It would be a real damp squib if nothing new tomorrow . I reckon they wouldn’t have arranged it without some juicy new news . Tick fing Tock
It's not really HOPE but everything is pointing to an RNS. We've recently had a Webinar with Robbie and Jason and more recently Robbie gave a good presentation. Without any additional information being added to this presentation, I don't understand the needs for it, or certainly the "Delay"
Agreed , substantial effort by Jason on the tweet front and interview moved to tomorrow night . Hopefully RNS beforehand or confirmation of news next week tomorrow night . Something brewing for sure imo
I just hope there's something to deliver on the Acquisition front. A lot of noise made about the BOD in neighboring countries and Tanzania, with the clear elephant in the room for us shareholders being a near term acquisition being made in that very country, Was looking at a small top up Sub 1.20p but the spread wont allow for it right now
I replied to share talk this morning about their tweet the other day baiting me in about the BOD being in Tanzania, and said i hope theres some substance to this. Jason Tweeted me a photo at the airport which made me laugh. Let's hope they got it over the line and the company can move forward with an overall Resource exceeding 1Moz
Something decent brewing here they've moved the webinar to tomorrow!
LOL, I bet he would!!
Lots more tweets today which are always nice to see.
The latest with the drill rig tied down like the tables of my local pub was my favourite. I imagine it’s just in case Andrew Bell of red rock resources tries to pinch it at night.
Pretty sure that was a rollover, so no effect either way.
£75k just thrown in at 1.25p, somebody likes what they see
Thats very strange. 2x3m buys and yet the SP has not moved even a bit.....
Hasnt affected one investor 2x3million buys just gone through.
If it turns out to be a significant increase to the companies resources then it’s more than worth doing. But if the SP ends severely diluted, shareholders then begin to wonder. The current plant is self sufficient, drilling is set to begin and they’re lowering operating costs. At this stage, is it worth focusing on that, walk before you can run and invest the plant profits further down the line into an acquisition?
A lot of questions and I’m sure by the end of the day Friday, the company can give us a bit more direction. I’m still very excited, but anxious at the same time. Il be LONG regardless and will get my average as low as possible but not everybody has that privilege, including those with a 1.7-1.8p average.
They've also mentioned that existing shareholders would be utilised, via a private placing, if funds were needed.
You got to be in it, to win it ;-)
I think a lot are just jumping to conclusion about a fundraising, which i can fully understand why, i just don't want the usual panic and dread to set in.
They wont just execute the acquisition to let it sit there, it needs to be processed. But the Kilimepesa mine looks fully utilised with the ground back in Kenya, without bringing anything additional in. Will be interesting to see how they put this together
How they fund it will be tricky, I've been averaging down a lot, if this drops below 1p it will feel like a kick in the teeth, also there was institutional investment that bought in a lot higher? The company will be mindful of this
I think its clear that "if" any kind of raise is coming, its not a fundraising to keep the lights on, it's one to expand and grow the company long term
Who said they're buying a mine at this time? Clearly they're going to increase the JORC covering the East Africa region and maybe some joint ventures little steps first
I agree entirely.
I would only add that at this level hopefully a raise is somewhat priced in.
They’ve probably had a short delay in signing the dotted line so RNS delayed to Thursday or Friday imo
Warming up with that delay
All the clues were their in Jason's Tanz trip Twitter pics, as per my comments before.
DYOR
If the company have to raise funds for it but gives them an overall Resource base of over 1moz, that’s huge. Key factor is how they’re going to get it to production and not let it just sit there like discussed in one of the webinars.
Willing to follow this under 1p if need be. The long term vision of this company is creating reserves matching lower mid tier companies, without yet sticking a drill into the ground. I think the acquisition is something the market is waiting for, and once settled, it can develop and grow from there.
A substantive acquisition update now seems nailed on for this week to me. But with no real previous guidance of how big it might be or how it might be funded I am more than a little nervous (but also rather excited!)
Could be very easy to read into that but wow. They can do those webinars when Robbie and Jason are anywhere to be fair, as long as they have live internet connection
But caracal have key personnel in Tanzania right now and want to delay the webinar until Friday. News tomorrow or Thursday about the acquisition ?
Just been delayed by two days - waiting for news which was expected today/tomorrow morning ?
