Dazed - enjoy the weekend. And if you have George’s ear, tell him that it’s been over a year since he said that plant was operational. George might still think it’s 2023 and he’s on target.
Not from Snowking, I'm not in the PREM group, only speak to GR or Wilna. Going away for the weekend so have a great one all :)
Dazed - is this info from snowking? Hahaha.
….. and you source? Or more guesswork
RNS expected latest Tuesday I believe so hopefully, no more guessing :)
I am just glad he is not giving an interview to Mark from stockbox every time he does the SP tanks
Going to George Roach...
C'mon Roach...
Agreed Pei is a billionaire, and have to say must be a very clever individual, lm pretty sure at this stage he's probably thinking Prems CEO is an absolute clown ,but he has him just where he wants him ,by the short and curlies, one has to feel a bit sorry for SK with his 200 million plus shares ,if you believe a word ,last month he was bragging about becoming a millionaire, next month he'll be totally broke
Https://www.forbes.com/profile/pei-zhenhua-1/?sh=279b11f8728a
Pei is pivotal and very important to Prem, and it's very surprising that he's rarely (if ever) mentioned here.
His businesses have a virtually insatiable appetite for lithium/spodumene, and he'll take all he can get!
Shrewd and smart, Pei won't allow a few delays to affect his aim of world EV domination for him and China.
If Snowking turns up it will be for a mini pump before the next set of bad news 😳
Hearing all the negative posts gives me think this might pick up soon, as long as SK stays away we still have hope
Please George can we have some news we have all been really patient and this is starting to irritate !! 😳
Yet more complete guesswork!
Zwenhua Pei - billionaire and major player in the EV business, lithium etc. - is the Canmax major shareholder.
Around a long time with a massive reputation to protect throughout the entire world. ZP may be the No. 1 man, in the entire lithium game.
But keyboard warriors can predict his strategy, plans and future....
🤨
You can bet your life on that canmex have this all well legally tied up. They are the best in the world at that ,asked anyone who has done business with the Chinese, and they will tell you, out and out sharks ,speaking from experience
Precisely, all shareholders wiped dry…
Why not google what happened to the large U.K. services group InterServe. Company faulted, shareholders (mostly bottom feeders as here) was wiped out, but the business continued under new ownership with mostly same management team without skipping a beat.
It was seen as a successful event as most staff were unaffected. Shareholders are per definition taking carrying the risk.
And yes, CanMax are owed loads. They will not blink, but no point in a strike yet as George still can raise money from elsewhere whilst trying to fix the company.
No point for CanMax going for full ownership whist nothing works.
Litmus test:
How certain are you that CanMax aren’t already owed way over the value of the company ?
Quite simple to me really ,Prem have a market cap at present of $57 m ,the way this is heading very soon canmex will be owed more than the company is currently valued at ,that my friends when they will step in and take the lot for 0
Tbob, yes to highlight the red flags is acceptable, but to constantly post negatives, when we've got to assume that they have an investment here, in my opinion is not, go through Raaydaar, Martini girl and Jagalinth posts and you find one that is positive, that's not balanced opinions, opinions that 99 out if 100 are posted not as opinions but adulterated facts.
Nobody needs to be constantly reading them. The RNS'S are there for that.
Anyway good luck to you and all invested here.
I'm off to watch the nags today, enjoy your weekend.
Good luck everyone!!
Wullie14 - last time I looked this was a discussion board where a variety of views can be published. The worst people are those who will post positive comments regardless... does more damage I'd suggest. Nothing wrong with people expressing different views... in fact, that's what makes this interesting!
As for the lack of news - it's not good but par for the course where GR's concerned. I still have faith that there's plenty of sc6 that can be produced by this plant eventually BUT it's getting more and more costly in terms of time and money and interest. Have to say that I'm getting concerned about GR's ability to see this through to production and our Chinese friends may well be playing the long game, waiting for GR to run out of road.
When is the next placing to pay for the new sorters that need to be ordered. And I’m guessing other equipment. The new pipes and valves are already installed, George said by last Saturday. So that means more issues. Or that George ordered the wrong pipes and valves which also be the case
@wullie14
one benefit to people being realistic about penny stocks like prem is a warning to new investors. is there a difference between scaremongers, haters, just *******s and objective views? yes, it's a shocker, there is a difference. but that is your answer, because people should be warned when there are red flags.
yes we all hope prem works out, but if you can have people just praising it and attracting new investors (potentially suckers) then you can expect and accept the opposite as well. if you believe in your investment then the detractors should mean nothing to you.
They both post around 11pm when the Ovaltine becomes too much to handle. Has anyone ever seen them in the same room?
Raaydaar, Mr Marcus Alder, invested more than 3% in another share ALGW, who is 8 times cheaper 1.2p than it's peak at 8p. No RNS there since December 2023. And every day given us his advice on PREM. No need to say anymore. Martinigirl is invested in the same share as well.
What did I tell you all? I told you it would happen We’re still not at production and we’re nowhere near it yet Got a long way to go question is how many life left?
The price hasn't moved for a few days.
