I think you have to throw the valuation models out the window for a bit. AVCT has shown that.
It's government backed, there is no other product out there that can touch this if they deliver what they promise and production numbers will far outway anything they have ever delivered. They have no debt to speak of, a well run existing business and they will put the free cash flow to great use to further establish the business.
They will sell as many as they can produce whether to the government or elsewhere. Let Abingdon sell to the government at the discount price and we will sell elsewhere at a premium!!
I certainly think short term £250m mcap is very achievable and could happen on one RNS. Longer term, we need to see continued max capacity throughput, and it depends on how the pandemic unfolds and what Omega do with the free cash flow. UK diagnostics is prime investment space at the moment. Sky is the limit.
I think the next step id no vaccine is found is FOREVER antibody monitoring everywhere. Meaning the sky is the limit for ODX because it will be the main owner of a POC convenient test kit.
Agree with possible £2 with positive RNS. This has been consolidating for a good couple of weeks and should maintain this rise until news. Design freeze is due and is massive, people will be all over this with a run up to £2 imo
much higher.......i think £1 by tomorrow.... RNS is due then £2!
Currently 71p to sell (above mid price)
80p by close imo
£1 by Friday
May i also politely remind everyone, that this is all IN ADDITION to the work still being done in collaboration with Mologic...
I wouldn't be surprised if we see something mentioned later on today, or at the very least, this week, in the daily briefing around the test, track and trace on antibody testing...now Colin's been on Sky News.
Then it's PHE approval and roll-out into mass production.
