The sense of frustration around communication seems almost palpable.
The IR guys need to get a handle on this - fast! Because when frustration and, worse, disillusion sets in, it can be very, very difficult to recover.
Hope the IR guys are reading this BB. If not, they should be, because this seems to be a recurring issue and one which could be relatively easily rectified with some pro-activity.
I have posted previously that I believe Morocco wont get drilled until next year and Ireland has many hurdles to overcome, which leaves us with Trinidad. I have to say I am no the wiser were we are upto with the flow tests, have they started? it is all a bit vague. I know the takeover may be affecting timings but some clarity would be nice.
I suggest that you call the esteemed PR company and put your points to them. I would imagine they are on a £10k a month retainer, let them earn it. GL
One of the worst issues about paul is his failure to update the market on delays, he said NOTHING from june 2019 until he was having to do the placing in February 2020 regards what was happening in Trinidad, That is bad full stop!!!! leaving his investors in the dark like mushrooms and fed on carrots when he wanted to give us a glimps of hope!!!! This is my last ever small cap investment along with Bids but please Paul, Keep your investors up to date and stop stringing us along
Incidentally, MMM, far from wanting in any way to criticise your frustration around the timelines, I do believe that expressing these things is actually helpful - it is all too easy to sunk into some sort of torpor when nothing seems to be happening.
And, for the record, though I be not a chartist myself, I read all your positing here with great interest and find them a very valuable part of the mix of opinions.
Me too ,I have been here a long time but having had some pretty large business ventures, I know things do not always go to plan, especially overseas.
I know how passionate you are and if you see fit,I have no problem with you moaning.
Morning MMM,
I don't dispute your right to have a moan and I daresay that expressing it can be helpful in reminding leadership that time is money. And forward progress, even if it be only news, is always soul tonic.
So, I fully believe that one of the good functions of things like this BB is to keep leadership aware that there are passengers on the ship who want to see progress. That was precisely the reason I ditched BMN - the leadership team were so lethargic and laid-back, they were positively horizontal (so was the share price on the days when it wasn't on a bloody vertical dive!).
So, I was not in any way suggesting that you should not have made the point, nor that Kumbaya is a good investment strategy.
Hopefully, there will soon be progress and everyone can keep enjoying the ride.
That’s very easy to say when you have only just invested . We have been waiting over a year and have every right to have a moan .
I really do think that a collective chill pill is in order here.
As a shareholder, I too, have (obviously) an interest in the share price but these things aren't some kind of guaranteed-payout machines. There will be good days and bad days and, quite frankly, one has very little control over either.
If the fundamentals of a company stack up, the share price inevitably comes round to recognising that. Though the timing can sometimes be slower than is ideal. As they say about cricket and players going through a slump - form is temporary, class is permanent.
I myself have no hesitation in throwing dogs overboard (I did it with BMN because I lost all faith in the leadership) but here I take a very different view and am prepared to be patient. Not everything goes exactly according to plan - even Elon Musk, who has so richly rewarded shareholders (like me) who always held faith in him, went through stages where it looked like a dog-show and deadlines were missed frequently.
Obviously, if one doubts the fundamentals, then cut bait immediately but if the fundamentals are sound, delays here and there are nothing to be worried about.
Just my tuppence's worth....
Good morning guys, I am sure Paul said that certain regulatory procedures had to be gone through before results. I do not want to blame Paul ,because of the many procedures ect, that have been placed before him. I am totally cool and continue to hold strong and add to my holding on a weekly basis.
For long time investors, This share has zucked , TBH, I am just about giving up the will to live, OK Morocco is no fault of pauls , but he aint sticking by his time schedules that he put in place in 2018, if so we would have been in production in may , We were supposed to be in production earning money in June 2019, ... Like you MMM, Back to the Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
WTF did Paul day flow tests will start in two weeks and then in the next breathe say that he was waiting for authorisation to start ?
That’s very amateurish, he should have kept his big mouth shut until he got the go ahead.
If 3.8p mid doesn’t hold it ain’t looking good and we are screwed until news arrives
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
