Qured reply
“Hello
We provide the ThermoFisher Scientific test.
Kind regard

Yes thanks Deas I hadn't noticed that, so only for inbound traffic. Still a massive market and of course the test being offered IS acceptable for entry to the UK from anywhere worldwide. this from the Government website: This could include tests such as:
a nucleic acid test, including a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test or derivative technologies, including loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) tests
an antigen test, such as a test from a lateral flow device
Junior2020, here’s an idea, why don’t you? Twitter, email, whatsuppp, snail-mail, Bat signal, whatever.
GM on the case? What do you think?? In truth I'm not sure what I think. The silence is for a reason (I hope), while I understand that from the perspective of the Government contracts, I do not get it where other business is concerned. I've said before, if this was my business I would be shouting its merits from every rooftop and raising the profile higher than Everest!
Thanks Deas. I need to see what has happened to the Qured SP today, probably better than NCYT.
Airlineboy, I think that article may be misleading. According to the website they can only be used for pre arrival testing in the (UK).

Can someone cntact the company and ask for some udates/PR on Twiter...anything.
GM on the case? What do you think??
BA does also offer a partner discount with a clinic for PCR tests, which from memory does use PrimerDesign (and one other).
Ironically these lft tests are acceptable for entry in to the US, which is arguably BA's largest market. This is an interesting link to the product. https://www.businesstraveller.com/business-travel/2021/03/04/british-airways-offers-discounted-rapid-antigen-tests/ I would like to see our tests being used extensively across the travel industry. The cruise market is another massive opportunity. I hope GM is on the case!
There should be a pcr lab (versalab ?) at each hub - God knows why we havent heard of this initiative. Pubs and gyms seem more important !!!!
I hope my comments do not make the MM drop the SP by 5%...........sentiment blah blah blah
Why would BA want to tie-up with a company supplying tests if they would not be accepted by many countries to which BA service? I am at a loss as to why? IAG are down and wounded, they need to get bums on seats.
Qured, predictive text sorry, is the company who supply to BA.
It’s not a PCR test though so won’t be acceptable for most travel?
Qured, predictive text sorry, is the company who supply to BA.
The company is Qured, predictive text messed up my post above. Lesson today.....read text before posting.
Has GM missed an opportunity here? Quoted, a UK company have a deal with BA to supply test kits. Article is in the Mail Online news this morning. Squared are obviously not hiding under an NDA. Will be interesting to what happens to their SP. Come on GM tell us all something what is going on. It is like being invested in the Secret Service.
