ii also bought The Share Centre (Share.com) , a lot moved over then, mine included.
Hi all i have come over from the Armadale capital board, and purchased 77.770 at 10.30 this morning showing as a sale, this happens all the time with ACP.
I think Interactive investors took control of some Selftrade and Equinity accounts over that time period.
Barclays Smart Investor has dropped off the significant shareholder list becuase they're below the 3% reporting threshold and have been for some time.
I'm not clear on why Horizonte has decided to update the significant shareholder list on the 30th. June given that they last did so on 12th. April. According to AIM Rule 26 they only need to do it every 6 months.
Somebody is clearly feeding the market. In the 11 weeks between 12/04 and 30/06 Hargreaves Lansdown has gone up 10m+, Interactive Investor almost 31m, HSDL 2m+, AJ Bell 2m+. The increase closely corresponds to the 47,754,220 held by Barclays Smart Investor. If that's where the shares have been coming from then they're done. That, however, is simply a guess and probably not a particularly good one since the selling has continued since 30th. June.

It's still over a month out of date. Surely they could have updated it to 30th July?
All nominees are up across that period and Barclays has fallen off the list (presume because CIBC have trumped them).
Cannacord haven't sold - that's a good thing - they aren't playing silly buggers in runup to financing.
So the seller isn't on that list. Maybe someone who took a placing in Feb then sold, but if so,why, it doesn't make sense....
May get any idea who recent sellers are from here , but I confuses me as not sure % have changed just due to last dilution

Interesting Haz.
Is it correct to see nominee and Trust PIs then holding about 40% of the stock now? So say that's II, HL, HSDL, AJB and Barclays for example.
I know that's an assumption. But totting those areas up v 3 years ago shows the rise, and then stabilising of a number of those areas.
If anywhere near a correct assumption I guess it shows the power potentially wielded.... pre the finance deal at any rate....Of the type of people that may even casually read these bbs ?
Cheers.
Forgot to add I think some of the long term holders like
Glencore or Texk have changed because of dilution
But certainly others have sold and bought too
Give you an idea who has been buying and selling .
