Yep. Details of the agm are on Orosur's website but that's just about all I've seen. https://www.orosur.ca/index.php?p=investor-center/pressreleases
Possibly/ not sure and I won't hold my breathe for it.
But, I'll welcome the 'permit news' with a bang!
Are we to expect any news before the agm??
It seems that the AGM date is set for 23rd Dec, and yet we haven't seen an RNS for it?
Always felt there should be some explosive happenings coming omi's way shortly. Expected them a few months back but the last year has been blighted by delays which hasn't helped. Hopefully we'll soon start to see the rich news flow period that was mooted. Apart from the share price, under the surface it seems everything is coming together and we are just building up to a crescendo. In December now so surely in the next few weeks things are going to get interesting. Great entry level I think for anyone on the sidelines.
He also said: ‘There will be more interesting things to talk about soon I hope. Transforming the company has taken a bit longer than we planned with covid and our inability to travel and push things along. But close now.’
Strong words, it sounds as though there are huge things happening, large enough for Brad to deem it a transformation of the company. I’m really looking forward to 2022.
“Complete geochemical results are still pending however preliminary results are encouraging and suggest the northern extent of the Aragon fault is prospective”.
These results cannot be too far away ..???,
That was also mentioned and nearly confirmed by Agnico investors relations to me as well:
"The Earn-In Agreement call for a 90 day notice period. Agnico Eagle will take operatorship control officially of the project in early December 2021. It is progressing well with most of the handover having been completed."
There wont be an RNS,
We announced their decision to do so and recently announced that the handover is basically complete – safe to assume then that while there might be the odd i to dot and t to cross, it is for all intents and purposes done.
Handover just about complete. All good.
I asked Brad this morning if the Agnico take over will be RNSed, I’ll pop on here his response. Let’s hope to god the drill plans will be released as that will be the catalyst for the future rise in my opinion.
Wolfy123- Don't know about that. We were expecting to see drill plans coming forth in early August for the areas in permitted zones. And hopefully, to see permits news by end of this year (which was originally expected in early this year and may pushed forward to next year).
As Anza is now their baby and not ours as before, I can only hope to see some update from Minera Monte Aguila team, as something different.
Lets see(?).
Hopefully , thanks for the responses bhargav, just one last one, any ideas of when drill plans will be released, or will that information be released when they get the permits to drill the other areas??
Wolfy123- From what we know, Tin JV is now in the hands of lawyers and we don't know whether we'll see an update on it this Dec or after.
But, overall, I don't see a vacuum of news/ updates like this after we've bedded the change over out officially and then it should pick up some pace. Not long to go, perhaps.
Hopefully.
Thanks bhargav, I thought that was the case but was hoping it would be rns’d to maybe stabilise the share price a bit. So really the only new piece of news we can get before end of December is confirmation of tin jv..???
Wolfy123- I'm not sure, if that's worth an RNS or not. But I know from the response I've had earlier from the Agnico office that they'll resume the operatorship-
"The Earn-In Agreement call for a 90 day notice period. Agnico Eagle will take operatorship control officially of the project in early December 2021. It is progressing well with most of the handover having been completed."
Should we receive an rns next week formally stating agnico have taken control as it will be the end of the 90 day handover next Tuesday ??
Brad we need some positive news. Why does the price keep falling
