I'm saying
1) There is an approved list
2) I posted it a few days ago
3) Visitect is not on it
3) Visitect can't be on it until it has some sort of ce approval
4) Mologic never applied for it
5) All this was known by many people that read this thread, as I posted all the above, but they preferred to keep silent and not tell people the facts. Be careful of those that would pretend to be your "fellow" investors.
who listens to TWATcher?

if its been approved then we should really have an RNS ?
i am eagerly awaiting any RNS from ODX that does not mention the exercising of options
Daughter at York University using Flowflex LFT TESTS
Mars1 "great find" was posted here a few days ago by me. And I also posted a link to the list of approved tests, and remarked that it is strange that even though Mologic has been ce approved for professional use since Dec 2020, they never applied for it to be put on the eu "appropriate for use" list:-
https://ec.europa.eu/health/sites/default/files/preparedness_response/docs/covid-19_rat_common-list_addendum_en.pdf
There's well over 100 tests on that list. Without being on that list, no eu government will select it at a national level.
Mologic appears neither on the included or the rejected list, hence they never applied.
Also strange that even though Tricky spent loads of time discussing the eu list on my thread, she didn't once bother to post on here to correct the misconception that there is no inclusive list (and hence the inference that the visitect test may be approved), its almost like she prefers to keep people in the dark.
And you'd think it would be blatantly obvious to even the most casual observer that the eu is only going to add ce approved tests to a list that is appropriate to use for eu governments. Visitect has no ce approval
pumpkin 600,400,000. 10 for each person in the country = 5 weeks supply at 2 tests per week per person. Not many really.
How many tests would they need to make to achieve £3.2 billion?only China can "churn" those sort of numbers out imho
Good to hear from you Merchant!
thanks MB, lets hope something happens soon
good post merchantbanker - i hope you are right
This list is for professional use tests only.
Once Omega gain self test approval, that puts their product right at the top of the food chain. Regulation is going to make lots of tests that were allowed to fast track approvals disappear.
Th crappy innova test was a billion $ product. The success of the Visitect test will only be limited by how many can be produced.
Yeah I know people are fed up with waiting, but what we are waiting for is extremely valuable and will trump what other companies have achieved and put them in a fantastic position to start making the huge sums of money we all expect.
And we have replaced the infamous INNOVA Chinese tests now with the ACON Biotech Chinese self home test. Unbelievable. Maybe if we rebrand UK tests as, Made in China, we might actually get a test into the market.......
The linked document is an addendum; perhaps to the document containing the list of tests that passed.
Interesting indeed Mars1. I see alot of Chinese tests have been rejected,as expected. Some familiar names on there too that would have been previously used on here by our resident trolls to induce fear of having missed the boat : Azure,Immunodiagnostic and Quidel for instance, rejected as recently as yesterday. So we haven't been rejected and we're not on the 'still under review list'....does that automatically mean approval then ? ..soon find out.
So am I correct in understanding that they have publish a list of those reject or otherwise withdrawn but not a list of those approved?
Great find Mars. We submitted final data 6th September right?
“The following rapid antigen tests – applications submitted until 10 September 2021 - were rejected for inclusion in the EU common list as the information and data provided submitted by manufacturers was incomplete, could not be confirmed by the experts of the HSC technical working group on COVID-19 diagnostic tests, was not in line with practical use of the tests in EU Member States, and/or did not meet the criteria as established by Council Recommendation 2021/C 24/01 and/or the further criteria agreed by the experts participating in the technical working group on COVID-19 diagnostic tests on 21 September 2021”
This looks interesting latest list of EU demotions, failure to gain approval and those still under review. The Visitect test falls in this period so it would appear it has been approved. There is an 8 week grace period, and the list of those approved is not included.

Some people may think that s a disingenuous post Thinkevin
Dead like your grammar . ! , ? ;
Put commas at a break of a sentence, and a full stop at the end of the sentence.
They seek him here ,they seek him there , but all he does is give his coffee a stir , to sell a test or maybe not , the CEO doesn’t give a jot ,a waste of space and waste of fresh air , a CEO without a care , over paid and in over his head , hence the reason the SP in dead .
If it was today you'd be too late hedge. Kind of what it's all about.
It’s always ‘tomorrow’
I think that tomorrow could be a very positive day as people build their positions ahead of the Government announcement on LFT's.
