Not showing yet on LSE but volume on Investing.com went up a million.

No reason for panic today. We have waited patiently through 2 suspensions. The assets are world class and with the current new board in place I am sure they are going to deliver. The production target date has not changed.

This company should have been investigated by the FCA years ago. No updates on progress for months/years and shareholders treated like dirt. With regulatory compliance these days this should not be allowed to happen.

He must have had some shares prior to these purchases as his total holding doesnt agree to the 2 purchases. Just an observation.

FTJNY. I think this will come over the next few weeks when any finance package is disclosed. It is clear they are far from happy with previous directors and corporate governance is the cornerstone of the company going forward. Hopefully not too much dilution for us lth. Hopefully start with some TR1 in the short term before the licence transfer.

That suggests, the new directors went too happy with JB and his crew.

Great posts affc. Let's see what Monday brings, with the AGM. It shows this stock is massively undervalued. Mining right transfer and finance should send the price into orbit.

Why no TR1's. Have the former directors not crossed reportable levels? Or is this just another regulatory faux pas ?

A little surprised they have been able to go to JORC so soon on fairly limited drilling, I thought it would come after current drilling campaign. Not sure if they have access to old drill results too. Anyway certainly moving in the right direction. Greentech drilling results this week and 0.4p is a real possibility for us lth.

The directors renumeration figure is a joke. How can directors reward themselves when they can't meet regulatory requirements is beyond me. This better be a final line in the sand.

One day they might make a deadline. This is painful and so unnecessary. Come on Neo treat your shareholders with respect.

Will we get this before the GM? Probably not!

Where is the operational update? Are we producing? Only 2 billion tons of coal to go at lol.
