I'm sure that taking Fruitflow over many years has generally improved my health in many ways. So far, I have avoided symptoms of Covid- 19 and I'm no "spring-chicken but not in a vulnerable group. An over-exaggerated inflammatory response by the body often worsens the effects of Covid-19 in some patients and,as we all know, Fruitflow reduces inflammation in the body. Provexis could organise a low-cost survey to contact all the people on the mailing list for Fruitflow and ask a few simple questions in relation to Covid-19. Eg, age, any symptoms, whether or not actually contacted the disease etc. These results could then be published as an "observation" thus avoiding specific claims.
Everyone will go on the Health span website, look through all their products and see Circulease and buy loads! !!!

a continuous rise in share price and when it gets confirmed that the Chinese company By-Health as finished with its re- testing of the benefits of Fruitflow and gets the Chinese government to confirm the health benefits and then based on the increase in demand for natural health products the partnership between By-Health and DSM and Provexis will enable Fruitflow to be produced to meet the growing demand.

Hence, the demand for Health products like our Fruitflow, around the globe, in my opinion, will increase as keeping your blood flow healthy enables your immunity system to manage the virus if you catch it as blood clots effecting your lungs and breathing and blood flow is the danger.

Hi guys, I'd be distraught if this was sold for 1.25 p. I'm averaged at about 2.8 pence having averaged down from 7 to 8 pence. I'd take 5 pence but I'd be disappointed. The carried forward losses wouldn't be material in any negotiations, since they are not debt that has to be paid back to anyone. They were funded by the shareholders (groans at the predictable response to that fact). Any selling price could only reflect the potential selling power of the product going forwards. That's not easy to asses because Fruitflow has never been in the hands of a consumer brand with the promotional power to make it a household name. By Health do have that power, they have proved that with some of their other products. they have the financial clout, they have the consumer base. Dr Asim clearly believes that more health claims may be developed given the funding, releasing yet more sales potential. I'd be pleased with either of the figures mentioned, but don't think the commercial mood will be conducive to anything happening short term.

You may want to think of the bigger picture at this time. Talk of takeover seems to me to be inappropriate. The more likely candidate has been a Chinese company, since they have been prime movers in acquiring health related companies globally. To me, it seems unlikely that a return to business in the same pre Covid way will happen. A greatly weakened world economy would surely put the brakes on expansionary thinking for a fairly long time.
I do agree that the stock options of directors would have a bearing on the thoughts of those conducting negotiations, I just don't think there will be any such negotiations until the business world sorts itself out.

The thing is we have never had sight of a business plan, with targets and milestones, so we have no idea what “ PXS coming good” actually means. Let’s assume IF wants to make a million from FF, then, due to his large (excessive?) number of stock options then the SP need only go to 2.3p. Not sure of the tax on the options, so scale up accordingly. This puts FF worth 46 mill. What is the”coming good” figure you have in mind

Fully understand the frustration with lack of news from the top. Yes Gixer does great work in finding out all his snippets. As IF said in the last few RNS we are given small snippets on the bi-health situation and as he said we are lucky as a company to be given just these from bi-health. No news is good news at the moment. Will be interesting if we get info on llyoyds selling fruitflow plus and whether warrants an RNS or just put on our web page. Stuart Lucas is still and adding in previous times in the last 12 months so that has to be a good sign. Hold strong all. I am sur PXS will come good. And yes I agree it's been a bloody long and frustrating wait.
