Nolupus
I have been on LSE for 11 years and Immupharma for 8 years so it is just an old man's memory playing tricks on him as to how long fellow posters have been around in Immupharma.
Nolupus
I thought it was longer...Immupharma does that to one.
Anyway I have declared my 2.75m holding ..are you willing to state yours as this is an anonymous board and no risk to your personal details.
Just a thought.
Dallo,
You seem to know more than I do ..:-)
Just look at the date I subscribed to LSE and
My trades are between my broker and l as well as the taxman :-)
Anyway , who cares ..

I have commended Nolupus in the past for his cautionary views and all these boards need a balance between bulls and bears.
The only question I am asking is why does he bother posting for 8 years when he never bought a share ...it just seems somewhat bizarre but each to their own .
I know Immupharma has been a disaster but surprisingly some of us have a chance to get out and maybe breakeven or better which may not mean a disaster after all ..in my case at least.

It’s been delay after delay for 3 years due to Covid and PK study requirement, but we are now less than 2 weeks away from potentially transformational news in which the share price can easily hit 15p, huge buying pressure today well over £400k traded biggest volume for months, once they let this go it’s going to be epic especially on a positive FDA decision, GL to all those invested
If nolupus has been giving cautionary postings over recent years, well done him. It’s been a dog. At least he got the risk part right, and if he held a position then did so with his eyes open.
Dallo,
A genuine poster , is one , who says what he thinks , regardless of whether he is invested or not , at that time :-)
Nolupus
Agreed some IIs could offload as well .
SCP could sell too but its shares are negligible in the greater scheme of things.
SCP risk losing its fees if the FDA says no.
As for your comments about GENUINE posters ..ie those who are shareholders I wonder are you genuine and hold shares in Immupharma.
From your negative and cautionary postings going back 8 years I very much doubt it imho.
Short term traders will take their positions as not many opportunities to make a few hundred % profit in such a short space of time, FDA approval on 29th August which is 8 trading days away will unlock partnering discussions for the rest of the world, it will unlock the CIDP phase 3 trial which is ready to go, and most importantly it will unlock a fully funded $25m phase 3 trial in Lupus with blockbuster potential for billion $ sales… Mcap of £17m is far far too low, £50m would still look cheap for the potential on offer here
Dallo,
What about the II , like Lanstead ??
Will they be flipping their shares ?
Will SCP be flipping theirs which they got in lieu of fees ?
Some pumpers here seem very ´ close ´ to SCP :-)
Whatever , it’s a long and winding road with many potholes which many refuse to see ..
Best of luck to all GENUINE posters
Lord
Absolutely a pure binary investment now
with the FDA decision looming large.
If positive then SP will jump...by how much nobody can say but definitely some existing private investors will exit at levels near 10p but I suspect some larger players including maybe some close to Alora Pharma may take significant positions.
Also I would not rule out a bid for Immupharma in the months following a positive FDA decision.
Big Pharma is always on the lookout for potential blockbusters in Phase 3 trials.
However as you say a negative outcome from the FDA means a total wipeout for all shareholders.
A classic AIM nail-biting scenario and not for the faint hearted.
ATB to to the brave ( or foolhardy!) Investors here.
I wouldn't pay ANY attention to the CEO saying he wanted the share price back above 30p. Of course he does, given all his share options! Doesn't mean it'll happen. In fact, I'm always ultra wary of directors - particularly on AIM - who focus on the share price rather than the fundamentals. Why haven't Tim'n'Tim invested their own cash way more heavily if they're so uber confident? Given their salaries, it's inconceivable they haven't substantial sums available to invest. £60K isn't a significant vote of confidence from them IMHO. This share is now a binary gamble on FDA approval. If approved, share price will rise. If not, IMM will sink like a stone.
Some big buys coming in today… can see this going on a big run over the next 2 weeks, I think many people are sitting on the sidelines but it won’t take much for this to shoot back towards 7p ahead of news, sleeping giant looks like it’s waking up from its 3 year slumber… CEO stated he wants to see the price back above 30p in the recent presentation, and if all goes well IMM will be receiving £70m in payments along with £100m annually from Lupozor sales… anyone in sub 6p could easily be looking at life changing gains here, once momentum builds these pharma company’s can shoot crazy to the upside would not be surprised to see this back at £250m Mcap which would be 75p, especially if we get US investors taking a position due to our UD partner Been a private company the only exposure to Lupozor is through IMM… exciting times ahead
Looks like buyers are starting to take positions here ahead of the FDA decision on 29th August, think we will head towards 7p ahead of news, and on a positive decision 15p easily possible here given the ridiculously low Mcap, Avion are paying more for the phase 3 trial than the entire Mcap value of IMM… a huge value disconnect exists here but perhaps not for much longer, exciting times ahead and GL to all holders we are in for quite a ride
