Dryland - isn't share dilution a regular on most AGM resolutions and there to make it easier to raise cash if needed and not necessarily a given?
I agree but the management have shown lack of financial astuteness in the past dealings.
If you look at the portfolio and the vast experience in the team this share is very undervalued.
You cannot just depend on having fantastic products if you cannot showcase it to a potential buyer or in the first instance to your own shareholders.

Thanks Dryland
IMO share capital dilution is on the agenda. It would be interesting to see whether this is used as a placement to complete a strategic partnership or to raise working capital.
They have too many projects on the go which would require constant funding.
However, its not a bad punt at 2p per share.
Thanks Dryland
here are the details of resolutions etc

here are the details of how to access the AGM:
Shareholders can access the Virtual Meeting Platform by downloading the latest version of the Lumi AGM application (the “App”) onto their smartphone device. The App is available in native application format (Android and iOS devices only) and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store™ Market or the Apple® App Store by searching by the application name “Lumi AGM”. If you have previously downloaded the App, please ensure you are using the latest version by checking the status in the Google Play Store™ Market or the Apple® App Store. Please be aware that the App does not support Android 4.4 (or below)
or iOS 9 (or below).
7. Once you have accessed https://web.lumiagm.com from your web browser, or downloaded the App, you will be asked to enter the Lumi Meeting ID which is 184-

Access to the Virtual Meeting Platform via the website or App will be available from 1.30 p.m. BST on 25 June 2021, as further detailed below. If you are unable

Thanks Pingu.
The information stating that p.i's can't attend is front and centre, but the agenda and resolutions are not.
The last GM where vlad answered questions he literally answered every question that was asked of him, mostly off topic to be fair. If you are a share holder you really should make the effort to attend
thanks i've mailed them
AGM - we were told to contact them for a login and a link to the AGM.
The agenda is on the HEMO website ie the matters for vote.
Then an update on progress and plans to follow and Vlad will answer some love questions.
A link is no use, email them and ask for a username and password if you have not already obtained from your broker, however leaving it to 2hrs before there is a good chance its too late by now.
does anyone have a link to access the AGM?
Agm agenda anyone?
Looks like pi's are getting cash into their accounts anticipating a not so positive outcome. Similar to sell on news....
. ....hopefully all goes well but i am eXpecting a rise back up as the sellers come back in cheaper.
Anyone have the link to the A G M ? I have looked and can't find it anywhere. Thanks
Could you point me in the direction of the instructions as to how to join the AGM electronically? many thanks, H
Hoping for a good positive update in the AGM, nothing that would require an RNS but he can indicate how far along things are, not everything has to come in an RNS. Healthy blue finish then the RNS;s in the coming weeks.
Many people going to attend? Remember you need a username and password and like previous GM I do not expect it to be recorded or available to watch later.
Come on Vlad my son.
Lets be having that mother of RNS's that pushes us back to the dizzy heights of 14 pence.
Waiting patiently, thankyou kindly.
gla
Hope so.
Vlad to catch everyone off guard and produce a sterling update ;-)
Wonder if a drop to accumalate for a rise into the afternoon for possible interest for AGM?
