Many thanks for the willingness to help. I’ve already contacted an PI lawyer and the ball is well and truly rolling!
WPal, this couldn't be more off-topic; reading your bear-case I noticed you had a bike accident in March. I got knocked off a few years ago and went to a PI lawyer as it was obviously an insurance claim due to me hitting a second car (after going over the bonnet of the first one!)
I actually became a supplier to the lawyer, after the case was sorted in my favour.
I would recommend you follow it up, if you were not at fault. Happy to give pointers if you're unsure.

WeirdPal,
I just did the trade this morning as AVCT has excellent news regarding their lateral flow test and I expect substantial upside there before the action starts here for real. I do think there is a risk of MMs and traders to influence the sp here in the coming days, but can be wrong. It is a risky manoeuver on my part though.
Mmmmm, is it your turn to call it right?
Good Volume this morning and the spread is burning into my screen, oh it has changed a tad lower.. Yesterday this would have been climbing..
I was simply providing the bear case for this share. Sorry if it highlighted the level of risk for you!
Good morning all. I will stick to my position and have sold half of my holding this morning on the climb and add more to my avct holding. I will return later on as I do think HE1 will be shaken from the 22nd onwards. My bet and I shall pay the price if I am wrong. Been wrong many times before though. Stay safe.
Sentimental, was thinking of selling 1/3-1/2 but the FOMO, still thinking though, if this dips like last week then that might change..
Hi Dai - no been in that too long now to bail out and I’m not too underwater at the minute.
Pulled out of RMS and had a small holding from the Deliveroo IPO which I’ve given up on.
If you took a punt a few months ago, buying shares in Attis Oil and Gas, speculatively, expecting a quick turnaround and profit, (circa 0.03) you would've felt disenchanted when the whole HE1 process began. Let's be honest, before we invested in HE1 or Attis, who knew that Helium was twice as heave as Hydrogen but far more abundant in the Universe than any other element? It is irreplaceable and used for so many different essential applications and us Shareholders could potentially become the new 'OPEC' Cartel!!! It is worth a punt of anyone's 3 or 4k even just for fun. Being long from well below the market is always exciting if you've only put in what you are comfortable losing, but the sky is literally the limit here and gives you better odds than even the favourite on the Grand National! Who wouldn't roll the dice on that?

Quoted on recent post
‘This is a speculative bet on them finding a resource that many investors don’t have the slightest clue about.’
What a slur on the many well-informed and positive posters on this HE1 board.
Please enlighten me why you feel it’s your apparent duty to save me wasting my time on such a fruitless bid of HE1 achieving a successful outcome
Otherwise, do me a favour, spare me your negativity and spread it elsewhere.
@wolf, was that a unicorn you gave up?
I’ve finally managed to buy in properly today after giving up on a couple of loss making positions.
Although foolishly managed to buy them into my trading account rather than ISA after waiting months to put them in the new isa year!
@WeirdPal
There is absolutely nothing wrong with your logic and I commend you for doing your own DD before investing. The risk will differ for us all depending on our circumstances and what we feel is worth risking.
Personally, based on my own research and looking into the project and people involved I probably have more confidence than most might (hence why I am invested). Desest Mountain Energy is a great case study to draw comparisons from in terms of potential if things go well - and to think that the potential here could be substantially more is too good for me to simply ignore - even if it does backfire, its a risk I have peace with.
Now your in it will be hard to resist topping up, this offers a big opportunity, the more you research the bigger it gets..and there is plan B if Rukwa does not produce commercial grades. Being described as the goldilocks zone and being given a CoS of 20%, thats some twist..
I’ve done my DD and happy with my position but just resetting expectations for anyone that may think this is a high chance multi bagger - it isn’t.
Caution, yes.
But if you are wondering if this is all real (like I was a few days ago) , just Google "helium discovery Tanzania" and there are loads of good quality articles on it from:-
BBC
CNN
Oxford Uni
Daily Mail
Wired
Etc etc
This is a very high risk stock, people need to be mindful of this here. There’s too much speculation of £1/£10 stock prices. Limit your horizon to the first round of prospect wells. They could very well come up dry and the SP will retreat heavily. This is a speculative bet on them finding a resource that many investors don’t have the slightest clue about. Place caution where you put your money and only stake what you can afford to loose on this one. I’m currently £2k in and will slice if I get the opportunity too. Otherwise the cash is dead to me
