I believe the meeting was today, not last Tuesday. Apparently the RNS was going to be released last Tuesday am and they changed there minds and released it last Monday afternoon. That is why we have some confusion over which Tuesday.

If you check back through the RNS dated 12th Dec you will see that Mr Black has only sold 6m shares since that date. I do not see what the problem is, he still holds 151m down from 157m

Simple answer, don't invest in it then.

On 11th May RRR raised £530,000.00 approx a little over a month ago, so, I really am not expecting any shares to be issued in the next couple of months, meanwhile we await the DRC payout decision and amount to be awarded. I believe a decision should be made by end July/August in which case a share issue would not be needed.

The trouble is raising cash for tiny aim stocks in the present environment is not easy . It is better than going bust imo and hopefully this is just a short term problem. I Really do think we are now close to receiving substantial cash from DRC.
