Brokers chart not the same as Google chart , broker has massive sharp fall end of August 2006 .
Google does not . ( and it should say not below referring to a price of 471p 21/11/14 & 261p on 23/11/21 )
I guess I sold on 17/10/22 for 431p as had margin calls , after Liz Truss budget made markets crash , I did have them with main broker, the buy 11/12/15 for 430p selling there would have affected margin .
The Google chart does seem to match the older 2014 sale of 603p ( shows 471p )
23/11/2011 buy for 337p ( shows 261p on that day )
Indicating maybe did get some free ones .
261 to 541 = over 107 %
The sold shares today the last of the ones transferred in on 7/7/21 from ITI ( SVS )
The number transferred in matches the ( H ) buy 23/11/2011 for 337p
337 to 541 = ( approx 60% over 12.5 years )
A smaller part of those transferred in sold 17/10/22 for 431p
Have a record of a further sale ( SVS ) 21/11/2014 of 333 shares for 603.64p but can not see the buy , I must of bought more and not recorded that buy, then sold the same .
Or was given extra shares in some CA maybe .
Sold for 541.25p today just before 10 am , fell back a little after but hit a higher 543p at 2pm , so no rush .
Had targeted selling the ones in ( W ) for months at 539p the 3 year high hit 15 months ago on 17/2/23 , had regretted not selling then as they fell all the way back to 406p 30/5/23 .
So above that target today, placed a marker trade on ( D ) last few weeks.
The ones on ( D ) must be the buy 11/12/15 at 430p
On 15/6/18 the 6 year high of 573p
4 Analyst Consensus target is 600p
11/12/15 Buy 430p
To my untrained eye the chart signals look amazingly bullish, eg. 2 May: Continuation Diamond with Long-Term Target Price of 668 - 699, and 1 May: Continuation Diamond with Long-Term Target Price of 660 - 691
Any chartists out there care to give a view....?
Many thanks Wilks, more info

Their South African card service broke down this pm, unnerving and embarrassing....
Sp slumping 5% , very strange can't find any info why ?
The figures, there is scope for the SP to rise substantially from here. It is complicated by all the present accountancy twiddling but I can see these moving above £6 and marching the divi up as well. We shall see.
Sotonspike - fair enough. I added overnight! At least I don't have the headache of what to do with the money! These will continue to pay a nice safe divi and hopefully also keep rising. First bought ages ago at less than £2 in my ISA so pretty damned pleased! Good luck neighbour (I'm in Bournemouth)
Sold up today made a healthy profit will be back if it drops below £5.....Good luck to all holders here and a Happy New Year to one and all

Nxt ftse 100 review if we can get a 380 mn company valuation, along with the nxt best 10 companys.
Puts us 95 to 97, back in ftse,. £6+all day, with improved finances as rns, looking good for us, not advice but we'll worth buying at 490p post divi day, I'm buying in morning on drop, santa rally may get us back over 510p.just my views.
No wonder it's stagnant, see if it improves on divi day 15p cheaper I guess for nxt divi
I have just topped up below the £5 mark, which is really cheap still. After the latest RNS I am very confident that the next and subsequent dividends here will be jolly nice and this is a good long term hold in any portfolio.
Glad I hung on to them...Was going to sell this afternoon but decided to hang on for the results next week....Probably drop like a stone knowing my luck.....
Hard to catch a falling knife, but it’s bouncing off the floor now so you done good 👍
The game now is'How low will they gp'.
Oop's thought I did done really well getting back in this yesterday at £4-46.....Never mind sure it will bounce back soon....
Did I miss any news?
Way to go Old....Have traded these for a while now still hold a good fair few and they have served me well in the past ....
....and you will see for yourselves how cheap this stock is now and what scope there is for a nice increase in the already generous dividend. If you do this then, like me,you will hold a decent clutch of them in your p/f and forget about quick turnarounds.
...in to this today. Had to pay nearly £4.90 but do not care because these have already been well over £5 each and pay juicy dividends. Don't think they will bid for Rathbones but do not plan to sell anyway. One of the best performers in my p/f.
investec plc issued a pre-close trading update for the interim period ending 30 september 2023 this morning. the combination of investec wealth & investment uk with the rathbones group has completed. for the six months ending 30 september 2023, the group expects adjusted earnings per share between 35.5p and 37.5p (8.0% to 14.0% ahead of prior period) on adjusted operating profit before tax between £428.7 million and £449.6 million, with roe to be around the mid-point of the group's target range of 12% to 16%. valuation is attractive with forward pe ratio at 6.5x in the top *****ile for the ib&is sector. the group remains well capitalised with strong liquidity. the share price lacks near term momentum, but remains in a longer run uptrend which should extend in coming years. invp is one for the long run. buy.
