Please will somebody put us out of our misery and remove the BOD by buying us out. I'd rather have 1p per share than this endless death by a thousand cuts. Nine bloody years in this crock!

Fair enough. When I read your original post I assumed ( wrongly by the sounds of it ) that you were talking about buying Fruitflow from DSM, as opposed to buying FF+
You won't be surprised to know that I too, am deeply underwhelmed by FF+ sales and their ( so far at least ) minimal contribution to our bottom line which currently is doing little more than keeping some people a bit busier than they would otherwise be
BB
Thanks again Bella , can you let us know your forecast for ff+ In the upcoming results , do you think the £55k for research on the ff+ Nitrates will be included in these results ?
BB...,I thought the general consensus was that FF+ was a generic kind of product which we'd piggy backed onto and branded under own name ?' Correct.
'If that's the case then I don't think we need to be concerned about "minimum orders" of Fruitflow from DSM ?' No, not exactly. The batch is based on all costs - production, packaging, shipping etc - so to get the best price, PXS has to turn in a minimum order of around £41K wholesale which has a PXS sales value of around £135K.
First Order arrived in June 2016 for Initial Stock .
Second Order order arrived Aug/Sept 2018 to cover PXS and H&B Sales.
Third Order if they again ordered the minimum of around £41K should have been received around Aug 2019.
If this is the case, then it's a pretty poor stock turn considering they have has H&B on board since Sept 2018.
As said before, this is my own assessment of the situation and the next set of numbers should clarify the situation further.
Thanks guys. Lets hope for a continued rise in sales and SP. Still hopeful we will see profit one day.
Hi everyone,
Isn't the idea to have FF Plus products on sale in China. I thought the FF plus NO was destined for China given By_Health see a lot of potential in the sports market.
Sock
BB just going on the last 3 interims ,looks like the last trading day is favourite .

It'll be no surprise to people that, as far as us selling it goes, I hope the FF+NO product gets canned. Sales of FF+Omega3 havn't exactly set the world alight, so it's hard to see the justification for another FF+ product.
Incidentally, if my memory serves me right, mid-December, rather than late December has been pencilled in for the Interims ? Having said that, I can't see anything in an RNS to that effect, so I may have dreamt it
BB
Thanks Bella , looks like we will get nothing before H1 results end December , I suspect funding will be announced in those as well ,just hope it doesn’t hinder the very little progress we have made with the sp .
Sphinx... PXS also gets AA income from the fruitflow raw material element in FF+ too but that will be paid with the AA qtrly payments from DSM to PXS. There is also a gain or loss on the AA income too depending on exchange rate as PXS is paid in Euros.
My concern is, PXS is paying out monthly shipping and storage charges and they are not turning the stock quickly enough. What happened to the next FF+NO product? DSM has a minimum order policy and I'm not sure if PXS can combine products to meet a minimum.
Poochu nobody really knows but Bella has worked on a formula that has been pretty close to real figures over the last 2 years , I believe it works out about £3.22 comes to our bottom line for each packet sold .
What is our split for ff+? What are the chances of us seeing an end to fund raising?
OK good point , averaging about 5000 so if bella’s Formula is correct should see a decent rise for that part of the buisiness .
On the other hand, my order on 25th Nov was 107134, indicating a rise of only 542 in 3 days.
Going off my own repeat orders, the last four monthly increases have been: 4815, 5301, 4839, and 5030. giving an average monthly increase of 4996.
Nearly 1000 increase in 3 days! Maybe sales are picking up !
107676 on 28th
Seems to be steady at 5000 or there about each month!
Ono: 25/11/19 106685 If of any use.
