I think I’ve answered my own question from a few weeks ago as to weather or not I should of sold out or not!
What are peoples thoughts on the effects of this war and investec?
Cant understand what's not to like really am I missing something gla regards jack
...SP does not like terms for London listed shares. Market is generally rotten at moment so I am staying put. Will blow over - I hope.
...we get our free N91 shares? Can't be long now .
I'm sat on 182% but I'm holding. Due to acquisition price I'm getting about 12% yield, plus all the other good stuff! Great company with possibly some way to go in a higher interest rate environment.
top drawer
1) Rising interest rates benefit banks
2) Freebie shares in N91 shortly
3) Decent divis coming.
4) If you can achieve BETTER with this degree of safety, then please let me know where!
Evening,
Currently sat at +120% on this after getting in at a good price but really scratching my head as to if I should take me gains or stick it out as it looks overwhelmingly positive.
My head says sell up and move on. Any thoughts on the outlook in the next 12 months?
INVP are coining it. Just look at the RNSs today. Massive upside here still with increasing interest rates still to come. Could hardly be more positive!
Thanks for that! Appreciate it.
No, Dangelous. My memory (not reliable) seems to tell me that we should hear more next month and my calculations indicated that we should receive one n91 share for approx every 15 INVP, although cannot be sure when the ex-cap date will be.
Anyone know if there’s any news on the n91 shares? Or when it’ll happen?
Morning,
Thanks for the reply.
I suppose the main take is that the SP is at a discount to the NAV of between 20% & 50%.
What’s not to like?
Might buy some more in January??
Hi Squiffy,
I am only looking at the year end chart on here. Think it gave £7.19p from memory/
Hi oldbutnowisa,
Are you saying the NAV is now over £7?
I ask because the half year results stated the NAV to be £4.79 or have I misinterpreted the information.
Regards,
already over £7 and this year would expect practically £8. SP should move up quickly by around 50% from here.
Urbanguru the 1 n91 share for every 2 invp shares was when first spun off in 2020 I believe. Another 15 per cent of n91 to be returned to us I'm still unsure if shares or a special dividend gla regards jack
Brill, thank you!
22nd December is dividend day gla regards jack
Does anyone know when divis are expected to be paid.. this week? Thanks
Not 15%? AND TIMING TO BE ANNOUNCED?
Monkeyjack - I've read that we are supposed to be getting 1x N91 share for every 2x INVP shares held....though at what point in time, I do not know?
Only to be expected when they hit £4. Silly people but understandable.
Whywork thanks for that. Great see they pay circa 5 per cent dividends gla regards jack
My letter said shares.
