Hi Stokey and Dr.A
Many thanks yes was aware of that information, it' just that in researching ASD (at seed stage) I was, just lets say intrigued and choose not to invest, when ASD crossed paths with PHE via W2T my interest was sparked again. From your posts I know that you really enjoy research if you have time research ASD I'd welcome your opinion. Many thanks for your replies. Regards TOB
Haha ah you posted it there, boom.
That is correct stokey12 I think it was stated in an RNS in 2019
In relation to my 13.49 post th relevant RNS from May last year can be found here https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/PHE/developer-w2t-sign-power-agreement-0u24jcgwbvdu9b4.html
TheOldBee In relation to your 13.16 post as far as Enviroo is concerned if I recall correctly and perhaps Telephoneman or Piltick will confirm W2T had an agreement with ASD so that any unrecyclable plastic that ASD gets will be sold to W2T as feedstock for the DMG unit. Also the electricity from the DMG unit will power the ASD plant. If that is correct then Enviroo and Peel will have a symbiotic rather than competitive relationship. As I understand it this is thekind of relationship that Peel is trying to foster at the wider Protos development.
Banana man, unless you really need the cash.......
If it makes you feel any better I bought back in above your SP so I am also doing a lot of under my breath muttering but unless the Fundamentals have changed why not just hang in there and play the long game after all the H2 industry is still in the womb and new tweaks appear almost daily. My concern with PHE/PEEL is the appearance of ENVIROO aka ASD but I am sure Dr's and PEEL Dd would have found out any weak links. TOB Stay safe
Piltick, I believe the phrase "Clutching at straws" applies for his statement.
Reluctantly, I feel compelled to comment on Yellow's statement (post at 9:15):
QUOTE
I suspect it’s a funding issue.
Peel won’t find it from their balance sheet, too risky.
It will come back to shareholders by a massive dilution.
UNQUOTE
Well I don't know if I'd call it a funding issue, but it is the case that Peel are seeking external funding for the first DMG at Protos, so they are clearly not intending to fund it out of their own petty cash. Of course they may put in a percentage of their own funds, and borrow the rest. So that covers the first two lines in Yellow's post.
But how that translates into dilution for PHE shareholders is beyond me. How Peel manages to fund the DMG project has nothing whatsoever to do with PHE's funds, profits or shareholdings, so I don't see how that can result in any dilution to PHE's shareholders.
It appears that some people have invested more than what they were comfortable to lose. If you were relying on this stock staying the same or multiplying in a short space of time, your research was flawed. A quick look over the past few months worth of messages on this board give you enough information to infer that this is a 3-5 year investment. No news from the BOD is because nothing is happening yet. What do you want them to say? "Sorry lads, nothing is happening yet as we're waiting for contracts to go through and construction to start at protos, sit tight"? I'm new to investing and even I know that that's never going to happen. We had some promising developments in September, and I'm happy with this. If you can't take the stocks drifting down before they increase, maybe investing isn't for you IDK? I for one will try to use this as an opportunity to top up if I get any available fluidity. And yellow, just **** off already? :D
Should be any day now as Tim said at the AGM that they would be submitted in the next 'few weeks'
We have 3.7 billion shares so the sp is drifting down on very small volumes, I'd expect this to reverse when they announce the location of the next two sites to be developed and construction begins at Protos. We don't have that long to wait,
Andy - the fundraise last month was enough to see us through to profitability so don't envisage any further raises!
Yellowf1 , please expand on your “I expect it’s a funding issue” . I don’t see their being any funding issue considering £5 million was raised in September . David Ryan has repeatedly told shareholders he will only raise when necessary and at a sensible price , and even took shares at a higher than market price instead of pay last year. Find me other directors with this passion for their company on Aim , I doubt there are many. We have been told there are many interested customers for our unit. In my opinion we only need news of one new contract and the share price will be back near the highs of 4-5p. A little patience will hopefully be well rewarded. GL LTHs
So did you buy in for a quick trade profit or for the long term multi-bagging?
If the former then looks like you got your timing wrong, if the latter then you've got nothing to worry about - just sit and wait for everything to kick off.
Around that time. Pathetic. I should have known better and followed my instinct.
Bananaman when did you invest? We had lots of updates when we had the AGM 3 weeks ago...
This is my worst performing investment. Such a let down after such pumping back in early September. Always dubious about PHE and the disparity between this and the EQT MCap. Guess now I have to sit it out or crystallise a loss.
Where is the PR ? Where are the updates ? What is going on ? Everyone chilling out at home ? Major construction projects are still being completed without any fuss !
Get on with it !
What do you expect, run by Tories, they need to make sure their own pockets are lined before we get some crumbs!
Sorry I'm 20% down again here, my fault for buying at the wrong time.. I'm just addicted to the idea of this company, just wish it had better people running it.. no wonder Keith got out when he could, rather than being the Whites whipping boy...
Not got the dosh?
...but why have they not started? I though it was due to begin first week or so of September! That’s why I’m frustrated..
If I'm one of the unlucky people that could end up losing my job I'll pull my investment to stay afloat, it doesn't mean I don't believe in the company and where it's going. Also with AIM trading gold/Silver mining companies are just coming up all over the place where if you can get it right can make a lot of money, now I'm sure there's some chancers in this share that have done just that too and pulled early, not to say they won't come back here. I'm not happy with the lack of communication really I'm not I think it's very poor and it makes the share feel abandoned and people lose faith in it. I'm 30% down but I'm up in others and I'll wait patiently because I believe it will happen, in fact others are nearly doing it so you can say what you want about unproven technology and the fact Peel have invested and put their neck on the line they have every confidence they can deliver the end package. Of course their will be stumbling blocks cuz if it were that easy there would be many more doing it but don't underestimate what technology is in the little black box the ingredients for the DMG. As for those that continually come to this forum putting doubt into people, just sad IMO whoever you are and have nothing better than to gloat.
