The thing is both companies are not run by someone who is likely to issue a crap RNS or tweet...and kill the SP.
So with covid stocks back in favour they gained reaction...in odx everyone is dreading Colin putting pen to paper
"So Abdx with its much smaller markets cap can move quicker on such news but don’t quite get Avacta"
Not sure about Avacta but would agree market cap Abdx looks more appealing then odx. Nevertheless, I'm back in odx not Abdx, so hoping to earn a few quid like last time. I must admit this share is a roller coaster and I've missed the buzz.
Obnoxious
"Twatty...did you know that all along and did'nt tell us??
Nobody reads you anyway."
LOL the irony :)
Maybe court case yesterday it's on Abingdon board
Twatty...did you know that all along and did'nt tell us??
Nobody reads you anyway.
Strong buy.
Shortage of Lft, their production capacity and market cap.
Don’t think it’s the surescreen revelation
I suspect govt or machine ramping up tomorrow and uk diagnostic industry mentions these 3.
both surecreen tests have passed phase3a ages ago. One last december, one in March.

Nice blue finish as I hoped for this morning
There's always a post comes from nowhere
SureScreen are getting some of their government machines adapted. So this is probably not the original approved test. Must be a newer version.

Of course I agree that Surecreen was approved some time ago but this is the first confirmation that ODX are currently assembling them making the comment significant.
Regulator. Apparently JFK was holding one when he was shot in Dallas!! That's how much of a rehash this news is.
U.K. tests are being stocked by DHSC 92m to quote the Bethell tweet so they are going to be available and have to be made somewhere
Surescreen SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Cassette
Pass
2 December 2020
Surescreen SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Cassette v2
Pass
15 March 2021
also Colin mentioned during the presentation that they are talking with an approved tests provider for the 374m order.
someone connect the dots . . .
Surescreen was approved some time ago - and the link with ODX has been known about for some time. This just seems to be some journalistic rehashing of old stories in the context of universities starting up again.
"The company has the capacity to manufacture approximately 7 million tests per week, with plans to increase this to 14 million per week by the end of December."
I guess this is where omega steps in
And Omega name checked…..’
He said SureScreen tests, which have been partly assembled by Omega Diagnostics in Alva in Scotland, will form an essential part of the government’s rapid testing programme which has made free LFDs available to everyone in the UK’
Which UK companies are going make the other tests then?….hhhmmmm….
