Yep only CDX references in the deal extension. Please read 18th Nov and 23rd Oct RNSs for mice collab. We haven’t had an update on that. I assumed it would be delivered alongside the CDX work.
Think you might be confusing different globalco deals.
They did licence HEMO's mice at one point but that's not the one that's being extended for 3 months.
I’ve mentioned this before but when I talk about exclusivity licensing, in my view, it will be for GlobalCos assisted improvements whilst working in collab.
Ie They’ll access the iPhone 7 mice, whilst everyone else gets the iPhone 6 mice models.
Sorry I was so blunt!
Sorry, serves me right for not reading the whole thread
Ontarget, I meant a full take over.
I expect GlobalCo announcements to be significantly sooner. We get $377k if the HEMO nice did their job. Also could be an update to the patent for the mice as well an agreed deal for use going forward... they’ll use them non-exclusively for free as part of their assistance in improving them further.... Or they can pay for exclusivity and take the IP away from the marketplace. How much for an exclusive license?? Get your chequebook out!
Orgenysis announced a share buyback so they clearly have surplus funds, also they may want to reduce the shares in free issue in case they do decide to offer a ************** in some potential take over...
It's 2-3 months away Pingu. Is that a fair while?
Added the '3' in case the 3 months extension is from the date of the announcement rather than the end of April (which I think is more likely)
Not a bad shout but not big enough imo.
GlobalCo more suited for me. But, I think that’s a fair while off yet.
I would think that Orgenesis would be the one to buy Hemo, I think it is lined up, at some point.
A bidding would be ideal as it would ensure we didn’t Get scooped up on the cheap.
£1b Vlad (if you’re reading :-) and I’ll think about it.
"How much does Vlad want for everything?"
With the number of shares he has I dont think thats really an issue tbh, I think he is doing it because its the right thing to do, scientists get more gratification from recognition that they cured a disease than the money associated with it. When it comes to value once blood is in the water that hemo is on the market it will be a bidding war.
I feel a lot like HEMO are lining their ducks up for a take over. And I hope we don’t get duped price-wise if we do.
All three drugs reaching human phase one trial within a couple of months- imo.
Mice the best they can be.
I think our business is in the shop window and Vlad will be having relevant discussions. So a slight tweak on the question. How much does Vlad want for everything?
Unfortunatly we will never know. :-(
As soon as we bring one or two of these big hitters to the point of near market realisation hemo will be prime for takeover, it will be swallowed up along with all of our shares and we will never know what the end true value of Hemo was. Needless to say, if EVERYTHING below was realised and ready to sell, signed off by FDA, NICE etc, ready to take orders for the mice, provien phase 1,2,3,4 trials with the leukemia patients. Like EVERYTHING was finished IF that were the case we would be a multi billion pound company. Each share would be what £10-£20?
THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN, when that looks like its on the horizon we will be bought out. I Would love to be sitting on £10-20Million worth of shares right now but realistically in a year or so when we hit maybe £1 per share or maybe even less they will be ripped from our hands and replaced with cash and the ride will be over. You may well get shares in the company that buys us out as compensation in addition to cash but the hemo journey will be over :-(
-HEMO CAR T THERAPY
-HuPech stem call treatment
-CDX neutralising antibodies
-ApbHC humanised mice
- Covid research
Janssen/ Lupus disease modelling
Orgenesis - HuPech development and delivery point of care
- biodefense platform
GlobalCo - CDX to phase 1 human trials shortly
- 8 months is ApbHC development work
So what’s it all worth?
