Confused.
Can't see a reason for the good rise. I'll take it but is it games by MM's I ponder
Let me know when you sell as i buy them up.
We all know this dog will be bust come this time next year. before it come's with cap in hand for more money of us pi's
This is all very interesting.
My initial thought was that the funds would be returned to the placing investors and the shares cancelled as the deal fell through.
Now it seems we are using the money raised for exploration and every day company expenses. If this is the case then it is excellent news. We have effectively raised at .50p, more than double where we are now. Surely a re-rate to that level is imminent.
Rostra holdings and Wonderful Group are holding around 30% of the company, it seems unlikely they would sell while so far down. Indeed will they buy more shares to bring their average down?
Paloma seem to be big winners at the moment having sold 400 million shares at .50p.
Intriguing.
1.6 million sterling that should easily fund for 2024
Just to clarify it's USD$2 million not sterling, but still a tasty tranche of dosh. Should keep them out of the weeds for a while and hopefully they can focus on some key business rather than muck about chasing unicorns. Fingers crossed for 2024, it's starting to look like a good position for the start of the year for ROCK. GLA.
As I posted the other day this is not just a good results it’s fantastic if rock get the funds back as it’s at least double what they usually raise in a placing, so well funded.
Oh well, at least that's positive - £2M coming back into the coffers for further exploration and awaiting more drilling results. 👍🏻🙂

Yet again, the 2 x sales at 0.205 look more like buys. This is being nobbed about with, I reckon we'll see a TR-1 soon and someone has been getting mates rates to top up
3 of those 1500hrs sells are buys from me, so you can see how it's being played with. I'm banking on some hefty upside emerging with ROCK. GLA
Lot of buys coming in
I would suspect those that took part in the raise will get their money back and the issued shares will be cancelled.
Considering the equity placing for this was as 0.5p I would say this would be a very nice result for rock and should provide a very nice shot in the arm for the balance sheet.
UT today at £11.32k - intriguing ....
Please PM when it gets to 43p. Chau
Just to clarify, what I meant by 44p was the totality of the purchase not a bid at 44p per share; however 44p per share would see me retired and drowning in cognac lol. GLA
I agree 100% with that. Good time to pick some shares up cheap again.
LuisRob, I bought at 2p as well many moons ago, there are some great opportunities with this company but the BoD sometimes seem to get carried away with their changing direction. They just need to focus on the key things they are good at grow over time, I think the BoD wanted to grow faster but led to some guff decisions over the years.
A buy today at 44p - WTAF is all that about....?
Must be some signalling or a weirdo - doesn't make any sense
Is that perhaps why the price is being held back at 0.2p, so the 2 million placing will be at these 0.2p levels - that will pee off the investor groups that snapped them up for 0.5p after the recent debacle
Note it references positive cash flow ….so another production opportunity?
Looks like they need to buy a £2m shovel to get them out of the sheit they created...
Looks like MMs have stabilised on this one one
