Lots of investors waiting INDV back to target £1.50 for gaining and lots of investors still losing money and waiting to the SP back to theirs leverage down target. I also starting to look into this shares and found that the risk is high but the profit also attractive. IMO next week to support my friend caused he wanted me to join him taking DRUGs together with him.
Friend playing fire with DRUG> replying to DeepValueHunter
Last year March 2018 invested 30000 shares at £4, after few months went up to nearly £5 since then came down to £2. Instantly leverage down 40000 shares. SP never came back to his expected and waiting another 8 months SP down hill again to £1.20 and looked stable so he decided to leverage down another 40000 shares.
He thought that SP would have rebound unfortunately SP came down to nearly £0.3. He can't wait to leverage down again but he had enough with this DRUG stock.
Luckily he bought ACA 50000 shares at £1.6 and last Friday he sold at £2.20. Immediately he transfer his gain of £30000 to buy INDV at £0.42 with held another 75000 shares.
Hopefully this time with held totally of 185000 shares and pray that really DEEPVALUEHUNTER and all others investors dream come true that INDV back to £1.50.
My friend told me that he would grab the money out immediately if INDV reach the target of £1.50 without any gain as long as he got his nearly £300000 back.
We wish everybody good luck and looking forward INDV quickly coming back to the Target of £1.50. God bless to all of us.
According to ft Standard Life Aberdeen have been our institutional seller from 18% to 14.5% as of last week.
However, Agree with Dank3 on all points.
Indivior management have stronger options now IMO so no pressure, Investor Relations suggested figure should now be LOWER in his view.
soon imo and yes that will probably leave the company with more net cash than the mcap - and with profits of $100m a year a target of £150 seems reasonable even conservative. No reason for ii to sell now as as May 2020 a long way off and settlement could come soon - even this week and results which will be very good after revised guidance will be out next week... so loads of upside and no real downside from what I'm seeing.
1. indivior lost court battle to dr reddy. some people think this is bad news. i think this news is neutral., if not a good one. on one hand, it affirms indivior patents, on the other hand it implies dr reddy product is not same (not 1 to 1 copy). Waston infringed, but was blocked until 2024.
2. RB settled 1.4B, on grounds of "no wrongdoing". this take out vast majority of DOJ v. Indivior battle grounds. (also jeopardize class claims in securities etc). it is more practical for DOJ to try to settle with Indivior, other than continue a battle where majority of their grounds are taken out. continue the court battle v. settlement asap. I estimate settlement asap has more chance.
3. As to possible settlement figure, since DOJ already got 1.4B for their 3B claim, any contribution from Indivior is a success for DOJ. unlikely DOJ now still open a lions mouth, considering Indivior is a major player in opiod treatment market, and any legal loss will "taint" their current success of 1.4B from RB
'Dr Reddy's are rubbish' - once market realises Indv is really the only effective game in town I think we'll get back to £4 - perhaps a lot more if our other developments are successful.
I think the Indivior deterioration in market footprint might be somewhat slower. Could well mean another revised upward guidance in forecast IMHO.
Latest reviews since 11 Jul 19 suggests to me that this so called rapid market footprint decline for Indivior might actually be slowing due to the impression that the generics are not so 1-for-1 replacements vs. brand (Indivior).

For Opiate Dependence: "Dr. Reddy's generic buprenorphine with naloxone is complete rubbish. I feel like they don't do anything at all. Which generic form of buprenorphine and naloxone is best? What about Alvogen? I can't afford the name brand."

For Opiate Dependence: "I'm on buprenorphine with naloxone, the Sandoz generic films are made in the same plant as Suboxone. They look and feel exactly the same to me. Dr Reddys films are garbage, to me, but are fine for others. If forced to go generic, go with Sandoz. For me it works the same."

For Opiate Dependence: "Was on name brand suboxone strips for 7 years. Was just switched forcibly to Dr Reddys generic brand . They are absolutely horrible. I had to up my dosage and still only feel 60% of full strength. It’s not in my head, I paid out of pocket for the actual named brand after using Dr Reddys for three months, and instantly once back on original brand I was back to normal. Now I’m back to Reddys again as I cannot afford name brand. It’s tragic really, for the first time in 10 years (3 on sub pills 7 on sub strips) I’m having destructive thinking and negative actions. I absolutely hate our healthcare system. My doctor wrote “name brand only” too in order to help me get back on name brand and still got shut down by insurance. Don’t take Reddys until they fix it.

For Opiate Dependence: "I was taking buprenorphine generic which was working fine I told the doctor I needed a little bit more so he increased the dosage but also switched me to Suboxone the generic version, SANDOZ. It was like not taking anything at all it took me a couple of days to figure it out but I was in withdrawal. I called the doctor's office I told them what the deal was and they said just deal with it the best I can and we'll change the prescription when I come back. I told the doctor the story and he started treating me differently, kind of the way Addiction people get treated. LOL. So I went to CVS and got the script filled, I thought I would ask the pharmacist about the issue and so I did, the first words out of her mouth were, well the FDA says and of course my brain shut down right away. I've been through this too many other times when generics were used instead of the real thing and I felt the difference."

PERSERIS - now thats the more interesting play with Canada
Now 2 Options Since Sudden Settlement from RB with indirect relation of Indictment:
1: Settle out of court and retain access to markets at a figure thats paletable: $400-$600m
2: Go to court in May 2020 if Option 1 isnt possible or DOJ play hardball
Either way , the amount of cash in this stock yet NEGATIVELY traded. If all resolved 150p coming or PREDATOR will snap this up at practically bargain levels.
Huge Gap up to 105p region too.
Will Follow Up more later.
Dollars in cash, another huge profit of circa 200 million dollars for 2019 and going from strength to strength. I reckon the settlement will be around 500 million or they will keep contesting it.
Attack on 50p coming early on next week imo

Same here my old investment buddy, invested heavily in this one now and great for daily trade while we wait for a verdict.
With 12,500 shares just a ridiculous price
Keeps opening up sharp and then getting knocked back. Positive news seems to be met with auto fire sale.
most trades are auto trades allowing the mm to work their magic at will
Nearly everyday it swings down 5% straight from the open.
Seen this on PDL... Shorts holding this. Jack sheet we can do.
Shorters shorting selling to public at 44p to pick up at 41p
big blue day on the way imho
Stock trades, some interesting and progressive articles.
Look at ACA news . Someone said 80p here would be good, no try 150p onwards.
Stronger here because INDV can either do a deal or fight in court, so not all bad. If they settle before court date it would imply a very good deal vs. lower anticipated fine should they lose.
