May be time to start researching again as for past 2 months not looked up if any new products as we got over the mark of 100 on sale, time to look at the majors.
@ Elsol and EoB I agree it’s always good to remain balanced. I am by nature overly optimistic which has both made and lost me money investing. If I were to be picky and find a worry with ITX apart from the challenge of massive upscaling and hopefully not going for an early buyout my short term concern is that we haven’t had a recent trading update though I know from others more experienced here that they aren’t expecting one until H1 in ? July. Always good to sleep with one eye open!
I agree with EoB. Let's not get over excited. Normally Enterprise Value will track in certain ratios of revenues and expected profits, so whilst we hope for something more you could easily be fooling ourselves and others creating undue peaks and troughs in the SP that doesn't do long term holders any favours. The revenue multiple currently is large you will agree as we transition through breakeven. Yes, we could have a big event happen but it could be an outright sale and then I would argue you've missed out on your 10 years of hockey stick growth. The business has to manage this good growth too which has many risks and uncertainties of expansion and change, not to mention competitive reaction to replicate our key ingredients and to try to get around our patents so it's not a given that you will be driving your Bentley around in 2025...baaa humbug!!
Point taken EOB, will just use f(x)=a(1+r)^{x} in the future lol
I did let “life changing” go, I’m not a complete monster ...
?? Etc.
Great day for the price again today, again based on not a great deal happening to cause it. But can we please stop using words like “exponential” as it is basically just ramping-bo*****s and spoils the flow of any real conversations. The last results were great and the immediate share price rise was ... about zero, at least for a few weeks! Ta muchly.
Nice to see us breaking back up through 11p again, will be nice if we can hold this into the close and then continue the move upwards again tomorrow, think that as has been said many time before, that the small free float can make this very volatile, a nice volume of buying can move the SP up very quickly and vice versa. Where can this share take us is the £400 million question lol, am sure that there is a very long way to go and cannot wait for the next news/results to come out, as think that this will have an exponential upwards affect to the SP.

We have had reasonably quite period where prices have consolidated at this level.
I agree this will move up fast but I'm not sure where it will stop.
It’s remarkable how much the price rises despite relatively modest sized buys, presumably because the available float is so limited. All bodes incredibly well for when the next piece of good news arrives. Of course that cuts both ways in the unlikely event of any bad news but I am staking my house on there being good news in the not too distant future. The H1 trading update could be life changing for those of us heavily invested here.
AJP - I agree we've just reached base camp. I was surprised the SP didn't hold greater gains last week, but it felt manipulated. The drop in the markets probably didn't help. Nice to see a push upwards again today
Think you could say that we have just reached base camp and are readying to start the ascent, onwards and upwards.
Have a good one

Just made another top up. I have a feeling there will be news coming soon which will send this well beyond the 10p mark and know I will kick myself if I don’t top up whilst they are this cheap. Ten pence a share is ridiculously good value.
Nice little reminder of where we are and what we have to look forward too.

I am always optimistic, think that is the game we are in.
I think that £400 mill is a good starting point for negotiations, whether you see this being slightly lower or higher will depend on your level of optimism lol.
Remember, would you have predicted the current MC 12 months ago?
Only time will tell
Could we resist any approach and go it alone?
AJP
£400mill would be £1 a share equivalent...............that's optimistic thinking!
If someone picked it up for £100m, that would be a steal. I think realistically it would be between £100-200m if it was in the near term (next 12-18 months). AIMO
I think that where you have all the star aligned as they appear to be here, then the next update may well determine our destiny? If it is a stellar set of numbers as we anticipate, then the big boys may well move in very quickly with offers, as there is no guessing how big this could become eh and the desire to get the tech and IP tied up may prove to strong, no rush though, lets get the share price as high as possible before this happens.
Where does the bidding start £400 mill plus?

For a few months now within Whatsapp and twitter groups i've downplayed talks of a takeover / buyout. Looking at numbers and discussing with some within the industry i believe the appointments of Helen Cane & Monna Manning were specific in the long term goal of being bought out and having the management in place for the company to continue to run without any major changes after buyout.
Any thoughts?
Anyway, back to today and nice to see a further rise, particularly when most markets are down. The closing price yesterday seemed to be artificially depressed - the last sale was 1p below the last buy 10.2p vs 11.2p. Glad to see momentum continuing. GLA
Yeah that podcast was frustrating. They were getting across really positive news and information and were really bullish about prospects. But when man #1 asked man #2 for his update it sounded like he couldn’t find the fag packet he’d scribbled on and that he’d been woken up after a massive sleep! “What, who, Ita-what now ... err polymers ... err share price ... err prospects...” ??
I’m not big on podcasts but I can’t say I’ve come across UK investor magazine before. Are they credible?
I appreciate the link but I have to say that the podcast seemed very amateurish. A lot of waffle and umming and arghing. I’ll take it with a pinch of salt
Too excited nearly sold my house to buy more
Excellent Thordon
Did notice that they said they were expecting a trading update soon?
you could tell how excited they were about where this is going.

Thanks Thordon just hope any takeover doesn’t happen too soon

Today is a perfect example of the point SmartInvestment made yesterday regarding the 14% free float. It takes very little volume to drive this thing up 10%.Very bullish-almost as exciting as the company's excellent fundamentals!!
