Jack, sorry to say, poor comment mate. A lot of trolls about here, yes I have reported a fair amount recently, glad a couple of them have been deleted and rightly so.That does not mean I just report willy nilly because I don't like a particular post, come on.I only report when I read misleading or false statements regarding the share price and performance and I will always do this.

Hi Jack, I honestly can't make an informed opinion on that without undertaking research on defining the most common stage of a discovery lifecycle when successful TO's occurs and the different parameters and factors in the successful premium offered, it is on my TO DO list but I do know we have some very experienced investors on this board who may have an informed opinion.
I think too many consider TO's from a GGP and PI perspective - what about NCM and it's major corporate shareholders? Will they really consider a PFS as enough data to warrant making a bid? There is a lot of corporate governance that I am as yet uneducated on that NCM have to consider and surely a far better understanding of the extent of mineralisation at Hav is a major factor too so perhaps negates the PFS as being the most likely point for a bid........
If it is the Autumn then I guess it has to be a premium above 38p so in the unlikely scenario (IMO) that they do and are successful I guess we're still all making money - but would deffo feel cheated as to what could have been :-)
Jack .. where do you get the idea there will be a buyout .. no one knows the extent of this mineralisation so why would we sell until it is confirmed, or it has to be a stupidly high offer !
Dip666, very well put. I wish we had more well constructed post here. Way better than all the bickering. Well done.

Jack, I absolutely don't think you purposefully disrupt mate (in fact it is good to have you challenge the board at times) but you don't seem to understand the nature of chat boards and the inherent football fan type nature of them. I think you've received a few bloody noses on this board now and holding a bit of negativity towards it and perhaps - we deserve it .
Any board you're likely to name as being 'balanced' probably has very very little activity on it with a a handful of posters. Once a company has real success you are going to build a rabid fan base - think of Apple fans arguing with PC owners to justify the premium pricing etc.
Paddy obviously isn't a trader so he 'sits on his hands' as in buy and forget until end game - some might want to trade the swings - but very few (if any) of them are going to have the same level of return as Paddy and others like him on the same timeline and level of capital invested.
Their long term and patient approach has very probably assured them of a hefty 7 figure return even if as you suggest we do get a TO offer that manages to get through in the near term. Same applies for me - I don't think I'm looking at a less than 7 figure return now when this plays out fully based on my holding although I'm not a LTH. I saw the potential in Dec 2019 and went in heavy. Maybe you've done well trading in and out of GGP and perhaps with a TO it will really enhance your retirement and I hope it does :-)
I undertake and utlise research across a vast array of industries inc. working with data sets a great deal in my work - I don't take these kind of positions without a lot of DD and research due to my background - simple stabs in the dark are not for me. I am watching quite a few of the peers you post on and have researched them and not one of them I personally think has the early promise GGP had with Hav. Yes of course - things may change in time on them but these (Havieron) kind of opportunities come in very rarely in an investment lifetime. GGP is now a different investment case of course than many of those hopefuls - but less risky too with plenty of upside. Heck if any of them hit - I may be joining you on them :-)
As always we should all DYOR, 2021 has reminded us of the incredible effect PI sentiment can have on the most promising of stocks. Fear and Greed will always rule the markets but patience along with thorough research are probably the best weapons in a PI's artillery.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, takeover, buyout, production.
Personally I wouldn't vote for a takeover/buyout at the present time -we just don't have enough information on what the potential at Havieron will be and IMO by the time we are furnished with that info the mining will have started anyway.
Regardless of your persuasion, I think 99% of people on here can agree that Havieron is with a lot more than the current share price and so we wait.

Sounds well reasoned Lenz.
There is a lot of acreage, and 75% of the good stuff should give NCM a sufficiently handsome return, with a small margin for risk mitigation (the 25-30% that they will not own).
First time round you gave the forum a hard time Jack, whinged on other bb's, said you were going to sell your few shares because of this forum and did an exodus until now.
Toys and prams then mate
Viking
If Newcrest really wanted GGP they would buy them and then use the existing co as their exploration arm, I am surprised they have not gone down that route, but then again why do that when you can get 75% of JV's cheap no need to lay out billions when you get 75% of what they find, even if it's Scally GGP will not be able to go it alone! Just my thoughts.
Jack, thanks for the reply.I do find a takeover situation not the best, rather not.
All the best

Timeserved, you sound like a former jailbird! First post, straight in, no messing, know the stable you are from
Viking
Jack the Bear, are you holding "a few " shares like you said last time you were here . When you left the forum, you had reached a stage where you were slating the forum members, now it seems you want to provide a high level of negativity. "End game"talk, doom and gloom , try thinking of the great fundamentals, the gold in the ground, the amount of it , working all out for speedy production, look at the timescales of what is happening which is itemised on the list which Zoro regularly posts here. With respect to you, I find you a bright guy but "the Bear" in your name is appropriate at present.

Nd - Unless someone wants both NCM & Hav.
Very odd first posts though timeserved? Very odd
Welcome timeserved. I see this is your first post and so negative. Sound just like freddy3.
Unfortunately, when the bid comes in (and it is a when, not an if) there won't be any completing bids given the need to use Telfer for processing.

Hahahahahaha
Put another record on Mr Bronson please, same old.Give us one of your upbeat and lifting speeches which you do so well.
Viking
I was going to say £1 but I’ll go with your guess
:-)
£1.44 would be ok.
Dillon2019 - Mickeys £1.44 seems about fair
If NCM put a bid in, what price would we be happy with, realistically?
SD is a mergers and acquisitions specialist. Everything in my watch list blue except guess what lol
We saw the missing shares daily since Scally excuse for the drop. I’m convinced it’s a big player and I think the deal to buy 10% is done and the MMS dropped the SP to load up their own piggy banks
Although the possibility that NCM will want the whole of HAV Hydrogen, I can't see it any time soon, and Given Shaun's role, I don't think GGP will want to give it up and go back to being an explorer only.
