Its like someone who buys a large plot of land and then has the possibility of getting the adjacent land for real cheap.
Then that person gets the surveys for part of the land and then gets planning permission to build a large development.
However, the problem is, you do not have the money to put in the infrastructure not to mention build the houses, but you have a builder lined up to partner (if you get the whole planning permission).
Now, if you get the planning permission you still won't see money for a while. But what if the builder says they'll buy the land with planning permission and give you. Commission or royalty as they sell houses.
So, imo if this is so huge and you can get 15% of the total ultimate value upfront and Invest that money wisely- you will probably make more money!
Same situation as someone winning the lottery- take the money over 20 years (or 30 what ever it is) or take the smaller amount now and invest it wisely? Hmmm
Why sell Zulu if EPO is granted could be JV partnered with little to not cost to PREM. Plus we have waited 2 years for EPO don’t think selling Zulu is beneficial without EPO.
EPO also unlocks potential gold play in the green belt that runs directly through the middle of the EPO licensing area.
Max are you also aware that the Tantalum Percentage offsets the mining cost of the Lithium?
So we could potentially see costs at next to nothing from out wast product and then gold in the green belt which is still value per Kg is still holding up strongly.
I dont think PIs fully appreciate how big Zulu could be once EPO is granted. Lithium, Tantalum & Gold.
Plus cash funds from Circum could drill current licence area to prove DFS or support grades in licence area in order to increase value to asset if we did want to sell.
Selling as is IMO is just a waist
Charlie- I am thinking along those lines. The rns on the 22nd stated that the shares would hit the market on the 28th or there abouts, but no news! So either the shares hit nd the shares have been forward sold or the shares do not hit and the forward sellers will have to do something to mitigate their losses.
Max - MM will want shares on the cheap to balance a rather large forward sold placing which they or someone through them has forward sold.
MM have dropped the SP to try and get PIs to sell, they also don’t want to let this go as it’s going to be damage limitation.
Hence they will happily buy all your shares. My guessing is once PIs start buying and the volume jumps up they will need to either hold the SP but mean PIs are buying cheap shares or let it go to encourage the profit takers to sell at a higher price.
IMO is we see a short squeeze and everyone’s holding buys a minimum of 1-2m shares MM are going to have major problems balancing the books at these levels for the flippers.
Interestingly we will find out tomorrow hopefully at 07:12hrs via RNS (my prediction)
Target price next few days for Friday close if I am right with the forward selling is 0.15-0.2 p
Be nice time to hit the market with a few other positives, can only imagine short squeeze and EPO announced Friday ............. anyway gym time GLA
I personally think that Zulu should be sold, but that's just me.
RHA has an off take partner lined up, but as per rns on the 22nd these two are to be spun off- so that should help Orem balance sheet!
“ Acker is a bundle of joy, today! lol!”
Yes, Acker with his research into the current sentiment in the Potash market which apparently underpins PREMs valuation according to most on here. What kind of a lunatic is he!! This is not the time or the place for research.
Perhaps we should apply the RHA offtakers logic to Circum instead. The underlying assets market price is on its ar$€, what a great time to give GR $1.7m to get a mine which has produced less than half of $1.7m in revenue over the past 5 years back into production!!
Correction to previous post- MM's would take 17M without a question and required a FOK for anything more, but still! MM's want shares and would take a large amount, so ask yourself- This is support and why do they want shares on the cheap?
Correction I meant 17M!
MM's will take up to 17.5M shares off me, so is this drop artificial? Hmm, I think this is simply mm games and will see if I can dig something up from behind the sofa?
Very tempting
Acker is a bundle of joy, today! lol!
What would Warren Buffet do if the share price is weak and the commodity prices are weak? I think he would put in a big buy order! lol!
You buy when there is blood on the floor!
At best we edge a couple of % closer to investment recovery.
Cant get excited unless we are up 500%
Tomorrow is a big day and should see things move back to a higher trading volume.
I think that this is a pullback to support and will bounce from this support level, imo!
Remember GR is well under water and he needs to pull this together, so expecting some news.
