@Sinequanon, its like the chicken and the egg, which to arrange first..
Surely the required essentials have been lined up for the planned date,
Maybe its just some drama, for our thriller 25 steps, mk3
Wow @Porky, thought you had died and gone to ramper heaven ! Good to see a balanced reasoned post from you, instead of the manic Ramps of the past, I say many times and get ****ged off for it, keeping to a time table and plan is not He1’s strong point, the rig is one thing, but did no one else pick up in that last interview DM saying other long lead time equipment coming from all around the world was another problem. I don’t care what anyone says, this Q3/4 timescale will slip again, it’s my opinion they will eventually drill late 2022, but I don’t think we will see any results this year. In the meantime I think the SP will drift back to low 8s, and although I am a fully signed up member of the once bitten twice shy club, I will buy another sizeable chunk at those prices, it will see 15 -17p on the eventual drill, as to the results, DM has stoked Tai -3 so much already, I think it will be shat or bust.
GLA, can someone start a crowdfunding page for a new keyboard for ITV
@Plato: Well said, I agree for the most part. Except for the Tory bit - we haven't had a proper Conservative Party since late-1990 unfortunately. In line with that - we are now witnessing the economic fallout of failed lockdown policies (aka Socialism) and the obvious (to most of us at least) inflatory consequences. Meanwhile the left harp on about Partygate and other non-political claptrap and how Johnson should resign because of it. If anything, he should go BECAUSE of the chronic over-reaction to Covid and the associated shocking fallout instituted by Socialist policies. Flood the market with free money without a corresponding increase in economic output and what do you get?? Truly shocking stuff!
Meanwhile HE1. Imo they've fallen out with more than one rig contractor and we are, where we are. Two to three months on it can't really be anything else...
So we have half happy half ****ed. And clearly rhe market didn't care for the update.
You probably all know my thoughts based on my previous comments.
But actually this poorly presented RNS has restored some confidence well see a 2022 drill campaign.
There will probably be a more detailed RNS June with all the answers we need. But it was necessary to put a brief update as they are issuing shares with the intention of securing the rig qnd operators.
Dodgy Dave is probably being as cautious as possible after wrecking himself last year.
Those that jump to "sell if you don't like it" need to take a step back and consider otyer views. It's very easy to get tunnel vision when you are heavily invested and you can miss the signs of potential problems unfolding. This happened to me last year when a lot of posters prior to the washout announcement were saying something wasn't right and I dismissed them and may have even thrown in a few nasty comments myself. Sure enough I lost all my gains and have been sat on a 20% loss for a year.
As many others I question the quality of the management at this company not the resource. If this dril fails how do they plan to raise finance? The only way is dilution, and if they miss this years drilling and push another year SP tanks again to 5/6p and dilution will be worse.
I ate lifestyle companies. I know exactly what is meant by that term. The BoD is out to defraud the investors of their money by not taking the job of value creation seriously enough.
I actually think failing to create value should perhaps result in the death penalty. We need something to kick these useless directors up the bum because they don't seem to realise they should treat other people's money as though it was their own. They don't seem to try anywhere near hard enough to create stable long-term growth. And there are absolutely no penalties for them not creating value for their investors - is that capitalism or anarchy/communism? And all under a Tory government in the UK since 2010 - shocking - may as well have Chairman Mao or Pol Pot in charge of the UK ... some of the Cons ideas and financial waste make those two characters look almost saintly.
Evening,
Bottom line is that I am still holding in here and remain bullish that, they will deliver, and a discovery will be confirmed. We need this resource online for sure asap. However, if I’m totally honest, I can’t help but feel bloody disappointed by the recent operational update.
Firstly, back at the AGM presentation mid March David had confirmed that they had been doing all these surveys and I don’t know about anyone else but, I got a real impression from David that they had mapped out practically the entire basin, had carried out the ERT and the 2D seismic surveys and had identified multiple possible targets. Now don’t get me wrong it was a bit technically over my head regarding the surveying techniques used but this was the impression I got.
Secondly, he referred that they had identified a potential partner, were flying out to check out a rig, transportation of said rig wouldn’t be an issue as it could be broken down and shipped in parts. I also got the impression that shallow and deep drilling could be a possibility.
At the time I was a bit irritated as I remember thinking, jeeze, they are flying out only now to see this rig, why wasn’t this done before whilst the surveys were being finished?. However, David was saying he was going to be updating us on the when, where and who with shortly and that was what I was waiting for.
So, to now get this update three months later which in effect is saying, we still haven’t sorted, and finalised partner terms and drilling is likely now say mid September start of October as I say is disappointing. Its like nothing has happened for three months. David needs to and can do better than this.
I will see how events unfold. He still has my confidence for now but no more delays. Back in the draw for another four months until any drilling action starts. Annoying that more waiting as wait does is required….
GLA
100 percent there deano they can’t handle the truth just ramp away to each other and talk bxxxxxxs the rns today was the same rns reported 5 months ago our Dave loves this lifestyle company.
Latorre, i don't insult but you are a twat. I believe in realism but anyone can convince you of anything. The facts are the facts get a grip!!!
@Deano1978
Sorry I didn't reply yesterday but....
A simple question, do you believe in He1 or not?
If the answer is No, then you have the answer, Sell.
I personal believe in Helium one and holding tight.
Onwards and upwards.
Latorre, good news??? What good news, did you read something that others didn't,?? I know there are rose tinted glasses but your going beyond that
@ITV, the assumption is that service providers and the Board are rational. The fact that each are happy to take shares as compensation and in the case of services providers a substantial amount AND that they are drilling Tai. The simplest answer is that provided the hole does not collapse we have a discovery. The fact that we are drilling precisely the same location suggests that we hit the bullseye last time but the dart fell out. Finally a full management team and geophysics expert and a new NOMAD and yet they drill just Tai. With a mass of information, intellect advice and experience.
Further I do not rule out a deal with a farm in and multiple drills holes in Tai. Maybe we have found "gharwar" (largest oil field in the world in Saudi) of helium which has many drill holes drawing from the resource.
@DD
Thanks re: Ocams Razor,
nice to know. I wonder, when/if
we get any financial details regarding
the European Green Deal incentives?
Take care, my friend:)
Onwards and Upwards
@DD13: When you put your donkey costume on, can you post a YouTube link please. I'd like to share it on Twitter, where all the rest of the absolute knobends are...
@ITV Ocams Razor applies. Service provider are happy to take shares for drilling a single location TAI. They want to get paid.
Bloody obvious. We have a discovery already imo the purpose is to CONFIRM and announce all the deals. Why else build out such a large management team.
Funny about the rainy season as it as it stopped drilling last year you only listen to what you want to itv the idiot
Months to get in here. Just sayin'. When the rig is finally announced it'll jump to 14ish and settle back to 11ish or below.
Itv you little flower I put my recycling in my green bin you have to be stupid or dumb not to take other peoples opinions instead of utter ramps the drill was a disaster this company is being run poorly and lol well just look at the share price it says it all doesn’t it if your going to ramp make sure the company is playing ball off to bbc now this channel is rubbish
Typo:
@Numbers, mentioned the weather,
now joining ART123 in the green box:)
ITV - All’s good, loving green screens:)
@Latorre
@DD
Not only sad, ill informed drivel e.g.
ART123, potential delay, as rainy season
in a few months; when weather is already
forecasted to remain dry into early 2023:)
Filtered with immediate effect.
Take care, my friend.
ATB
@ smallfishbigpond
Obviously your not interested in He1, I would stick to your small fish in your big pond if they give you more satisfaction.
Onwards and upwards.
Mr Muscle, do you love the job we hate?
@thetriplestar
I’ve had those very thoughts on mind, since Noble
bought adjacent land; synergies with would
IMO be counterproductive, to He1 operations:(
Not read the RNS and by the looks of the SP I don’t think I’ll bother.
SP looks like trying to light a wet firework, a few fizzes, bit of smoke, cough and a splutter and nothing. I’m sure DM’s love children will tell me what’s in the RNS.
Isn't it funny that all the doom mongers only come out when there is good news.
Some sad people out there.
Onwards and upwards
Lol rampers have gone very quiet c’mon we need this crap to rocket ?? move you dog move up
