InfraStrata and Atkins have been selected to present a paper at the Solution Mining Research Institutes Spring 2019 Conference #INFA #ATKINS
They may have just stumbled out of the pub after blowing the companies wad! Currently feeling exposed...might have a drink myself tonight especially as I sold my Flybe holding yesterday as a stop loss and moved the money into more Infra...oh man.. .
I hope you are right!
The board are playing a blinder IMO, They have total control over when the big RNS drops, so I’d imagine they will be maximising it’s significance. We don’t want any warrant overhang to dilute SP, I’d expect a RNS detailing current position, warrant wise an day now, quickly followed by financing news. Time to watch and enjoy this story unfold. GLA
More SP erosion!?!? Doesn't quite support "great news imminent", unless I'm missing something...........???
The board definitely putting in the man hours, burning that candle late......that twitter post was 3.22 this morning!!
Great news imminent by the looks of things. I might even raid the piggy bank one last time before news breaks......
in to what they are doing in the background -

When John Wood was asked at the AGM on 31st January about the term sheets for equity funding that were on the table before the 17th Decembers interested party (breathe) if these parties offers were still on the table. His reply was "yes they are but not only are they still on the table ,they are also sharpening their pencils."
So for the sake of clarification of my opinion it's not if we get the funding sorted, it's when and by whom.
INFA waiting on period of due diligence to complete not sure what they are expected to be pushing out via RNS until this ends which I assumed would be towards end of Feb
Maybe it's a quiet forum because Mitch1967 has stopped provoking the LTH's??
Not disappeared, just got nothing to add. ATM.
So rather than keep going over the same old stuff or speculating as to whether warrants have or not been vested, seeing as they have just over two years shelf life left. I'm quite happy quietly holding for the next set of news.
Which isn't late, btw.
Second week of March is the deadline for the Invitation to Tender ("ITT") for both the Owner's Engineer contractor and the EPC contractors.
Then there's Project Equity Funding, Enabling Work, Debt Funding, Capacity Offtake Partner and of course FID by end of qtr 2. So plenty to look forward to. :)
And it's still keeping to an overall upward trend, on my chart, at least.
Cheers all.
As stated before," no news is probably good news"! at the present delicate time. Yes, we could end up with failed negotiations as with any commercial enterprise and that scenario would be devastating in the short term for us all investors big and small and for the confidence in the project ...BUT there is a lot going on behind the scenes with a long term view being taken and sought ....and sorting out all the complexities of that just takes time .Am confident that a positive share boosting RNS WILL come very soon !
Nobby I have no doubt although INFA are the only ones in Uk and Ireland to have completed their FEED. I’m pretty sure those in financial discussions would feel more comfortable with a completed feasibility study in hand and all permits ready to go than with those who don’t. The location itself and timing is also rather strategic.
I think comes chiefly from Halite & Keuper but this is the only one that can integrate NI & GB gas trade and it can expand with further caverns to incoroporate ROI which is a bigger prize
From 27th December rns
"The Company remains in negotiations with various parties and although approaches have been made to enter into exclusive arrangements, the Board has rejected these advances at this point in time."
Approach has been made for exclusivity
INFA are not the only guys peddling their SBUs out there. It’s competitive between at least two other projects and some may be comparing and contrasting who they invest with either on an equity or capacity basis or both. I would expect that as there is no apparent exclusivity partner that there is some kind of tender process with a deadline of sorts but this isn’t clear. An RNS at least providing a description of the process(es) would be helpful as for all we know this could have ground to a halt which we hope isn’t the case. I think if INFA BOD haven’t updated the market by month end and certainly end Q1 then investor patience may start to wear a little thin.
Not sure anybody has disappeared, the rough timelines were in the recent RNSs, in the mean time volume is still up so I’d expect a big chunk of warrants will be getting cleared in the near term and thus more cash being banked by INFA. I wouldn’t be surprised to see most (if not all) cleared by the next RNS.
That was an answer to the previous post by the way. We haven't had a really positive RNS for the better part of two months and thus the SP is languishing. Even the posters are disappearing.
What would the next piece of news be expected to consist of?
