"yes, the overdraft was interesting."
There is a local company that could be interested in the DHSC equipment

Could raise enough for a Christmas party !!
simon - odx have said no placing and i believe them.
there is one caveat - they dont have enough money for self test approval in usa...hence the feasibility study. if they want to go through with that application there could be a placing - but if they did it could potentially open up a serious market for them . so it would be one of those placings that offers mega advantage, SP usually recovers quite easily from any drops in that situation
personally i dont think they will - or rsather should go for self test usa. they have missed the boat - it will take too long and the market will be flooded with more tests. plus i dont believe they have what it takes - sales team wise
yes, the overdraft was interesting.
At last placing they paid off the £2m overdraft that they had, keeping the £2m facility - now want to increase it to £8m.
I am trying to reassess ODX with fresh eyes and the fact their was no explanation did make me wonder the reasoning - were they anticipating that they would need short term lending of that magnitude?
Inept. I noticed a lot of talk about overdrafts - dubious - I hope they have maximised their use of government furlong and bounce back loans etc before they even try going to the bank.
"ODX website they still have a blue box appearing referring to the £374m DHSC contract"
And still have ELISA and Visitect Antibody tests listed under products, which we now know they have discontinued
Thanks Sneaky, I still can’t find it but will give it a go another time. I am amazed that when I ventured onto the ODX website they still have a blue box appearing referring to the £374m DHSC contract - I must be going mad.
I literally just checked
It though does not pop as before as the top search in either people or 'Top' - something is going on thats for sure.......
Thanks Sneaky, have you actually checked as I normally leave it open and it is not working, I have also been to the company website and followed the Twitter link and that also fails, is it just me?
renamed it to @omega_ODX
Of course it might be just me but have Omega closed their Twitter account?
