again, or if it's likely to have a positive effect seeing as they've bought at 0.5 and we're only at .36 as the time of suspension?
Or perhaps I've read it wrong?!?! Does anyone have any suggestions/opinion? Thanks in advance
Wow I feel for you Cazbraz, Thought mine was bad at just over a penny. Hopefully we can make a profit.
Akrigas - my average is 2.16p so I'll be waiting with a tentative smile as I'd love to get my £10k back let alone a profit!!
Initially on resumption of trading I'm expecting 1.5p to 2p then some sort of profit taking sell off from this level. I think once the Initially 10% terms are signed by the law team and the relevant channels on the stock market this will trade soon as that is been completed and satisfactory in the next few days I reckon
Thank you for your comments 🙏 😊 wait for the new horizon to come ££££
Regarding the suspension none of any of us knows and it could be a week or a month or a year??..........the way i see it is there will be a lot of legal stuff going on behind the scenes and some of this stuff will have to go to a vote and therefore will be one or two AGM's for voting purposes and agreements........my best guess is some of this stuff has probably been agreed in principle between all concerned and they have to get votes passed and agreed and all other legal Aim rules passed and accepted.........the lawyers and solicitors will be busy but as we know can also slow things up? My best guess is 1 to 3 months but what do I know ?? but one things for sure we have all got to be patient and accept it for what it is ! Tis my best guess but i know as much you all do and await the Rns whenever that day may be? regards Nobby
So how long will they be suspended for
Initially 10% owned for each company the remaining funds will go on the Greece assets . 3 to 6 months to complete the deal for the rest of the company rto
Finger in the air 3 months
Any views on the potential timetable/timeframe? Didn't see anything in the RNS.
With other assets I'm expecting this to be much higher another kodal and premier in the making 100mill market cap but I think these will make it into a global miner compared
Sounds about right dj, however I will be holding out for at least 1.5p as I do feel the news today can be transformational, not forgetting rock has already hit 2p twice in the last 5 years, I know as I sold some at 1.7p so very exciting times ahead I feel and thanx to noddy too as always posts good stuff.
Roughly should have 2.5b shares in total so 1p will equal 25mill market for future valuation
I first brought into this at 1.20p and slowly averaged down a fair bit so I've build a large amount that I was intending I'm hopeful this will be my biggest win ever so good I won't get another one like it
Well we have all got to be patient now and there is nothing we can do until the SP / Trading gets reinstated/lifted, whether its £0.006p / £0.06p / £0.60p / £6.00 ??..........Im sure we were all taken aback and surprised by this mornings announcement and suspension of trading etc, but until further notice all we can do is hope and dream of good things to come?...........I for one think there are other things going on behind the scene and im sure it can only be all good moving forward and good luck to all Rockfire fans & shareholders and have a great weekend n regards Nobby
I would retire at 6p ..
I mean 6p
I have bought this share 1.5p so lets see that again.
Mega profits if this gets to 0.06p a share can dream of that
What’s nuts is rock was already way undervalued.
Mkt cap should be anywhere from 50-100 mill on relist

If you look at the acquisitions they are available at a knock down price as they are affiliated to rocks cornerstone investor
Well that was unexpected !
Curious to see where things end up once all the smoke and mirrors are cleared away as superficially it seems very good news, but I can't make head-nor-tail of why we should be doing this now and why such acquisitions should be seen as a natural fit for ROCK when there must have been other potential buyers out there?
I suppose I'm just naturally suspicious and wary of much that goes on on AIM.
Reverse takeover (RTO) is a process whereby private companies can become publicly traded companies without going through an initial public offering (IPO). To begin, a private company buys enough shares to control a publicly-traded company.
