It would also be nice to see a new CEO appointed in the new month or so….
I expected at little more today to be honest. Nevertheless, it’s been a good day taking into consideration the start of positive news (even if it wasn’t groundbreaking). I believe this is the start to more positive updates, have a nice evening LTH….green boxes GFYS….

A lot to grow though.
I take that all back Ramsbottom:

Looks like European regulation surrounding fertilisers to me.
Hi Ramsbottom - correct, just I assumed the EU would certify anything!
That said, nanotech is different, and there was at least a massive paper regarding EU's consumer safety opinion on Copper (nano) and Colloidal Copper (nano) (looked at it during mask research) so i was using this and extrapoilating the use of new nanotech, no matter what the use. I can agree that fertilisers may currently be member state, but perhaps a new (nano)tech might need an EU opinion for member state. Who knows. All I said was looking forward to it being rolled out continental europe wide.

Hi MyIPA.
Doesn't sound like this is an area of expertise for you. The EU do not certify/register fertilizers.
Fertilizer regulation for this type of product is done at a member state level. For many countries, like the UK and to some extent NL, there is no need for a formal certificate.
Unitedguy , yes I know, but there is no point in selling up and crystallising my losses , (although in my mind I’ve written it off) so just happy to clutch at straws, wait it out and hope for a result :)
Merlot I get a £1 company can grow to be something special no problem with that at all but this is now not a few years down the line.
This deal is with a start up on no visible value.
Barleta Limited £100 company start up 1991 - new director James Dyson - designer
- shows that initial share capital is irrelevant - it’s how the company progresses sales from here
My IPA I would have said the agreement is with £1 company but that wouldn't have been accurate as its £3. The point is to be accurate whilst pointing out this is the least credible limited partner possible.
A start up
Minimal share capital whether £1 or £3.
Main man has occupation down as builder on another company and changed personal details on 9th June for PIC so probably had builder here originally.
Is this the best RMS can do while still NO SALES UPDATE
@unitedguy The chicken feed is another product :)
Get Tiny Tim on the marketing team; Uncle Barry needs this for his plants in the attic. :)
We'll just have to agree to disagree. I think it doesn't matter either way (but more positives as I said below), and for some reason you are hung up on a £3 company - when you need to put in at least £1 to start a company at companies house. so... weird your focus is on this. Have you experience is starting your own private company? or do you only look at listed companies?
Are you that prophets tom winni-something writing that tabloid tripe? he also seems to be addicted to the £3 opening statement (no shares as no public remember) in a start up company. Weird.
MyIPA no need to be sorry but doesn't make any difference whether its NPK and PIC there is no reason to have any unrelated 3rd party £3 capital start up between two companies of substance.
Sure, but NPK isn't PIC. and if it is in the same space then it sounds like this is the right person for the job, no? The question I would have thought you would ask is "why isn't P2F selling direct to NPK and NPK the selling to GAS?". I assume so more control from P2F on the sales pipeline by having it set up as a new company, better control of cross-overheads, easier accounting, and possibly where NPK is already in that space and may want to separate the supposed nefarious 'black wrapped' activites with what should be food/veg and other hydroponics.
I'm waiting for EU news as then it will be go nuts - NL is mostly hydroponics (food in my statement here). I assume EU certification is in process and takes longer probably due to more hoops to jump through in the legislative sense.
Sorry if you don't like my interpretation.
Global market of which they are competing in is completely irrelevant.
The problems have to date sat firmly internally with this business. Until they are resolved it goes nowhere.
NPK is the other company along with PIC which Barry Fauklner is a director of. Unlike PIC it has a website and is in the same space.
All I try to post are facts, sorry you don't like them.
No personal insult - just an observation regarding your focus on "black wrapped plastic" from NPK (not mentioned in the RNS at all but by you 4 times now) such that you must have no fun in your life as you seem to, by your own admission, say that this can only mean it is being sent like that for nefarious means - i.e. reasons you think should be associated with a negative connatation (i.e. cannabis growing - oh which is now legal in more than 2 dozen states and around 10 countries worldwide with many more turning a blind eye to growing small consumer quantities of it). Therefore. Observation. Future. No fun in your life = not wanting other people to have fun in theirs, or not being able to be accepting of other people's viewpoints and life choices.
See which way the global trend is going for hydroponics - long term still a good choice. Food. Entertainment. What else is grown that people like - chillies / pepper spray(!)? Brilliant.
If you meant the £2 for growmore - well, judging by your statement about hydroponics only used for one reason, I surmised that you grow (non-nefarious) stuff in your garden and usually Growmore suffices for a basic soil fertiliser.
MyIPA now you are clutching at straws. They sell to PIC or GAS or masks to anyone of a number of businesses to say they are not set up to sell is just plain daft.
MyIPS thanks for the post without a personal insult thrown in.
During many years in business and investing I have never seen two companies of substance have a unrelated 3rd party start with no capital created to be the go between.
happy for you to give weblinks showing otherwise.
In addition, a company in the Uk has a certain set of business area that it can work in - P2F is research, IP, development. Selling is quite a different animal and it makes sense to do it this way. Set up the entire company to sell, rather than do research and sell (very hard to do as we have seen). I wonder when the similar looking site/process for the masks will occur.
PHARM 2 FARM LIMITED
Company number 09714681
Nature of business (SIC)
20130 - Manufacture of other inorganic basic chemicals
72190 - Other research and experimental development on natural sciences and engineering
Don't forget, it is highly doubtful that P2f is actually doing the bulk manufacturing of the nano-9 - won't make that mistake again to be directly attributable - and again, the manufacturing will be with an outsourcer (probably the same nanotech one) as before with P2F still having the IP.
UG, again - "PIC is a new company that has been set up to sell the nano10-9 range to Global Air Supply Ltd" no surprise, then, it was incorporated last year as you've mentoined 7 times now. In addition, I suspect this is to keee P2F as the IP holder and research division, and the PIC as the commercial/supplier arm. All pretty normal for a company - what companies are you looking at such that this set up is a strange deal?
MyIPA, if the deal was with Global Air Supplies (GAS) it would be good news but its not its with a £3 start up from Toxteth.
Do they have an agreement with GAS, guess not otherwise the RNS would say that.
I can set up a company to sell batteries to Tesla, sign agreement with a battery supplier and they could publish news saying they'd they signed me up to sell batteries to Tesla.
As always RMS need to add meet to the bone, some substance and clarity.
If the agreement was with Global Air Supplies (GAS) it would be good news but it is not F2P have an agreement with a £3 start up from Toxteth.
Do PIC have an agreement to Global Air Supplies? I guess not otherwise why not state that no the RNS just says PIC set up to sell to GAS.
If GAS want the product why don't they buy direct from P2F?
Very strange deal.
United Guy - how can NPK be a builder? Guess your continual copy-paste-tripe has finally come a cropper.
Betting you have no fun in your life and just 'can't get these young people nowadays' if all you can moan about is "all packages are boxed and black wrapped". My local Hungarian restaurant has a massive load of beautiful plants and flowers inside - all done via hydroponics. I might mention it to him.
How about you check out the market research linked to in the RNS, as well as Global Air Supplies.
Not sure why you are so addicted to NPK. £3. well. You have to open a company with at least £1... but then you'd already know that. £3 is probably more than what's in your pocket right now after blowing £2 on bonemeal and wondering why your plants in the closet aren't growing. :D
Sharebel is on lots of boards where the share price has tanked over the last few months and he is ramping them all.
He is a laughable nugget muncher
