Greta Thunberg a supermodel? Haven't seen this, but I guess with rampant global warming, she will have no choice but to wear less clothing, so it kind of makes sense. Every cloud has a (climate change) silver lining.
Clank - I fear you are correct. We seem to live in an inverse world where good profits and a healthy outlook result in a price crash, and vice versa. All very confusing for a plebiscite such as myself, who gets a headache deciding whether to have another Moretti, or a glass of Sauvignon. Anyway, my Friday is already sorted - I have some menial tasks to complete in the morning, then I am off to a rather delightful pub in Portishead overlooking the Bristol Channel to get Wombled. Whether that is to celebrate or commiserate remains to be seen. Ether way, I win.
I think if we get some clear direction on continued positive debt reduction, timeline for restart of dividends, strong forward bookings and now hopefully at last nearing interest rate reductions, we should hopefully be on for a good day tomorrow, not withstanding any curve balls from Ukraine and Israel not already out there and priced in! GLA!!
Sorry casio_kid, I missed it!
I think the dividend could re start at the end of the year. Am happy to wait
Apologies my post at 9.19am is not showing 196
How many people on here loves Greta Thunberg

What have I done to upset you!
Yes over £2 and Greta Thunberg is WOW
I sense things are different now somehow this time round there seems to be more confident in the company's prospects. As for the price it will reach I'd expect it to cross the £2 mark maybe £2.05
Greta is amazing WOW
Did anyone see Greta Thunberg on the news today, wow what an amazing person and super model
I'm a pessimist I'm afraid so will expect what always seems to happen to IAG on a great results day - a big drop in the share price

Have no fear Luis Gallego is here, I'm sure dividends won't be too far into the future, if not in this annual results, im expecting dividends by 2026 at the latest
Ladies and gentlemen may I take this opportunity to make you aware of the emergency exits that are located on the left and right hand side of the aircraft...If you are instructed to brace for impact put your head between your legs and hope that dividends will be on the horizon in the not too distant future....Brace Brace,Brace....
List closing shortly... thanks for all those that have put in their numbers... Will publish after the closing bell!
Have no fear, this will be up tomorrow and everyone will be very very happy with the big big rise, very confident, waited a long time for this
Coming back nicely in the last final minutes before close.
Let's hope the SP isn't Red Rum (murder)-ed tomorrow :(
C_K, well if bobbins is dropping a tenner on Shergar, then put me down for a tenner on Red Rum, to show.
But in all seriousness, I reckon this will go up, then down, then climb a little waiting for our inbred cousins on the other side of the pond to wake up and tank it. It will then rise slowly over the coming weeks... or not. Oh and DYOR.
Bobbins
I bet you will, I'll have a tenner on us all getting it wrong lol.
