curiouse,
Being unable to understand even manipulation and lie of your CEO, how could you get so well that the conspiracy is not at all a reality in which you live, but just a theory. Bravo you are genius!
Oh! Hamm I see!!! Thanks!! I've got it now. Its all a conspiracy theory... big fraud. Big lies.... just a pretend company and a pretend CEO and .... oh wait! That sounds a bit weird..... so may be not
With all respect you are confused, but it isn't only your fault really. MATD/MB haven't been level with us ! For a moment they say boarder is closed, then covid, then contractors are too busy, or no money, but then it turns out that there is no local permit! Now MATD is the saviour! MATD is going to change the law!
I wonder what the real story about the so called blue chip guys would turn out to be!
Is it true? Too many lies really, but never mind.
Hope we wake up one day and find out it was all a nightmare/ bad dream!
Have a beautiful, lovely evening all,
Aww Hamm you really don't seem to grasp what's going on in the big wide world.
China zero covid policy, oil storage full, need for reliance on Petrochina which has had PSA revision issues... no wonder you're upset and confused.
Gower... wait and see what's announced at the state Naadam 11th-13th July. It may be clearer after then
So what? Let the desperados leave the scene - the sooner the better - for everybody!
So… Spring 2023! Or maybe before.
EL granted last year. MB then said early Q2 we would start a 2 week workover/ drilling!
Did MB knew/read MATD RNS that LP still needed? Or MB like you guys/rampers can't even read/ understand what RNS/LP is? Come on stop playing!
Oh dear,
Never mind, enjoy your evening all,
Best,
... "If that is the case why MATD hasn't done anything in the last 3 years?"
- because it only got granted the exploitation licence last year .... keep up!
If that is the case why MATD hasn't done anything in the last 3 years?
You guys are amazing!
God bless,
A revision of laws does not mean a cessation.
If you read the RNS it states that in lieu of changes in the law Petro Matad is in dialogue with MRPAM to obtain the special purpose land certification for its areas of operation
Jimithebrush, thanks for posting this link but have you read what is stated in that article? If so, than be prepared for quite a long waiting - a year at least. Because this is what has written there: "The revised draft of the Minerals Law, which was debated in Parliament last autumn, was left without attention for some time. It is expected to come out in the spring session of parliament, but will be rescheduled for the autumn." Which means that our ****ing CEO - traveller have to be in his Mongolian office and alongside of Petrovis, work really hard with bureaucrats or resign. Otherwise even 1p can't be guaranteed.
Not worried at all Hamm.
I was invested in ITM. I bought in at 45p.. it went all the way down to 18p and eventually went up to £7. That's the ride we are in for here. Mike B says we are still on target for this year and he knows whats going on with the law and certification better than us.
You feel free fall!? If not when you will find out when you hit the ground but it would be too late by that time!
Where is your hero FA to keep telling you risk V reward nonsense?
Hey, you can buy more, oh dear!
Well done MB!
GUYS,
Jimi Yep it works thanks
https://www.mongolianminingjournal.com/ hopefully this works?
"Taken from Mongolian mining journal today" ... are you able to provide a link Jimi? Thanks
So much for your realism, this ain't going anywhere until all permits are in place FACT! GLA
Gormenghast grinds on!
Taken from recent RNS = Following the Cabinet resolution in April on expediting a solution to the land access issues for oil exploration and production companies, draft amendments to the Land Law have been prepared by the relevant ministries for presentation to Parliament to resolve the existing conflicts within the legislation. At the same time, Petro Matad is in dialogue with MRPAM to obtain the special purpose land certification for its areas of operation which will secure long-term land access. Until this certification is issued, land use permits are required to be granted by the local authorities and to date, in the province in which Petro Matad's Block XX Exploitation Area is located, they have not done so. Petro Matad is not the only operator impacted in this way.
Taken from Mongolian mining journal today = The revised draft of the Minerals Law, which was discussed in Parliament last fall, has been quiet for some time. It is expected to enter the spring session of the parliament, but it will be postponed until the autumn. In addition to the interest in investing in Mongolia, relatives are wondering when the law will be passed and how the investment climate will be created. If some people want to attract investment, they must first make the draft law public and discuss it at every meeting.
“We are working closely on the draft law. We are conducting a baseline study to improve relations with strategically important deposits, AMNAT, and local communities. ” In particular, on the issue of “strategic deposits” and “strategic minerals”, the draft law will be able to be submitted for public discussion if the drafters reach an agreement.
Notice postponed until the autumn.
