1. botbot1202. I have read your posts on both the advfn NANO bulletin board as well as this one. Invariably, you are expecting imminent good news - presumably concerning the outcome of the bid-process? Unfortunately this news never seems to arrive, but you continue to reiterate the same mantra. Is there any wonder that you fellow investors are somewhat puzzled by your contributions? Is there any substance to your repeated message or is it merely speculation on your part? I wish you well with your gargantuan shareholding, and hope for all our sakes that your extreme optimism results in a successful outcome.
2. There is still no information regarding Samsung's response to Nanoco's patent infringement action. Surely, bearing in mind the information from Korean sources* at the time that the action was declared, they should have responsded by now to meet with the deadline imposed by the Texan court? I have a conspiracy theory, purely of my own invention, that might explain what is going on. Surely, it would serve all parties' best interest if Samsung were to bid for the entire company, or resolve the issue by apologising for their misdeed and agreeing to a licensing agreement with Samsung - an out of court settlement as we have so often seen in similar circumstances. Perhaps Nanoco will announce this to coincide with the expected declaration their full results? Time will tell if my theory is correct, but surely the limbo that has existed since early November cannot continue indefinitely? The CV19 crisis is not an excuse for the current inaction. Both parties, as well as any other interested companies have had sufficient time to carry out their "due diligence"? Is there any wonder that the market is totally disenchanted with Nanoco and that the share price is foundering at the bottom of the proverbial barrel?

Where's the RNS then botbot1202?
Have held Nano for quite a while but only been a member on LSE since July 2019. So fact one... look who’s making stuff up.! How can you have seen my posts Over the year when I’ve only been on LSE for 9 months.!
Fact two. Have been accused of not holding when I have 1.9m shares.
Have never lost in a casino and don’t plan to start on my share portfolio.

"I don't think your opinion is very balanced"
Over your years of posting I've read you predict a share price of several pounds, impending oblivion and usually lesser extremes, presumably based on your circumstances at the time. In almost every case you've turned out to be completely wrong, intentional or not. Either way, I think you're kidding yourself if you think anybody gives the literal meaning of your posts any credence. You might want to consider changing your username to BeingTheWolf.
100% current holder 1.9m shares
I love casinos
Don’t like skateboarding so don’t go near any Ramps.
He is not a current holder. Just likes to ramp and deramp depending when jumping in and out.
Hi BTB,
If you think this is 'casino territory' maybe you'd be best advised not going through the door.
When I gave up smoking, I avoided tobacconists like the plague, or more topically like coronavirus !!
ddubya
Up to 1.9m
Bought some more on the drop.
Wish I had loaded even more now

I seem to recollect you had 1.5m shares botbot? If you are following your own advice, does that mean you will soon have 4.5m shares? If so, we should all benefit from an SP increase as you scoop up your further 3m.
What's Korean for 'bol***ks'?
RNS now happening. Bid update to be announced. Well done to everyone that has held out. Now is the time to double or treble down if you can.
Imagination are up in front of MPs today over security concerns. Looks like the Chinese government were deliberately attempting to get around UK restrictions by moving jurisdiction of the controlling company from the US to the Cayman Islands. Sneaky AF. Maybe Nanoco's technology would be considered important enough to protect by the new government after all? https://www.bbc.com/news/business-52275201
Imagination were sold years ago and it seems a bit late to worry about the Chinese taking over the board. What did they expect would happen? I would imagine any IP was transferred to China long ago, regardless of "ownership". I don't know if it is still the case, but Imagination used to own MIPS technology too, which was used by US defence companies. Not sure how it affects Nanoco though, because no Chinese company has showed any interest in them.
Struggling to see what the controversy is here Nananano. Looks like a straight buyout to me. There are no laws saying businesses can't be sold to China I don't think. I also can't see what would be strategic about GPU IP. Cadmuim free quantum dot ip likewise couldn't be described as strategic either. Seems to me the Chinese company has done the right thing this time and actually paid for it.
Interesting, and may have some bearing on sales discussion for Nanoco.....maybe
