Roller coaster for the noobs
Its just a few takers of the placing flipping their allocation I guess. They probably took stock to show good faith with the issuing house.
New consolidated shares to be admitted on the 29th July.

Market mechanics as a result of the placing?
Best not watching today and logging back on tomorrow when stability will be back.
Very strange trading action. Can absolutely guarantee if sells of that magnitude the sp will have plummeted to the floor. Even if worked sells, the volume is so little comparatively that the sell price wud have been much lower. To conclude, wtf is going on? Damned if I know lol
124 Mn sold! WTF is occurring?
Was wondering if they were buys!

All resolutions passed! Let the games begin Stake now in the ground.
Anyone know what time this kicks off, and is anyone attending from this board to provide updates?
Can sell up to 4m for .355 I’d imagine first trades this morning are sells. GLA
ThisTimeNextYear, there should be plenty of scope for HW in the decommissioning of these platforms alone. THE big plus is that they are one of the two yards that have the license to use the yard as a laydown area.
The Aberdeen based engineering/diving companies are and have been involved in planning/ decommissioning for some time. I feel sure HW would have links with these for future work. Its how to utilise the yard , ..hey great to have so many options. Location Location Location a big factor here with the decommissioning work
There is obviously a vast amount of options for H&W and as we have a finite capacity, I would assume we are focusing on high value long term contracts.
I imagine as a lot of these offshore rigs are aging we'll be seeing more of them being commissioned in the near future. From H & W website they state they are only one of 2 licensed docks for marine waste disposal.
Now someone a bit more knowledgeable than me could maybe answer this, but would these rigs fall into 'marine waste disposal' or would this term only refer to vessels ie shipping ?
I would assume they do, being obviously in the sea, so 'marine', so this is maybe a silly question.
What I'm trying to establish is, is this potential decommissioning work H & W could potentially tender for ? If so, they're one of 2 UK companies in the frame for it. There's obviously other European yards doing this de-commissioning work but what's the competition like outside UK for getting this work ? I see Turkey seems to a player in ship decommissioning work.

Agree very exciting stuff, BUT we have all been in a position where the world has been promised and the contrary delivered.
INFA has got to start to release contract news / operational updates to assure investors/potential investors that we are not being strung along with false hope.
I do honestly believe the communication will start after the resolutions are passed, at that point there will be a definite stake in the ground for me. AIMHO
Chris,very exciting stuff imho
I would like add just look at the quality of people posting approval of JW's post to show his depth of contacts bodes well for H&W.
