Unfortunately the IM Facebook page seems to get very few positive comments. They want to keep their lights on .. so I assume they are all using solar and wind powered energy sources. INFA have gone out of their way to be transparent and engage the community
Didnae ye ken, Naz is a local painter and decorator, Dawski.
Hope he only uses eco, low VOC paint. ;)
Some strong buys moving in to the close, anyone for a nice RNS Monday?!
Thank you,Bruce --more comments please..personally I am more than confident that John, Judith and the team over there can placate the nimbies..only hope that Naz is not involved !! If Naz gets hold of the thread we will no doubt hear more nonsense about fracking and the end of the world !
From what I have read, mainly about brine discharge from desalination plants, it is always a consideration but something that usually gets overcome through different dilution, diffusion and dispersion technologies. I remember JW commenting after the December shareholder meeting that he was not happy with the brine discharge depictions in the video and that they needed to be amended before the video was published. There are excellent papers available on the technologies and continues monitoring mechanisms that can be put in place to ensure that no damage is being done. I expect that the with the professionalism of this outfit they will have this all under control and the main issue comes from a lack of understanding or a lack of willingness to accept the realities. Just a matter of time imo.
Crikey..i was totally unaware until this afternoon and reports earlier of any disquiet about us from the natives .I truly thought that Judith had them under control. They seem to be bothered about the high saline brine outflow into the sea causing potential damage to local fisheries.Comments please ..should keep the weekend postings alive for once. Life is never straightforward with Infa.
Great to have you in attendance today @stewartcdickson and that we could provide some education for you in relation to the project. Look forward to meeting you again soon, your turn to bring the cakes https://t.co/qAf3nQAUN1 https://twitter.com/JohnWoo64494325/status/1101517058993541120?s=19
Have had a great couple of days discussing our project with local stakeholders and elected representatives. Really great constructive discussions, lots of untruths corrected. #Infa https://twitter.com/JohnWoo64494325/status/1101514184506904576?s=19
Doesn't imply anything of the sort, imo.
Warrants still churning.
Not looking promising this week, implies not great expectations for news early next
The Company has warrants outstanding over 93,018,948 new ordinary shares, which represents approximately 6.98 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital upon Admission. These warrants are exercisable at a price of 0.48 pence per share with expiry dates of 10 April 2021 and 30 April 2021.
And the SP was @ .25p when the warrants were issued.
So almost twelve months on, having over half of them converted, a 360% increase in SP is not to shoddy. IMO
Plus, it also represents, £446,490 back to the company.
So not bovvered by warrants, tbh.
:)
If the outstanding warrants number just under 100 million this is around 7.5% further dilution which would, if everything was pro rata take the share price down from the current 1.15 bid to around 1.07.
In the context of the significant prospect of near term news surrounding the development , sale of capacity, new equity participants along with the engineering milestones I’m not sure that these warrants are holding the share price back?
Delays to these decisions or unsuccessful outcomes from the current negotiations would therefore be the main risk. Irrespective of whether Brexit does or does not affect the Project it likely does impact the wider business interests of potential investors and so we may have to wait a little longer to find out. I hope I’m wrong but we are having to be very patient on this one. GLA
So do I ....excellent brief appraisal of the situation arising ....just taking time at the long term proposals now coming into play are clearly needing some heavy Due Diligence !
I agree O&W
Thanks spud. I have to assume that the more recent, "softly softly" style of communicating by JW is because he is now in receipt of more sensitive information, as we get down to the wire with negotiations. Shouldn't be too long now, if the end-Q2 date for FID is to be retained.
We were told at the agm the other 3 term sheets are still on the table
...is Infa still talking to? At the end of last year (Dec 27th rns), JW said "We are extremely encouraged that several credible investors remain in advanced negotiations with us..."
That's not exclusivity. That's more than one. Is that still the case, or are we now in an exclusive discussion with the late on the scene potential funding partner?
IF YOU EXPECT A GOOD DEAL. DYOR
Sorry no local government in N.I
Could be no local government for another 2years.
my target is 2p within 2 weeks. then hopefully 3p-4p by end of the month.
after all, we have several milestone news, not just one
Warrant news tomorrow would be good.
The nimby's on twitter keep implying that Infa are meeting with the local government officials tomorrow for reasons unspecified.
On top of all that....I think there's more land purchase news due isn't there?.....and possibly some SNIP update news in very near future?......even, before too long, further updates regarding future projects may be kick-started once equity/debt sorted.
They have their hands full on board.....so.....hoist up the John B's sail,
See how the main sail sets,
Call for the Captain ashore
and let's take it home !!
Hope so Radders!....bring it on.
Although they might announce all 5 separately but in reasonably short succession to keep the flow going.
EPC......Equity partner....Debt partner....Offtake partners......Owners Engineer....it's all coming relatively soon!
The mind boggles with what it will do for the share price !!
......then later.....the FID !!!
GLA !!!!
I think will be two .. one tomorrow and big one next week ..
IMO it's entirely possible that the EPC announcement could come as early as 07:00 tomorrow morning!
