If I recall Oilman had rumbled that one of the ii guys who was a trader in London was responsible for the NobleTrader alter ego. I forget his BB name.
Brilliant when you think about it, pretending to be former military that was now close protection for Todd with an eager ear, whilst deliberately toning down the quality of grammar and syntax in your posts, keeping them brief, and bingo you can get people very much on the hook.
We used to literally count the days since he last posted. lol
Funny you should mention that, I noticed Paul has a new Twitter handle called 'ChicagoJack' the other day. lol
"Many crooks once resided here." And still do - observe the MO of the multi-avatar Paul on Twitter and ADVFN, pumping out conspiracy theory stuff: proxy buybacks, leveraged recapitalisations, secret private auctions, undisclosed concert parties - it's hard not to laugh.
And Chicago Jack iirc. Many crooks once resided here.
Oh, and then there was 'Noble Trader'. What fools we were.
There is a blast from the past. I met 'Gramacho' in Paris. He was as genuine as they came. A former engineer for some very large Oilies he, unlike others, was definitely not at it. It's the likes of GRH1 (Graham?), Scaramouch and BBBS with their abstract riddles, talking as though they had knowledge 'inside' that helped do so much financial damage, much of it irreparable, to so many.
wonder if Gramacho (was that his name?) will ever be outed for all those seemingly knowledgable posts pulling the Pi's in
Wow surrey, are you for real!!!!!!!!, i can't believe you have just posted that.
I have read some of your BS, but you have reached a new low, the man was a fake and a low life and is now paying for his criminal activities.
Your deluded support for such a individual show me your not the full ticket, stick to talking to yourself and the other headcases on the other site.
They dont have either the intelligence or experience to understand just what Todd achieved and they never will.
But get this, had TK been around he would have negotiated with the Kurds and the restructuring would not have happened.
SS
Are you forgetting something? This company is turning over near on half a billion per annum.
Who should we thanks for that.. The stitch up crew and the shaggers?
You disgust me.
"gaslighting Kozel apologists" are very strong words, and might I suggest unnecessary. You have your opinion, and unless you are privy to some inside information I would suggest much of it is opinion regardless of how strongly you hold it. Similarly unless you subscribe to the sad modern trend of not just disagreeing with someone else, but feeling they are not entitled to a different opinion, I have mine. And for the record it does not include suggesting TK should not be sent to prison where a crime is proven. Having said that my impression of TK having spoken to him back in the day is that he was not a "City" type and they hated him for it, and utilised a number of dirty tricks against him and GKP. I got the impression that he didn't want the City to get hold of GKP and under his watch the share destruction just *might* not have taken place. For however annoyed people are by TK, who has clearly done a lot wrong, I don't believe it was his decision to destroy the share value, or give back the other blocks (which seem to show massive potential). Still, just my opinion.
I always remember Kozel giving his trademark big, cheesy grin and commenting about takeover interest in GKP, in an interview on Bloomberg “Everyone always wants to speak to the prettiest girl at the dance” ……..Good riddance !!
This is not a day for posts from gaslighting Kozel apologists, vim. If he had any outstanding qualities distinct from his successors it was that he was an exceptionally venal and corrupt man in a venal and corrupt world. It is an indictment of the laughable charade that passes for regulation in these matters of financial corruption that the demise of this dissembling, insider dealing, degenerate fraud was in the main due to the tenacity of a woman scorned and certainly not, considering this is a uk listed company after all, any authority over here. Far too politically sensitive? Yeah, right if you mean money for nothing for certain parliamentarians or an embargo on offending the fine sensibilities of a clique of economically illiterate Kleptocrats. In the end Todd Kozel is going to prison ( how good that sounds,I wish I could just end the sentence there) not for his multitude of crimes but for not filing his tax returns on the proceeds. The elites ignore all if the they receive their protection money and stuff the shareholders. Whatever they say in public that is the name of the game. Anyway the sun is shining here, I am going outside to enjoy my day and Todd Kozel isn't. Good
Please stop referring to "Tory MP whose name shall not be spoken"..
He maybe your next UK PM
Shudder, Shudder..
He had the Wempen brothers as a character witness.
Does any one know which penitentiary he has been sent to , so I can send him a Xmas card ??
At least Todd could “Talk the Talk”
“Multi Billions Barrels in them there hills and we’ve only scratched the surface”
“It’s an Oilmans Dream”
GLA LTH the good old days !!!
This remains one of the best articles ever written about Kozel's crooked behaviour:
The Rise and Fall of a US Oilman in Iraq, by Daniel Balint-Kurti and Will Jordan for occrp.org.
May 2021
Should be required reading for every new GKP investor.
Is he responsible for the 100 to 1 "revaluation" though? It didn't happen on his watch and it has been said that other alternatives were not pursued. As has been said, a lot of people made a lot out of GKP (except most of the shareholders), so he is not alone (like the Tory MP whose name shall not be spoken). Moreover I feel he would have fought our case a bit better than the previous board. Regarding tax avoidance surely he could simply have become president to avoid all that?
****eye your preaching to the converted, the facts are simple we got drawn to the dream simple as that you included
of course there is middle ground of as you say the way up people got burnt, he is also a criminal but not for what he done at GKP he has been imprisoned for not paying his taxes
A tory politician is just as guilty off asset stripping out of GKP and no one seems to say a word, there has been a lot of money made from GKP believe me from many different people all supposedly working for us the PI
That's not true, Distressed. Not everyone entered at £0.40p and could have exited at 450p. Many got impaled on the way up, and may got fried by him not reporting his offloads to the market.
He's a criminal and he's in prison, where he belongs. Also a reminder that this share is just over 2p old-Todd Kozel money, for reasons largely to do with Todd Kozel.
Well played Ashley! I'd pay good money for images of him pleading before the judge. That's for the numerous people no longer with us who lost a lot of money due to this snake oil salesman.
I'm now drawing upon memories of him at the Paris AGM definatently walking up the aisles and how that has become him now pacing his cell.
I bet the Lithuanian bit of strumpet will be out of there quicker than you can say '100 billion barrels'.
In addition to the prison sentence, KOZEL, 55, of New York, New York, was sentenced to two years of supervised release ...
Agreed however let us be totally honest Todd Kozel gave everyone the ability to earn big money however like him and i include myself, we all got greedy and brought into the dream, he managed to elevate this share to something it simply should not have been without a drop of oil being produced and greed being the main driver of us all done what it normally smashes you to bits
I would have been retired 6 years ago if that Chinese deal had been sanctioned i.e. in proper money.
Do all LT investors remember Todds cheesy grin?
I am sorry to say I'm doing the very same after reading his demise, but it feels good......
