Glad to see it's all going well...

My shares are still showing in my trading account - how long does it take for them to get cancelled?
There needs to be an investigation into the last two years of joules .
It stinks of a stitch up . All communications need to be looked into , it totally undermines the stock market and private investors in particular.
Thanks for posting this link.
Someone needs to investigate how one of the primary shareholders was able buy this out of Admin in what appears to have been some kind of backroom deal with Next.
Where did you see this?
I see Deloitte are being investigated for signing off the accounts, maybe look deeper into director conduct..
I wish
Every penny lost here will be recovered from the directors
Will we ever receive any communication from the Co regarding our shares? Ie., hello your shares are now worth zero etc...
Mine are still showing in IG. And it doesn't seem to allow me to remove them.
Obviously, I've written them off, but just wondered what happens next, if anything.
Cheers
Well, this is the point. None of us (that I know of) are familiar with the law in this area. I do find it odd that a major shareholder is able to buy the company out of administration, with little to no oversight. However, one must assume it is legal. Joules is high profile enough that if there was something (legally) below board, it would attract FSA scrutiny.
Didn’t someone on this BB write to their MP? What was the response?
As SHs we’ve had no further communication.
Meanwhile, I passed Joules in my local shopping centre and it was packed with people looking for a bargain. A sale of some sort was on, but nothing more than is typical at this time of year.
If people want an investigation they have to complain to fca with facts, i.e demonstrate as far as possible insider dealing or misleading statements , etc. So other than 'it stinks' what evidence is there?
i hope Foch get there teeth into this as per news reports last week
Yes, pretty obvious that this was in the offing for sometime before the market got news of it.
Seems odd that no major investors (outside of those who clearly benefit - TJ) attempted to prevent it from happening or indeed, complained afterwards.
I do think it needs to be investigated, but the chances of minimal.
what a t****** tom is , he orchestrated this , 30pieces of silver tom was it worth it ?
Stinks
.
All wrapped up too quickly and conveniently for Next and Tom joule. I believe much of this was orchestrated.
yeh i see something similar on twitter about this , Foschini unhappy with interpath , but of course interpath would never do anything untoward , everything by the book with crook tom lol!
King Joules - some of the affected are to be found marshalling their thoughts on another external forum. See my thread from a few days ago for directions
I only have 1200 shares but would be interested in any action. Mine is emotion rather than financial.
Many on here have said that they want to continue to discuss action.
In response I have set up a trial forum in case these threads are lost too.

Silly question perhaps but has anyone contacted investor relations? I’d be interested in the stock response to the question of how only one shareholder was invited / able to make an offer for the Co..?
Well 30% of private investors is still thereabouts £10 million
