I think we should be clear to distinguish between ‘whether’ they have a commercial discovery and what that amounts to. I don’t think there’s any doubt they have a commercial discovery, which does need to be further quantified, and have now moved on to planning ‘Phase III’ of the strategy (development and commercialisation).
Dear oh dear here we go again - dilution does not mean just the issue of more shares! Well not in anyone's version of reality but FRED's. There are umpteen ways of being diluted.
Liberum are the NOMAD for HE1, and the joint broker for fundraising, as well as one of the MMs for this share. They may be right on valuation but they also have a vested interest in talking the price (or at least the company’s interest).
Yes Blubay I would agree but we are, as you have indicated some way off being in a position to do that; indeed much of what you point to forms a large part of the feasibility study mentioned yesterday in the RNS and interview; which is not expected to be complete for 6 months yet (and then some perhaps). I was half expecting them to give some hints on the hiring out of the rig yesterday but rather than that they seemed to suggest the opposite; that they had it in a state of readiness for our own use? If that interpretation is correct I do not see how they can avoid raising again pre EWT and certainly before appraisal well drilling.
Anyway enough of this I am off up to London for lunch. Wish you all well.
You have a short on, i dont, im disengaging now, have a nice day . This will be the share of 2024. I believe it will be funded in a way that doesn't involve more shares. Bye for now...
Non-dilutive funding options would be more likely after finalisation of commercial resource and production estimates. At that point there is a quantifiable resource on which to leverage loans, or to negotiate a JV. It’s possible partial costs of the EWT could be offset by interim income from leasing the rig. I’m still unclear on the latter option as they were keen to announce that there were interested parties, while the rig has remained hot stacked and crewed during a non-drilling period. We know they wanted a rig manager to start April, and we know that Noble have just short listed ‘local’ (low cost) rig providers for their shallow appraisal. How many local rig providers are there?
Fred, you complain about people "ripping other investors off along the way too" - the people doing that ripping off are the rampers such as yourself who spout nonsensical rubbish and are demonstrably unable or unwilling to answer straightforward reasoned concerns raised by CP, myself, and others (i.e. how funding which is not massively dilutive could be achieved) and who are dragging naive and unsuspecting PIs into gambling away their money into a falling share price.
This is AIM FRED - capital raising is the name of the game. He1 has no income and a large development programme. It needs funding. So "no" FRED I am not guessing, it is an inevitability, the only questions are when and how. So until you tell us all what that non-dilutive funding option is I will be assuming that when it happen and how ever it happens it will be dilutive and I will be ready to take advantage of it.
So what is that non-dilutive funding option that you are going to offer to change my mind FRED?
Bline you are a cracker, this is your best line yet!!!
‘Your families wealth depends on this!!!!’
Who do you believe, a bunch of hopeful £10 traders spouting rampy rubbish all the time….or…..the ACTUAL dropping share price!!??
You could not write this stuff 😂😂😂
So your guessing then CP
I don't know when there will be a raise FRED but I am convinced that there will be; a cap raise of one form or another - it is a question of when, not if. If so, I will be ready. If I am wrong I am happy with those I already have :0)
So what is that non-dilutive funding source then FRED?
CrustyPete, Me too. I already have £££££ invested and it's always nice to keep some extra powder ready for any action
Going on what happened last time I'm more than happy buying now. we have no idea how or when funds will be raised and what developments and news they will come with
Please share CP the details of the next raise you KNOW about, who is it with, how much raised, whats the dilution ?
FWIW Wimbledon I think that is a really good price to be buying more - I would be doing the same but keeping my powder dry for the next raise.
We need to kick all of the filthy pigs on a flight to Timbuktu.
Total silence I see from FRED - has nothing to say except that black is white; because he says so....
The coordinated attacks on this company is scandalous IMO. We have a British company moving mountains to actually find the resource and sweet spit, bring to being commercial and all some people can do from that country is talk it down and wish it to fail for their own greed, ripping other investors off along the way too, no wonder we are where we are...
It could also be red,ho it is red.
I can't see any negatives about this company anymore. I'm looking to hold until the end of this year.
We just need a bit of patience here and shouldn't expect 40% or 100% returns every week.
I prefer a slow, steady rise to 5-6p before Q3. DYOR
1.29
What price did you add 5K
I was about to post the same, on HL too
Morning Peeps.......!
Just been quoted on IG for 100k shares Bid @1.2852p and the Ask @ 1.28p, different MM's obvs, but that is more than tight.........! :()
All the best (it's the wrong way round, had to double check.......! :)
Codefred , I agree imo this will b an increase share with in 2 years 🤞but as for now this will drop to 1 again by next week , investors will not leave there money in something they think will drop , the inevitable raise , and the time scale , it’s a no brainier
